[Detailed Description of the Invention] "Industrial Application Field" The present invention relates to a binding wire used for binding and fixing a crossing portion of a reinforcing bar in a construction work or the like. "Conventional technology" In construction sites, when fixing the intersections of the vertical and horizontal bars, we usually use a cast iron wire (iron wire annealed to make it soft). In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, about 100 to 200 pieces are extracted from a bundle of about 2 to 3,000 commercially available straight cast iron wires, which are bundled and held by a worker in the hand to bind the reinforcing bars. At the same time, one of them was pulled out with the other finger, and while the double wire was used, the crossing of the reinforcing bars was tied in a plow, and both ends were twisted to bind and fix them. The reason why the double wire is used is that the binding strength is high and the number of times of binding is small.
Here, since the form sold on the market as a binding wire is a state in which thousands of straight wires are bundled as described above, when pulling out hundreds of wires from this point, the worker usually wears work gloves. Not only is it troublesome, but the remaining wires are disjointed, entangled, scattered near the work place, and bent, and the loss of the binding wire is increased. However, there is a problem that it takes too much time and labor because it is necessary for the worker to use it, so that the ends must be aligned or straightened. Moreover, since the iron wire bundle in the above hand is directly grasped, the number of the iron wires decreases as the work progresses, and the gap between the wires in the hand expands and does not unravel, so the iron wires are easily dispersed and the reinforcing wire binding work is performed. There is a problem that it becomes difficult to carry out smoothly and safely. "Problems to be solved by the invention" This proposal does not require the work of bundling fixed-size cutting strands and the work of bending U-shapes at the reinforcing bar bundling site, and the work can be done quickly just by grasping both ends. Moreover, not only can a large number of strands be gripped in the hand and the central bent portion of the strand can be drawn out from the hand to one, but the strands can be removed in spite of the reduction of the strands in the hand during work. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a reinforcing bar binding wire that can be grasped in a bundle. [Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention is to assemble several tens to several hundreds of reinforcing-bar binding strands, which are cut to a certain size, irregularly in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and parallel in the longitudinal direction. And bundle them into a U-shape by a bending machine using a bending rod, and assemble the both ends of the wire bundle into one and bind them with a binding member using a binding machine. It is composed of the reinforcing wire binding wires. [Operation] Therefore, at the construction work site, when performing the work of binding the intersection of the reinforcing bars with the binding wires, both ends of the U-shaped wire bundle are held in the left hand through the binding members and bent with the thumb. One part is extruded and fed out, and the right hand is used to hang it around the reinforcing bar intersection to bind the intersection. When such a work is repeated, the number of strands in the left hand decreases and the gap between the strands expands. However, by tightening the binding member in the left hand, both ends of the bundle of wires are gathered together by the binding member. In addition, in the bent portion, the strands are irregularly engaged in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the strands are engaged in a U shape in the longitudinal direction, whereby the U-shaped bent portions are dispersed. It is kept in a focused state without being. [Examples] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on examples shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a wire bundle for binding reinforcing bars according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a binding wire that is bent in a U shape in advance, 1a is a U-shaped bent portion, and 2 is a binding member.
In addition to a simple U-shape, one of the strands made of iron wire etc. has a narrow repulsive force when the bundle is held in the hand by narrowing the gap between the parallel sides as shown in Fig. 2. It can be reduced so that you can hold it in your hand without force.
The bundle of strands having the above configuration can be held in the left hand, and when binding the reinforcing bars, one can be extruded by the thumb of the left hand and then pulled out by the right hand to perform the work. FIG. 3 shows an outline of an apparatus for manufacturing this wire bundle into a tubular shape. In FIG.
Reference numeral 11 is a binding wire, for example, a drum around which a long-punched iron wire having a diameter of 0.8 mm is wound, 12 is a cutting machine for straightening the straight wire and cutting it into a fixed size or a fixed length (for example, 50 cm), and 13 is the same cutting An aligning plate that receives the sesame iron wire continuously ejected from the machine 12 and aligns the ends, 14 is a conveyor that conveys the nanashi iron wire, 15 is a weighing machine that weighs the nanashi iron wire and discharges when the specified weight is accumulated, 16 Is a conveyor that receives and conveys the iron wire iron wire discharged for each specified weight, 17 is a receiving member that is fixed to the conveyor and that supports the wire rod wire wire bundle that is weighed by the weighing machine 15 in a tubular shape, and 18 is the aforementioned At the discharge end of the conveyor 16, a bending machine that bends a tubular wire rod of iron wire into a U-shape, 19 is a binding machine that binds the base end of the bent wire bundle with a binding member, and 20 is a bound material. It is a guide chute that stores the wire bundle in the packaging box. FIG. 4 shows a part of the folding machine 18, FIG. 4 (a) is a plan view and FIG. 4 (b) is a side view.
In this figure, when the money receiver 17 of the conveyor 16 passes through the tip of the conveyor, the rod 18A descends and faces the central portion of the wire bundle. Next, the bending roller 18B that has been on standby is rotated in the horizontal direction about the rod 18A, and the wire bundle is bent into a U shape. When this bending is completed, the binding machine 19 operates to wind the binding member in the state shown in FIG. When this is completed, the rod 18A rises and the bending roller 18B returns to the normal position. Then, the bent bundle of wires loses its support, and falls onto the chute 20 shown in FIG. 3 to be stored in the box. In this way, the bundles of wire bundles of a certain amount are bundled in a U-shaped bent state and can be shipped as a product. In the above-mentioned embodiment, the example of using the cast iron wire as the binding wire is shown. However, in addition to this material, various binding wire such as vinyl coated iron wire and synthetic resin wire can be used. Although the device and flat tape disclosed in US Pat. No. 3,369,573 may be used for the binding machine 19, other binding machines and binding needles may be used. [Advantage of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, both ends of the wire bundle are bundled together by the binding member 2 so that both ends can be easily grasped and at the binding site of the reinforcing bar. It can be used for reinforcing bar bundling work as it is without the need for focusing and bending work, and loss occurs unlike the conventional one, and work is hindered due to entanglement and bending of disjointed wires. It can be used simply and quickly without such a problem. Even if the number of strands in the hand decreases due to use, the binding member 2 in the hand can be tightened to prevent the strands 1 from being dispersed and maintain the bundled state, and also one central bent portion 1a of the strand 1 can be maintained. It is easy to push out by the thumb and push it out, and there is a benefit that the reinforcing bar binding work can be done smoothly and safely.
