BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The fibroin solubilized by an enzyme in the present invention is obtained by treating silk with a protease. For example, a protease is added to silk powder (silk shavings) and treated under conditions of ph10 and 50 ° C. And a silk solution having a molecular weight of 500 to 2,000. The pyrrolidone carboxylic acid is a natural wetting agent produced from glutamic acid, which is a kind of amino acid, and examples thereof include sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate. Furthermore, polyamide resins are those having a molecular weight of 5
Examples of the polyamide resin are 00 to 1500. The present invention provides a fiber product composed of polyamide fiber such as 6 nylon, 6-6 nylon, etc. by mixing the solubilized silk liquid, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, and polyamide resin at an appropriate ratio to form a solution. For example, it is attached to socks, stockings, pantyhose, tights, etc., but may be applied to yarns or knitted fabrics constituting fiber products. In addition, the method is, for example, dipping, coating, or spraying the fiber product in the solution having the above-described configuration, and attaching the fiber product by any means such as 100 to 12
The treatment is completed by heat treatment at 0 ° C. for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. In addition, it is preferable to use the compounding ratio of the solubilized silk, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, and polyamide resin in a weight ratio of 1: 10: 4 to 4: 10: 4. Pyrrolidone carboxylic acid contributes to imparting a hygroscopic property and antistatic property, and polyamide resin contributes to imparting durability and a soft texture. It should be noted that, when the proportion of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid is high, the texture becomes hard, and when the proportion of the polyamide-based resin is high, stiffness is lost, or in the case of a dyed fiber product, it is not preferable because a problem such as the dye falling off occurs. . Furthermore, although the socks and the like have been exemplified as the fiber products of the present invention, they may be outer garments and underwear. Hereinafter, a specific example will be described.

Example 1 A stocking knitted fabric knitted using a covering yarn composed of 18 denier polyurethane elastic yarn as a core yarn and a single covering of 6 nylon yarns of 50 denier (40 filaments) was used as follows. Processing was performed under the conditions. 1. Treatment bath composition Silk fibroin solution (Lakset K-500 (trade name, manufactured by Rakuto Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd.) Composition: polyamide resin 2
Solution containing 0% by weight and 5% by weight of fibroin) 10%
(Weight ratio to fiber) Sodium pyrrolidonecarboxylate (50% solution) 1
The processing bath is configured to be 0 g / liter. However, the bath ratio was 1:10. 2. Processing conditions The above knitted fabric was immersed in the above-mentioned processing bath, and after sufficiently penetrating the processing solution, it was centrifugally dehydrated to a pickup rate of 40%. Next, the heat treatment was completed at 105 ° C. for 1 minute to complete the treatment. 3. Evaluation With respect to the product of the present invention obtained as described above, the texture / feel, moisture absorption and frictional voltage were evaluated before and after washing. The results are shown in Table 1 in comparison with the knitted fabric before processing.
