Description

This invention relates to a bag, specifically a hand-held travel bag that allows for easier carrying of large amounts of luggage.

Suitcases are useful when traveling because their casters allow even heavy luggage to be carried with little effort. Some suitcases are equipped with shoulder straps so that they can be used as backpacks when using stairs or riding a bicycle.

When a suitcase with backpack functionality is wheeled with the shoulder straps still attached, the shoulder straps may sag and come into contact with the ground, becoming dirty, or be run over by the wheels.

For example, Patent Document 1 proposes providing a pocket on the exterior of the bag body for storing the shoulder straps after removing them from the bag body when the suitcase is being wheeled. The technology disclosed in Patent Document 1 has the advantage that the shoulder straps can be stored in the pocket while the suitcase is being wheeled, preventing them from getting dirty.

The present invention provides a bag having a left storage section capable of storing items; a right storage section connected to one side of the left storage section and having a roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape similar to the left storage section, capable of storing items; a left handle attached to the outer surface of the left storage section; and a right handle attached to the outer surface of the right storage section and having a roughly similar shape to the left handle; the left and right storage sections can be aligned with each other using the connected side as an axis, and can be fastened together with a zipper when aligned; and two shoulder straps, one on each side, attached to the outer surface of either the right or left storage section.

The bag of this invention has the excellent advantage of being able to store a large amount of clothing and being easy to carry using the shoulder strap or handles.

In order to more clearly understand the purpose, utility, features, and structure of the present invention, a preferred embodiment is illustrated and described below with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the bag of the present invention, Figure 2 is a front view of Figure 1, and Figure 3 is a rear view of Figure 1. The bag of the present invention can be carried by holding the left and right handles 40 as shown in Figure 1, or by wearing the shoulder strap 30 over the shoulder. The bag of the present invention can be carried in two different ways, making it more flexible to use than conventional bags.

The handbag 100 of this invention can be opened and closed by opening and closing a zipper 50, as shown in Figures 4 to 6, and comprises a left storage compartment 10 capable of storing items, a right storage compartment 20 connected to one side of the left storage compartment 10 and having approximately the same shape as the left storage compartment 10, a left handle 40 attached to the exterior surface of the left storage compartment 20, and a right handle 40 attached to the exterior surface of the right storage compartment 20 and having approximately the same shape as the left handle 40. The left and right storage compartments 10 and 20 can be fastened together by a zipper at the joined outer periphery of the left storage compartment 10 and the right storage compartment 20, with one side of the left storage compartment 10 and one side of the right storage compartment 20 aligned along the axis of their connected sides. Furthermore, two shoulder straps 30 are attached to the exterior surface of either the left storage compartment 10 or the right storage compartment 20, one on each side.

Here, the shoulder strap 30 is detachably attached to the outer surface of either the left storage compartment 10 or the right storage compartment 20, so the shoulder strap 30 can be removed when the handbag is not being used as a backpack.

The left storage compartment 10 and right storage compartment 20 each have multiple storage compartments, allowing you to store clothes according to their intended purpose.
