Abstract

To provide freely replaceable high-backed shelf furniture in which dowel holes are attached to both ends of the side panels at the opening of an open space, and a freely removable earthquake-resistant mounting fixture made of resin and a storage case with slide rails are attached to the shelf.

Description

The present invention relates to a freely replaceable high-shelf furniture with shelf boards that have dowel holes attached to both ends of the side panels at the opening of an open space, and that have freely removable plastic earthquake-resistant mounting fixtures and storage cases with slide rails attached to the shelves.

In order to improve accessibility to the open space and ensure the storage height of the storage section, a cabinet has been proposed which has an open space below the storage section, the storage section having a front panel located on the front side of the cabinet and a bottom panel located on the open space side, the bottom panel being located below the lower edge of the front panel and the front edge of the bottom panel being located further back in the cabinet than the front panel, with access spaces above the open space, below the lower edge of the front panel, and in front of the front edge of the bottom panel (see Patent Document 1).

A composite box-shaped piece of furniture has been proposed that has an unexpected and wild overall atmosphere, has ladder-type frame structures on the sides, and has steel side bodies with wooden storage box parts placed in the center. The box-shaped piece of furniture is strong and compact, and has steel ladder-type side frame structures on both sides, and has wooden furniture parts selected from a wooden shelf, a box-shaped shelf, a TV cabinet stand with drawers, a counter stand, and a storage box with drawers, or with hinged doors, or with sliding doors in the center. The composite box-shaped piece of furniture has a steel side frame structure that is attached to the wooden furniture parts with bolts and nuts, making it easy to assemble, remove, and rearrange (see Patent Document 2).

In order to provide furniture that allows the mounting height of the attached part to be changed without compromising the aesthetic appearance, a piece of furniture has been proposed that has a back panel with a back-side mounting part, has an attached part that is removably provided on the front surface of the back panel, has an attached-side mounting part provided on the attached part, and can be attached to the back panel by connecting the back-side mounting part and the attached-side mounting part with a mounting tool, and allows the mounting position of the attached part in the vertical direction relative to the back panel to be changed, so that when the attached part is attached to the back panel, the back-side mounting part, the attached-side mounting part, and the mounting tool cannot be seen from the front (see Patent Document 3).

In order to store tall items such as cutting boards upright in a shelf furniture drawer stably and easily and to prevent the upright stored tall items from getting in the way of other items, a storage space is defined by a bottom plate, left and right side plates erected at both left and right ends of the bottom plate, and a front plate and a back plate erected at both front and rear ends of the bottom plate, and the shelf furniture drawer is supported on the furniture drawer so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. A partition plate extending in the front-rear direction is erected in the storage space close to one of the left and right side plates. Tall items such as cutting boards can be stored compactly and stably in the lateral divided space elongated in the front-rear direction formed between the partition plate and one of the side plates. A proposal has been made to store other items separately in the other divided space (see Patent Document 4).

In furniture shelves, if the shelves can be freely changed, various items can be stored, and it is difficult to take things in and out of the back of the shelves, but if a drawer is placed on top of the shelf, it is easy to take out the internal drawer if the shelf is firmly fixed. The uses for storing various items have become diverse, but with normal furniture, there are only a limited number of items that can be used efficiently and widely, and especially with deep containers, the storage value of only the items at the front has decreased. In order to improve these issues, proposals for furniture shelves with storage cases are desired from the perspective of storage and use.

In the kitchen space of an ordinary home, there are tools of various shapes and forms. When storing these tools and utensils, it is difficult to use fixed furniture. Therefore, there is a demand for a wide variety of tools that can be stored and easily removed, but there are few of them. In particular, kitchen tools come in various shapes and sizes, and are made of pottery, porcelain, glass, metal, etc., as well as heating, cooking, and cleaning equipment, which have become heavy, causing problems with the stability, storage, and storability of the containers. There was also a problem that the ratio of the storage space of the shelf furniture could not be used efficiently. This invention aims to address the above-mentioned problems in shelf furniture drawers, which have a large difference in weight or shape of the storage items, and aims to provide a tool storage drawer that can store tall items such as cutting boards and ladles upright and stably and easily take them out, and that does not interfere with the storage of other items. The object of this invention is to provide a high-back shelf furniture that has no dead space and can efficiently use the storage space of the opening space.

When storing various tools and utensils in the open space of the above-mentioned shelf furniture, including differences in size, the tools stored from the front side of the storage space to the depth are actively used at the front side of the storage space, but the tools at the depth are hardly used. Therefore, it is desired that tools that fit within the shelf part of the open space are widely and generally adopted and used in various ways. With a focus on ensuring the capacity of the storage tools to be placed on the shelf part of the above-mentioned open space, a safety storage case that can be used as a drawer in all the shelves of the above-mentioned open space is conceived. The storage case of the above-mentioned storage part opens smoothly to the back part. In addition, the sense of unity of the equipment, utensils, and tableware is lost in the above-mentioned shelf furniture, and the aesthetic appearance is deteriorated. The problem is to improve these.

The shelf furniture has openings which are rectangular open spaces with one or two vertical levels and two horizontal rows, and has dimensions of 600 to 1200 mm in width, 1200 to 1800 mm in height, and 350 to 500 mm in depth. Each opening has cylindrical dowel holes of 4 to 7 mm in diameter attached at intervals of 25 to 40 mm on both ends of the side panel, and 4 to 10 shelves made of wooden boards with a thickness of 20 to 30 mm can be installed at any position in the height direction. The cylindrical dowel holes are attached to the four corners of the shelves by removable earthquake-resistant plastic mounting fixtures. The shelves are stably fixed to the shelves in dowel holes, and 50% or more of the shelves are filled with mesh-like, plate-like, or enclosure-like metal, resin, or wooden box-like containers capable of neatly storing a variety of irregularly shaped items, and item storage cases having a width of 300 to 400 mm and a height of 70 to 300 mm are arranged in one or two rows. Slide rails are placed horizontally on the underside of the bottom of the storage cases and on the top surfaces of the shelves, allowing the storage cases to be easily pulled out to the innermost part, and a sliding door or hinged door is provided on the front.

The plastic earthquake-resistant mounting fixture to be attached to the shelf is made of a tough engineering resin and is approximately L-shaped, measuring 2 to 5 mm thick and 40 to 80 mm long, with a metal cylindrical fixture attached to one side of the L-shape that can be inserted into a dowel hole, and a protruding hook portion is provided at the tip of the other side that can be hooked onto the corner of the shelf. The slide rail that pulls out a storage case placed on 50% or more of the top surface of the shelf to the front is made of metal, measuring 300 to 400 mm long and 3 to 4 mm thick, with the outer frame of two to three stages of the slide rail fixed horizontally to the surface of the shelf, and the internal slide portion adhesively fixed to the bottom of the storage case to enable stable sliding, and the adhesion of the shelf and side panels is also stabilized against changes in weight and strength, so that even fully loaded storage cases can be pulled out at the back to the front.

The storage cases are containers selected from a wire mesh or plate-like box-shaped container that can be arranged in one or two rows, a metal or resin kitchen utensil storage case having a height of 70 to 150 mm and a width of 300 to 400 mm, and is capable of displaying various irregularly shaped items, a container with a ring-shaped wire group for arranging plates and dishes vertically, a container with freely removable side panels, and a lattice-shaped box-shaped container.

According to the present invention, the high-backed shelf furniture with freely replaceable shelves can store a wide variety of utensils and can be easily removed. The shapes and sizes of kitchen utensils are varied, and the weight of pottery, porcelain, glass, metalware, etc. has increased. Furthermore, even in the case of heating equipment, cooking equipment, cleaning equipment, and other equipment, containers and equipment can be stably stored and stored. It can be used efficiently due to the ratio of storage space in the open space. In drawers installed on more than 50% of shelves, where the weight or shape of the storage items varies greatly, tall items such as cutting boards and ladles can be stored upright in a stable and easy-to-remove manner, and the tall items stored upright do not interfere with the storage of other items. Hereinafter, an outline of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 shows the side panel surfaces and dowel holes of a large shelf furniture piece whose shelves can be freely replaced, as well as the shelves and plastic earthquake-resistant mounting fixtures. FIG. 4 shows the shelves and slide rails of a tall shelf furniture piece whose shelves can be freely replaced.

As shown in FIG. 1A, this is a storage cabinet with an opening of a rectangular open space in two vertical rows and two horizontal rows, in which cylindrical dowel holes are attached to both ends of the side panel of the opening, wooden shelves are provided, and resin earthquake-resistant mounting fixtures are attached to the shelves so that the shelves can be fixed to the dowel holes and can be freely removed. 100% of the shelves are used for storage cases that can store various items and can be arranged in a single row or in parallel. Slide rails are placed between the bottom back surface of the storage cases and the shelf surface, so that each storage case can be stably pulled out to the front to its innermost part, making this a high-backed shelf furniture with freely replaceable shelves.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the shelf furniture has openings that are rectangular open spaces in two vertical rows and two horizontal rows, and has dimensions of 1200 mm wide, 1800 mm high, and 400 mm deep. Each opening has cylindrical dowel holes of 6 mm diameter attached at 30 mm intervals on both ends of the side panel, and 13 shelves made of wooden boards with a thickness of 25 mm can be installed at any position in the height direction. The shelves are stably fixed to the cylindrical dowel holes at four corners with removable resin earthquake-resistant mounting fixtures. On the top surfaces of the 13 shelves, mesh-shaped, plate-shaped, or enclosure-shaped metal containers that can store various irregularly shaped items in an orderly manner are arranged in one or two rows of item storage cases with a width of 300 mm and a height of 100 mm. Slide rails are laid horizontally on the bottom and underside of the storage cases and on the top surfaces of the shelves, so that the storage cases can be easily pulled out to the innermost part, and a sliding door is provided on the front.

As shown in Figure 2, the plastic earthquake-resistant mounting fixture attached to the shelf is made of a tough engineering resin and is approximately L-shaped, measuring 3 mm thick and 60 mm long. One side of the L-shape has a metal cylindrical fixture attached to it that can be inserted into a dowel hole, and the tip of the other side has a protruding hook that can be hooked onto the corner of the shelf. As shown in Figure 3, the slide rail that pulls out one or two storage cases placed on the top of the 13 shelves to the front is made of metal, measuring 300 mm long and 3 mm thick. The outer frame of the three-stage slide rail is fixed horizontally to the surface of the shelf, and the internal sliding part is adhesively fixed to the bottom of the storage case so that it can be stably fixed and slid. The adhesion of the shelf and side panels is also stabilized against changes in weight and strength, and the rear parts of even fully loaded storage cases can be pulled out to the front.

As shown in Figure 4, the storage cases were containers selected from a variety of metal or resin kitchen utensil storage cases with a height of 100 mm and a width of 300 mm, each in a mesh, plate, or enclosure shape capable of displaying various irregularly shaped items; wire mesh-like containers that can be arranged in one or two rows and can be freely removed; and lattice-like box-type containers.

As in Example 1, this was a storage cabinet with an opening of a rectangular open space in two vertical rows and one horizontal row, with cylindrical dowel holes attached to both ends of the side panel of the opening, wooden shelves provided with removable plastic earthquake-resistant mounting devices that could be attached to the dowel holes, and 80% of the shelves (8 out of 10) were fitted with storage cases capable of storing various items arranged in a single row, with sliding rails laid between the bottom underside of the storage cases and the shelf surface, allowing each storage case to be stably pulled out to its innermost part near the front, making this a large shelf furniture piece with freely replaceable shelves.

The shelf furniture has openings which are rectangular open spaces in two vertical rows and one horizontal row, and is 800 mm wide, 1600 mm high and 400 mm deep. Each opening has 6 mm diameter cylindrical dowel holes attached at 30 mm intervals on both ends of the side panel, and 10 shelves made of 25 mm thick wooden boards can be placed at any position in the height direction. The shelves are stably fixed to the cylindrical dowel holes at four corners with removable resin earthquake-resistant mounting fixtures. On top of the five shelves are mesh containers capable of neatly storing a variety of irregularly shaped items. Item storage cases, each 400 mm wide and 100 mm high, are arranged in one or two rows, and sliding rails are placed horizontally on the bottom underside of the storage cases and on the tops of the shelves to allow the storage cases to be easily pulled out to the innermost part, and a sliding door is provided on the front.

The plastic earthquake-resistant mounting device to be attached to the shelf is made of a tough engineering resin and is approximately L-shaped, measuring 3 mm thick and 50 mm long. One side of the L-shape has a metal cylindrical device attached to it that can be inserted into a dowel hole, and the tip of the other side has a protruding hook portion that can be hooked onto the corner of the shelf. The slide rail that pulls out the storage case placed on the top of the shelf to the front is made of metal, measuring 40 mm long and 4 mm thick. The outer frame of the three-stage slide rail is fixed horizontally to the surface of the shelf, and the internal sliding part is adhesively fixed to the bottom of the storage case so that it can be fixed and slid stably. The adhesion of the shelf and side panels is also stabilized against changes in weight and strength, making it possible to pull out the rear part of even a fully loaded storage case to the front.

The storage cases were selected from a variety of metal mesh and enclosure-shaped kitchen utensil storage cases measuring 100 or 150 mm high and 300 or 400 mm wide that could be arranged in one or two rows side by side, wire mesh containers for arranging plates and dishes vertically, containers with side panels that can be freely removed, and lattice-shaped box containers.

Claims (3)

A storage cabinet having an opening with rectangular open spaces in one or two vertical rows and two horizontal rows, with cylindrical dowel holes attached to both ends of the side panel of the opening, wooden shelves provided with removable resin earthquake-resistant mounting fixtures attached to the shelves so that the shelves can be fixed to the dowel holes, one or two rows of storage cases capable of storing various items can be arranged on 50% or more of the shelves, and a slide rail is placed between the bottom back surface of the storage cases and the surface of the shelves so that each storage case can be stably pulled out to the front to its innermost part.
