Description
The present invention relates to a gold leaf substitute.
The gold foil is made of a gold alloy obtained by adding a small amount of silver, copper or the like to gold, and is rolled to a thickness of about 0.02 to 0.03 mm by a rolling mill or the like. And is extended to a thickness of about 0.0001 mm. The gold leaf produced in this way is divided by craftsmen in the clear process and the foil process, and the work procedures in each process are very large, and advanced techniques are required by the craftsmen. Extremely cumbersome and expensive products.
Gold leaf is generally used as a decorative material on the surface of crafts, arts, buildings, and the like. Attaching the gold foil to the decorative member such as these crafts is performed manually (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The gold foil is affixed by cleaning the surface of the decorative member, applying an adhesive to the surface and drying it, and then placing the gold foil on the surface of the decorative member so that the gold foil does not wrinkle. Then, the surface is pressed to adhere to the surface of the member to be decorated, and the gold foil surface is coated. However, since the gold foil is an extremely thin and soft material, it is easily broken and wrinkled, and is difficult to handle. For this reason, manual application of gold foil requires advanced techniques and time, and is not easy.
Therefore, the inventor has devised a gold leaf substitute that can be manufactured more easily than gold foil, can be easily manufactured, and easy to handle, while being able to give the surface of the decorative member a design comparable to that of gold foil.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention is a
FIG. 1 shows a
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
The
Further, the
The
This
Furthermore, the gold foil is applied after the adhesive is applied to the member to be decorated and dried, and then the pasting operation is performed. On the other hand, the
Further, since the
In addition, by coloring the
FIG. 2 shows a
The
By having the
FIG. 3 shows a

FIG. 4 shows a
The

The
The gold leaf substitute of the present invention is made of a film having a gold glittering layer that is used by being attached to the surface of a decorative member to give a gold foil-like surface.
