【解決手段】明視野顕微鏡(正立顕微鏡及び倒立顕微鏡)の通常二つある接眼鏡筒1の内の一つを利用し接眼レンズを取り除いてLED励起光源部(ハウジング2内に設置したLED光源5と集光レンズ4及び励起用フィルター3からなる構成)をセットし他の接眼レンズ13にセットした観察用エミッションフィルター12を通してターゲットが発する蛍光を蛍光観察する。
