Abstract
The tube lamp decoration is composed of a tube 2, several light emitters 21 provided in the tube 2, and a transparent, thin-layered color cover 4 that covers the outside of the tube 2, and emits light. Light emitted from the body 21 emits a specific color through the color cover 4.

Description
The present invention relates to the structure of a color tube lamp ornament.
In a conventional tube lamp ornament, several light emitters are arranged in series in a transparent tube having flexibility, and light is emitted from the tube by light emission of the light emitters. In this case, for example, a lamp or LED is used as the light emitter. Since the LED has a small volume, it is easy to put in the tube and is optimal. This tube lamp decoration is used in many forms by being bent or wound around commercial signboard decorations, landscaping decorations, Christmas trees and lanterns according to needs.
Further, in the case of a conventional tube lamp decoration, a small color lamp or a color LED is used as a light emitter in order to emit a color beam. In this case, for example, LEDs of red, blue, green, yellow, etc. are simultaneously put in the tube. Each LED emits a segmented color beam.
However, in conventional tube lamp decorations, different color illuminants are put in the tube to emit color rays, but in order to avoid adjoining the same color, It takes a lot of time and power because different color emitters need to be put in order of colors such as red, blue, green, red, blue, green, etc., and the assembly needs to be done carefully There is a problem that the cost increases. In addition, in the case of this tube lamp decoration, when the illuminant does not emit light, only the color outside the tube appears, so that there is a problem that it is monotonous.
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and in manufacturing, the work can be facilitated, the manufacturing time can be shortened, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a color tube lamp decoration structure that does not make the appearance of the tube monotonous.
In order to solve the above problems, the structure of the color tube lamp decoration of the present invention is composed of a tube lamp decoration and a plurality of light emitters installed in the tube, and a converging transparent thin film is formed outside the tube. By covering the layer color cover, the light emitted from the illuminant has a unique color through the color cover. In this case, the transparent color cover is preferably made of a heat-shrinkable thin film material that strongly covers the tube surface by heating. The transparent thin layer color cover holes may be installed on the surface of the tube at equal intervals, and the transparent thin layer color cover may be installed on the surface of the tube adjacently. It is also desirable to install a non-slip pattern on the surface of the tube.
The device of the present invention has the above-described configuration and has the following effects.
(1) In this tube lamp decoration, a traditional white light emitter is used as the light emitter, and the light beam passes through the transparent color cover of the outer layer of the tube, thereby exhibiting specific light beams such as red, blue, and green. Further, since the color cover strongly coats the surface of the tube by heating, according to this technique, the color cover and the tube can be quickly fixed. In addition, according to this technique, there is no need for a work procedure for avoiding adjacent light emitters of the same color as in the prior art, and it is not necessary to reduce the production speed, which can be used for production production. Therefore, the productivity of the supplier can be improved and the manufacturing can be performed quickly.
(2) When the illuminant inside the tube lamp decoration does not emit light, a cover with different colors is covered on the outside of the tube so that various colors are expressed even after the power is turned off. The appearance does not become monotonous.
(3) The transparent color cover is a material of a heat-shrinkable thin film, and is strongly coated on the surface of the tube by heating and does not transfer, so the problem of positioning the transparent color cover on the tube is solved. Since the heat-shrinkable material is very inexpensive, the tube can be colored at a low cost.
(4) The anti-slip pattern provided on the surface of the tube helps to position the transparent color cover on the tube, is easy to bend, and can obtain a refracted reflection from the pattern.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the lamp decoration 10 includes a tube base 1, a tube 2, a tube cap 3, and several transparent covers 4.
The tube base 1 is a transparent tube, and a power cord 11 is connected to one end on one side, the opening is blocked, and the other end on one side is a hole 12. Since the diameter of the hole 12 is the same as the outer diameter of the tube 2, a sealing effect is obtained inside the hole 12 when the tube 2 is inserted into the tube base 1.
The tube 2 is a strip-shaped transparent tube and is made of a transparent plastic material. The tube 2 is flexible and can be bent or wound. Inside the tube 2, several light emitters are arranged in series at equal intervals. In this case, the light emitter 21 can save electricity and is optimally a small-volume LED, and the light emitters 21 arranged in series are connected to the positive and negative wirings 22 by connecting the tube base 1, so that the power source is connected. The light emitter 21 emits light. One end of the tube 2 is combined with the tube base 1 to close the opening, and the other end of the one side is combined with the tube cap 3 to close the opening. The appearance after the combination is as shown in FIG.
The material of the tube cap 3 is also a transparent plastic material. One end on one side is sealed and the other end on one side is a hole 31. Since the inner diameter of the hole 31 is the same as the outer diameter of the tube 2, a sealing effect is obtained inside the hole 31 when the tube 2 is inserted into the tube cap 3.
The color cover 4 is a thin layer material of colors such as red, blue, green, yellow, black, brown, and the like, and is a heat-shrinkable material that contracts into a beam shape when heated. Since the color cover 4 is heat-shrinked by heating and combined with the tube 2, the color cover 4 is formed on the outside of the tube 2 as a color blocking layer (see FIG. 3). The color cover 4 may be directly combined with the tube 2 by an elastic cover, and a tight localization effect can be obtained. The color cover 4 is not necessarily limited to a heat-shrinkable material because it is not adhered to the outside of the adhesive tube 2. In this manner, the light emitted from the light emitter 21 causes the light rays from the light source to express a predetermined color through the color cover 4.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, an annular or spiral anti-slip pattern may be provided on the surface of the tube 2. In this case, the non-slip pattern is optimally a recessed pattern, and sufficient elongation characteristics can be provided when the tube 2 is bent by this pattern. Further, when the color cover 4 is heat-shrink-fixed to the tube 2, the anti-slip pattern 23 has a localization effect between the color cover 4 and the tube 2 and can be further stabilized.
The tube is a light-emitting tube having a waterproof effect, and is used both indoors and outdoors.
