【発明の詳細な説明】

【０００１】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、フロントルーフ部
材と、不動のリヤガラスを備えたリヤルーフ部材と、フ
ロントルーフ部材およびリヤフロント部材を動かす側部
主連接棒と、該主連接棒と結合された側部車両支柱とを
有するハードトップ車のルーフ構造の収納装置に関す
る。

【０００２】

【従来の技術】ハードトップ車の上述の種類の装置は、
例えば、ドイツ特許第４４４５９４４Ｃ１号に記載さ
れ、更に、ドイツ特許第４４４５５８０Ｃ１号およびド
イツ特許第１９５１６８７７Ｃ１号から公知である。

【０００３】フロントルーフ部材と、不動のリヤガラス
を備えたリヤルーフ部材とを有するルーフ構造の収納
は、２種類の方式で行われる。簡単な方式では、フロン
トルーフ部材およびリヤガラスを備えたリヤルーフが、
アーチを逆方向へ向けて車両の後部範囲に収納されるよ
う、主回転点のまわりに旋回を行う。この収納方式に
は、かくして、トランクルームの容積の著しい部分が失
われるという欠点がある。

【０００４】他の収納方式の場合、フロントルーフ部材
およびリヤガラスを備えたリヤルーフの収納は、アーチ
（湾曲）方向を同一として行う。かくして、占有される
トランクルーム容積は小さいが、この場合、この収納に
必要な駆動機構が、比較的高い経費を要し、部分的に、
車両後部の上昇操作も必要となるという欠点がある。

【０００５】昇降自在な折畳幌は、ドイツ特許第３８０
８９１０Ｃ２号から公知である。この場合、折畳幌の開
放時、リヤガラスは、必然的に、折畳幌とともに受容区
画に移動され、折畳幌の閉鎖時、リヤ開口部の前に移動
される。

【０００６】

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、ルー
フ構造の湾曲方向を同一としたスペースを取らない収納
の利点を保持し、もちろん、先行技術に存在する欠点を
回避し、特に、収納駆動機構を簡単化することにある。

【０００７】

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題は、リヤガラス
が、少なくとも、側部フレームに結合された側部レバー
およびヒンジによって車両支柱または支柱シェルに樞着
された該側部フレームを備えており、ルーフ部材の収納
運動時、リヤガラスは、該車両支柱に対して旋回可能で
あり、その湾曲方向を該フロントルーフ部材と同方向へ
向けて車両後部領域に収納されることによって解決され
る。

【０００８】本発明の有利な実施態様は、以下の通りで
ある： 態様１：上記側部レバーの一端が、リヤガラスのフレー
ムに少なくともほぼ垂直に且つ堅く結合されており、上
記レバーの他端が、ヒンジによって車両支柱の少なくと
もほぼ中央領域に樞着されている。 態様２：レバーが、主連接棒に自由端を樞着した強制案
内レバーに結合されている。 態様３：レバーが、固有の駆動装置を備えている。

【０００９】先行技術の場合、ルーフ構造の収納時、フ
ロントルーフ部材およびリヤルーフ部材をリヤルーフ部
材に不動に設けたリヤガラスとともに主回転点のまわり
に回転するが、本発明の場合、リヤガラスは、リヤルー
フ部材から分離され、固有のフレームを備えている。フ
レームには、車両支柱（一般に、Ｃピラー）の回転点の
まわりに旋回自在な側部レバーが固定してある。かくし
て、リヤガラスは、リヤルーフ部材と別個に回転でき、
ルーフ部材の収納運動時、別個に旋回でき、かくして、
フロントルーフ部材と同方向へまたは湾曲方向を同一と
して収納される。即ち、逆方向収納に比して、トランク
ルームの占有容積は、明らかに少ない。この有利な収納
方式は、簡単な駆動機構、即ち、双方の側部レバーおよ
び車両支柱に対する樞着機構によって達成される。

【００１０】ルーフ構造の収納時、側部レバーに結合さ
れ、更に、主連結棒に樞着された強制案内レバーを介し
て、簡単に強制案内または強制運動を達成でき、即ち、
リヤガラスの収納のために固有の駆動装置は不要であ
る。

【００１１】しかしながら、本発明の枠内において、も
ちろん、補足のレバーが、例えば、スペース問題を生ず
るような場合には、必要に応じて、双方の側部レバーの
ために固有の駆動装置を設けることもできる。

【００１２】図面を参照して、以下に、本発明の実施例
を根本的に説明する。

【００１３】

【発明の実施の形態】ハードトップ車のルーフ収納装置
は、基本的に公知の態様で機能する。従って、以下で
は、本発明に本質的な部分についてのみ言及する。ルー
フ構造は、フロントルーフ部材１と、密封部材５，６を
含む側部フレーム４を有するリヤガラス３および車両支
柱としての側部Ｃピラー７を有しフロントルーフ部材に
着脱自在に結合されたリヤルーフ部材２とを有する。側
部Ｃピラーは、それぞれ、後端において、主支持機構８
に樞着され、他方、前端に、フロントルーフ部材１のヒ
ンジ１０も樞着した主回転点９を有する。主回転点９と
は反対側のヒンジ１０の端部には、中間レバー１２を介
して主支持機構８に一端を結合した主連結棒１１の他端
が樞着してある。

【００１４】リヤガラス３のフレーム４は、リヤガラス
３の中央範囲においてフレームから直角に延び回転点１
４を介してＣピラー７または支柱シェルに樞着されたレ
バー１３に結合されている。

【００１５】レバー１３の回転点１４に向く端部は、強
制案内レバー１５に固定して結合されており、一方、こ
の強制案内レバーは、レバー１３とは反対側の端部にお
いて関連の主連結棒１１に樞着されいる。

【００１６】ルーフ構造の収納運動を図２〜４に原理的
に示した。駆動装置（図示してない）によって中間レバ
ー１２を介して主連結棒１１を駆動すれば、同時に、リ
ヤガラス３も強制案内レバー１５およびレバー１３を介
して強制運動される。レバーおよび樞着点の上述の配置
にもとづき、リヤガラス３は、そのフレーム４ととも
に、Ｃピラー７とは別個に収納され、この場合、収納運
動は、強制案内によって行われ、かくして、フレーム４
を備えたリヤガラス３は、後方へ回転運動を行わず、単
に下後方へ容易な旋回運動を行うだけであり、この場
合、リヤガラス３は、基本的にその位置方向を保持す
る。換言すれば、前上部パッキン（密封部材５）は、前
方にとどまり、後部パッキン６は、後方にとどまる。

【００１７】従って、図４から明らかな如く、収納状態
では、フロントルーフ部材１およびリヤルーフ３は、ス
ペースを取らずに同方向へ湾曲した状態にあり、即ち、
アーチを同方向として車両の後部領域に位置する。図４
に、先行技術における運動時にリヤガラス３´が取る位
置を破線で示した。これから明らかな如く、リヤガラス
３の本発明に係る収納によって、著しいスペース利得が
得られる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 フロントルーフ部材（１）と、不動のリ
    ヤガラス（３）を備えたリヤルーフ部材（２）と、フロ
    ントルーフ部材およびリヤフロント部材を動かす側部主
    連接棒（１１）と、該主連接棒（１１）と結合された側
    部車両支柱（７）とを有するハードトップ車のルーフ構
    造の収納装置において、リヤガラス（３）が、少なくと
    も、側部フレーム（４）に結合された側部レバー（１
    ３）およびヒンジ（１４）によって車両支柱（７）また
    は支柱シェルに樞着された該側部フレーム（４）を備え
    ており、ルーフ部材（１，２）の収納運動時、リヤガラ
    ス（３）は、該車両支柱（７）に対して旋回可能であ
    り、その湾曲方向を該フロントルーフ部材（１）と同方
    向へ向けて車両後部領域に収納されることを特徴とする
    上記の収納装置。
  2. 【請求項２】 上記側部レバー（１３）の一端が、リヤ
    ガラス（３）のフレーム（４）に少なくともほぼ垂直に
    且つ堅く結合されており、上記レバーの他端が、ヒンジ
    （１４）によって車両支柱（７）の少なくともほぼ中央
    領域に樞着されていることを特徴とする請求項１の装
    置。
  3. 【請求項３】 レバー（１３）が、主連接棒（１１）に
    自由端を樞着した強制案内レバー（１５）に結合されて
    いることを特徴とする請求項１または２の装置。
  4. 【請求項４】 レバー（１３）が、固有の駆動装置を備
    えていることを特徴とする請求項１または２の装置。
