【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は敷ふとんの中芯材または中綿ともいう主に硬わた素材及び寝具である敷
ふとんの縫製に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の中芯材が硬わたである敷ふとんは硬わた中芯とふとんの側地が遊離してい
て使用中に相互にズレが生じる。そのため使用に不都合が発生し、クレームの要
因となっている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
中芯材と側地が遊離しているため、使用中に側地と側地の中にある中芯材である
硬わたが均一な安定した状態からズレを生じ、敷ふとんに歪みが発生する。この
歪みを防止して使用中、常に均整のとれた状態に保たれるように改善することが
本考案の課題である。

【課題を解決する手段】
課題を解決する手段の第一は敷ふとんの中芯材である硬わた１の四隅に紐２を取
付けること（図１参照）であり、第二は硬わたに取付けた四隅の紐２を敷ふとん
側地４に固定化することである（図３参照）。このことにより中芯材である硬わ
た１と側地４が相互に一体不離となり、使用時に敷ふとんの歪み発生を防ぐこと
ができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
敷ふとんの中芯材である硬わた１の四隅に紐２を取付ける操作は図２に示される
ごとく硬わた１の四隅の厚さ方向の中央部分を剥がし、紐２を取込む空間を作成
する。
その空間に紐２を差込み、中芯材１の四隅の位置３にミシンで縫いつけて、紐２
を硬わた１に固定する。この操作を硬わた１の四隅にて実施し、４本の紐２を中
芯材１の四隅に取りつける。

次に４本の紐２を付与した硬わた（中芯材）１を敷ふとんキルテイング側地４の
中に納めて、図４で示すごとく側地４のヘムにヘムテープ５を巻付ける時に硬わ
た１に取付けた紐２を巻き込んで共にヘムテープ５内に縫い込み、側地４に図４
のごとく固定する。

【考案の効果】
敷ふとんの中芯材（硬わた）と側地が四隅の紐で一体的に固定化した敷ふとんは
使用時に中芯材が側地と別個に動くことが皆無となり、顧客からの苦情またはク
