2. Description of the Related Art Conventional construction methods include a frame assembly method, which is a conventional method for assembling wood shaft members, and a frame wall method, such as a 2 × 4 method, for assembling panel materials. In each case, the timber of the building is formed of wood. For example, the tethers and panels in the horizontal direction are connected by separate metal fittings or the like. Further, when forming a long axis such as a single pillar inserted into the first and second floors, the pillars are connected with metal fittings between the first and second floors.

In the case of the above-mentioned prior art, since the frame of the building is made of wood, it may be damaged in the event of a fire or earthquake, and may be damaged by termites. In addition, if the wood is not dried sufficiently, the wood will be messed up, so accurate quality control is required, and caution must be exercised in storage. When a long shaft is made, it is expensive to make one long piece of wood, and there is a problem that if wood is joined in the middle of the shaft, the strength of this portion is weakened.

Next, a method of installing the metal frame panel body 10 will be described. First, a bolt 42 is erected vertically to form an embedded foundation 42, and a metal base 44 is attached to the upper end surface of the foundation 42 in parallel with the foundation 42. At this time, the bolts 41 of the foundation 42 penetrate the base 44 and protrude upward. Then, the metal frame panel body 10 is erected on the upper end surface of the base 44, and a plurality of the metal frame panel bodies 10 are arranged adjacent to each other along the longitudinal direction of the foundation 42. The fixing method of the metal frame panel body 10 and the base 44 is as follows. The bolt 41 of the base 42 is inserted into a through hole (not shown) formed in the fixing member 38 of the metal frame panel body 10, and the nut 43 is fitted into the tip of the bolt 34. Fix it. A method of fixing the adjacent metal frame panel bodies 10 is as follows. The through holes 36 of the connecting members 28 of the metal frame panel bodies 10 are formed by connecting the through holes 36 and the floor beams 16 of the adjacent metal frame panel bodies 10 on the right side in FIG. The bolts 46 are fitted to the through holes 40, and are connected by nuts. When connecting the four metal frame panel bodies 10 at right angles to each other, as shown in FIG.
The connecting members 28 are welded to the side surfaces, and the metal frame panel body 10 is attached to each connecting member 28 one by one.
Then, the metal frame panel body 48 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to the portion where the window is provided. After the metal frame panel bodies 10 and 48 are continuously attached in this manner to form a frame with a wall portion of a building, the metal frame panel bodies 5 shown in FIG.
Attach 2 to form the framework of the attic of the building.

The metal frame panel body 1 according to this embodiment
According to 0,48,52, columns and beams, which are the frames of buildings,
Since the floor beams and the like are made of metal, the building is durable against earthquakes and fires, and can be made durable without being damaged by termites. Unlike wood, it does not require temperature and humidity control during the festival, and its cost is low. In addition, since the metal frame panel body is assembled at the factory, it is accurate and efficient, and since only the simple work of assembling is performed at the site, it is possible to easily and quickly construct the frame, which is convenient. In addition, it is possible to form a pillar of a desired length, for example, a pillar on the first floor and a pillar on the second floor can be made by one, and a two-story building with high strength can be made at low cost. .
