以下に、本考案の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。 図1、図2は本考案の実施の形態に係る建物用窓1の使用状態を説明する各斜 視図を示すものである。 本考案の実施の形態に係る建物用窓1は、住宅等々の建築物の壁面等に装着配 設する外枠部2と、この外枠部2の上下に固設した各レール部5と、この上下の 各レール部5内に上下を装着し、例えばガラス材3又は樹脂材を収置し相互に個 別に左右にスライド(引き違い動)可能とした各内枠部4とを具備している。 本実施の形態においては、外枠部2、レール部5、各内枠部4とを樹脂材をも って形成しているが、これらの各部は樹脂材以外の材質、例えば金属材をもって 形成しても良い。 前記外枠部2の上下に固設した各レール部5は、凹状部6と、開口7と、凹状 部6の凹状各上端に形成した各小幅片7’とから形成されている。 図中の符号8は施錠部、9は各内枠部4の指掛け部を示すものである。また符 号10は、気密性保持のために、各内枠部4を左右にスライドして閉じた際、各 内枠部4の左右の側端部12’、13’の一部を挿入するための外枠部2に設け た溝部である。更に、符号11は、外枠部2内に設けた網戸装着用の溝部である 。但し、本考案においては、網戸装着用の溝部11の有無は問わない。本実施の 形態における前記施錠部8は、一方の内枠部4の中心方向に位置する側端部12 に設けた回動片14を、他の内枠部4の中心方向に位置する側端部13に設けた 懸架溝15内に回動しつつ嵌着することで施錠されるようになっている。 前記各内枠部4の夫々の中心方向に位置する各側端部12、13の各上下位置 には、図3、図4等に示すように、後記する移動機構体30の回動片31が脱着 (離反・嵌着)可能な嵌合体16を突設している。 上記嵌合体16は、回動片31を嵌合する際この回動片31を嵌合、挿入可能 な溝部17を有する基体18と、回動片31を嵌合体16に嵌合、装着した際に 該回動片31の先端を溝部17内に嵌着、停止可能で、且つ、バネ等の弾性材2 0の付勢力をもって基体18の端部において上下に移動可能とした嵌着用部19 と、基体18の両サイドの部分の中に配置したバネ等の弾性材20と、基体18 の溝部17内の底面に配置され回動片31の回動方向に付勢力を付与できるよう にした板バネ材21とを具備している。なお、上記バネ等の弾性材20の付勢力 は、嵌着用部19が回動片31方向に復帰するような付勢力である。 上記嵌着用部19は、その両サイド部分に突設した各小片22が、前記基体1 8の両サイドの部分の中に配置したバネ等の弾性材20をもって嵌着用部19全 体に付勢力が発揮可能なように、基体18の両サイドの部分の中に埋設されてい る。 前記各内枠部4の夫々の中心方向に位置する側端部12、13の各上下位置に 突設される各嵌合体16は、夫々の嵌合体16の各嵌着用部19の部分が上下に 夫々対向するように配置される。 図中の符号23は、嵌合体16に設けた移動機構体30の回動片31のガイド 部材である。 前記各内枠部4の上下端部は、各内枠部4の夫々の上下に一端を軸支した図5 、図6、図7に示すような移動機構体30をもって、外枠部2の上下に固設した 各レール部5内に包覆状態に装着されている。上記移動機構体30は、外枠部2 内の上下の各レール部5内において、各内枠部4を相互に個別に左右にスライド (引き違い動)可能に構成したとともに、左右の各内枠部4を個別に内開き状に 全開できるように開閉、回動可能に構成している。 即ち、移動機構体30は、前記外枠部2の上下に固設した各レール部5の凹状 部6内に装着される樹脂製で長尺状の本体32と、この本体32に配設され前記 レール部5内の小幅片7’の内面に接しつつ回転可能な金属製の複数の車輪33 と、一方の端部において前記各内枠部4の夫々に突設した各嵌合体16に脱着( 離反・嵌着)可能でそれ自体が内枠部4の端面において垂直から水平状態にわた って略90度の範囲に回動可能に構成した樹脂製の回動片31と、この回動片3 1とは反対の端部において前記各内枠部4を個別に水平方向に回動可能なように 構成設置した金属製の回動用体34とを具備している。 前記回動用体34は、その下面部の四角形状の小溝35内に、各内枠部4の端 面に突設した四角形状の小突起36が嵌着されて、各移動機構体30が夫々の各 内枠部4の上下に軸支されている。前記回動片31は、その軸支部37により本 体32に軸支されている。 前記回動片31の軸支部37の周辺部には、軸支部37を挟持する状態で、移 動機構体30を外枠部2内の上下の各レール部5内において停止可能なように構 成したスットッパー体38を設けている。 即ち、スットッパー体38は、薄状の小四辺形状体の上面に、該上面が各レー ル部5の内面と接合しながら移動機構体30の停止時の停止機能を一層発揮可能 なような多数の微細溝39を形成しているとともに、この微細溝39を形成した 薄状の小四辺形状体と一体形成されて前記レール部5の各小幅片7’を各小幅片 7’の外側から押圧するように構成した各押圧片39’からなる。 そして、前記回動片31を前記内枠部4の嵌合体16の溝部17内に嵌着、停 止させた状態においては、スットッパー体38の上面がレール部5の内面と接合 せず移動機構体30は内枠部4に拘束されているとともに、前記回動片31を前 記内枠部4の嵌合体16の溝部17内から脱し離反してレール部5内に水平状に 位置した状態においては、スットッパー体38の上面がレール部5の内面と接合 しながら、しかも、各押圧片39’をもって前記レール部5の各小幅片7’を各 小幅片7’の外側から押圧するので、移動機構体30をレール部5内に停止させ るようになっている。 この構成の建物用窓1によれば、前記回動片31を前記内枠部4の嵌合体16 の溝部17内に嵌着、停止させた状態においては、スットッパー体38の上面が レール部5の内面と接合せず、移動機構体30は内枠部4に拘束されているので 、内枠部4が左右にスライド(引き違い動)可能となる。この場合、移動機構体 30の本体32に配設された複数の車輪33をもって、内枠部4の左右スライド (引き違い動)は円滑である。 一方、前記回動片31を前記内枠部4の嵌合体16の溝部17内から脱し離反 してレール部5内に水平状に位置した状態においては、スットッパー体38の上 面がレール部5の内面と接合しながら、しかも、各押圧片39’をもって前記レ ール部5の各小幅片7’を各小幅片7’の外側から押圧するので、移動機構体3 0をレール部5内に停止させることになり、内枠部4は、回動用体34を支軸と して、内枠部4を個別に外枠部2内の任意の位置で内開き状に開閉、回動するこ とができる。 また、前記内枠部4の上下いずれか一方の回動片31を、その内枠部4の嵌合 体16の溝部17内に嵌着、停止させて移動機構体30を内枠部4に拘束させつ つ、同時に、当該内枠部4の他方の回動片31を、その嵌合体16の溝部17内 から脱し離反してレール部5内に水平状に位置させて移動機構体30をレール部 5内に停止させると、当該内枠部4は、左右にスライド(引き違い動)不可で且 つ内開き状にも開閉、回動が不可となる。この場合には、窓部自体を施錠するこ とになり、住宅等を一定時間留守にしつつ住宅内を適当に換気するのに好都合で ある。 前記回動片31が前記内枠部4の嵌合体16の溝部17内に嵌着、停止された 状態、即ち、スットッパー体38の上面がレール部5の内面と接合せず、移動機 構体30が内枠部4に拘束されている状態において、この回動片31を、嵌合体 16の溝部17内から脱し離反してレール部5内に水平状に位置した状態、即ち 、スットッパー体38の上面がレール部5の内面と接合しながら、しかも、各押 圧片39’をもって前記レール部5の各小幅片7’を各小幅片7’の外側から押 圧して、移動機構体30をレール部5内に停止させるには、バネ等の弾性材20 の付勢力をもって上下に移動可能とした嵌合体16の嵌着用部19を移動させる と、基体18の溝部17内の板バネ材21の外方への付勢力でもって、回動片3 1の先端とともに嵌合体16が溝部17内から脱する。そして、更に当該回動片 31の先端をレール部5の凹状部6内へと回動させると、回動片31はレール部 5内に水平状に位置し、スットッパー体38の上面がレール部5の内面と接合し ながら、しかも、各押圧片39’をもって前記レール部5の各小幅片7’を各小 幅片7’の外側から押圧するので、移動機構体30をレール部5内に停止させる ことになる。 回動片31を上述した状態とは逆の手順でもって回動すると、回動片31がレ ール部5内に水平状に位置した状態、即ち、スットッパー体38の上面がレール 部5の内面と接合しながら、しかも、各押圧片39’をもって前記レール部5の 各小幅片7’を各小幅片7’の外側から押圧して、移動機構体30をレール部5 内に停止した状態から、この回動片31を、前記内枠部4の嵌合体16の溝部1 7内に嵌着、停止させた状態、即ち、スットッパー体38の上面がレール部5の 内面と接合せず、しかも、各押圧片39’が前記レール部5の各小幅片7’を各 小幅片7’の外側から押圧せず、移動機構体30が内枠部4に拘束された状態に 移すことができる。 Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
