[Prior art] Conventionally, liquid, powder or solid detergents for automatic dishwashers generally contain phosphates, silicates and other alkaline components, and further contain hypochlorite and chlorinated salts. Many contain bleaching agents such as isocyanurates, and many contain caustic in order to improve the detergency, and improve solubility and solution stability.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above-mentioned conventional detergents for automatic dishwashers have the following disadvantages. That is, the conventional liquid detergent is required to have uniform solubility and solution stability for each component in order to form a solution of each component and integrate the components. There were restrictions on the amount. As a result, the washing performance was inferior to that of the powder detergent, and was not particularly satisfied in terms of prevention of generation of water spots, etc. It was difficult as a compounding technique in terms of properties.

Further, with respect to the conventional powder detergents, those having good washing without causing water spots always contain a strong alkaline component. For this reason, there were drawbacks such as etching of glass tableware, causing chemical obstacles to the inlet pipe of the washing machine, and high PH value of the washing water and becoming a source of pollution. . As for this powder detergent, there is an example in which a surfactant is blended,
Due to production defects such as stickiness in the production process and the disadvantage that the contained bleaching agent is decomposed, it was not possible to incorporate a surfactant in a fixed amount (3 to 5% by weight) or more. .

A first object of the present invention is to make it possible to use a surfactant in an arbitrary ratio in combination with a detergent for an automatic dishwasher, thereby maintaining sufficient detergency even if it is not strongly alkaline. In particular, it is possible to prevent the formation of water spots and effectively maintain the foam suppressing property and other properties. A second object of the present invention is to provide an automatic detergent supply device that can effectively use the detergent according to the present invention in an automatic dishwasher.

In the detergent supply device according to the present invention described above, a 201-capacity general container for detergent with a small lid can be used as a container. In addition, the float is made of a lightweight material or a light-weight structure that sufficiently floats on the upper detergent component so that the lower end of the suction tube for the upper detergent component, which is fixedly held by the float, is maintained in the upper detergent component. It is formed. In the case other than the lightweight material or the lightweight configuration, the elastic member may be provided in a form in which the float is appropriately pulled up.
The elastic member is designed to compensate for the buoyancy of the float itself so that the lowermost end of the suction tube of the upper detergent component fixed to the float is always maintained in the upper detergent component.
It is configured such that an elastic force is generated in proportion to the moving distance of the float accompanying the lowering of the upper detergent component surface. Further, the elastic member may be made of a tube for sucking the upper detergent component having elasticity, such as a coin tube made of Teflon or the like. In addition, dedicated pumps are respectively provided in the middle of the suction tubes for the detergent components of the upper and lower layers.

In addition, when the main cleaning component and the auxiliary cleaning component are used together, the components are mixed with each other in the cleaning water in the automatic dishwasher, and both components are sufficiently diluted in the cleaning water. Since the mixing time is a short period in accordance with the washing time of the tableware, various functions of both components are effectively exerted. In addition, from the above-described separation form of these two components, the amount of the auxiliary cleaning component with respect to the main cleaning component is not particularly limited. Therefore, the usage amount of the surfactant is larger than that of the conventional liquid detergent. can do. As a result, performance such as a cleaning action can be further improved.

In addition, other functional components such as a foam inhibitor, a deodorant, and an antistatic agent are stably blended in the auxiliary cleaning component,

In other words, each detergent component related to the two-layer separation in the same container is sent out into the automatic dishwasher at a predetermined ratio by a separate pump via the corresponding suction tube. In addition, the float descends along the guide pipe as the upper detergent surface descends due to the decrease in the amount of each of the upper and lower detergent components. Further, the elastic force of the elastic member acts to lift the float upward as the float descends. Due to the combined effect of this elastic force and the buoyancy of the float, the lower end of the upper detergent suction tube is always maintained in the upper detergent. Due to the operation of each part, each detergent component in each of the upper and lower layers is individually and simultaneously supplied to the washing water.

In this detergent configuration, since the surfactant as an auxiliary cleaning component is not compatible with the main cleaning component, when both are contained in the same container at the same time, both components are in a two-layer liquid separation state. In addition, when compared with the characteristic curve δ of the effective chlorine concentration under the same conditions when the polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether II was mixed with the main cleaning component in Table 6, the stability of the characteristic curves α and β was lower. It is also very high. This is thought to be due to the fact that the terminal hydroxyl group of polyoxyalkylene dialkyl ether I was capped with a butyl group, thereby significantly improving the contact stability with sodium hypochlorite contained in the main cleaning component. That is, when the detergent relating to the two-layer separation is supplied into the container 2, the lower end of the suction tube 8 is located in the cleaning agent A layer of the main component via the strainer 9, as shown in FIG. ,
The lowermost end of the coil tube 12 is in the auxiliary cleaning component B via the strainer 15 according to the buoyancy of the float 10. At this time, the coil tube 12 is in a contracted state on the guide pipe because the float 10 is at a high position according to the detergent amount, and the elasticity of the float is
Has no effect on the top. In this state, when the suction pumps (not shown) individually provided for the suction tubes 8 and 13 are operated, the main cleaning component A is supplied via the suction tube 8 and the auxiliary cleaning component B is supplied. Through the coil tube 12 and the suction tube 13, a certain amount thereof is injected into the washing tank of the automatic dishwasher. As the detergent is used and the amount of the detergent is reduced, the liquid level of the auxiliary cleaning component B layer is lowered. In this lowering process, as shown in FIG. The coil tube 12 'descends along 7 and gradually extends. 4th
The float 10 in the figure shows a state close to the final descent point. In the process of lowering the float 10, the auxiliary cleaning component B becomes extremely small, and it is difficult to maintain the strainer 15 position in the auxiliary component B layer only by the buoyancy of the float 10. The strainer 15 position is maintained in the auxiliary cleaning component B layer by applying the elasticity of the coil tube 12 in the tensile direction in proportion to its moving distance.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects are exhibited. In the present invention, since the main cleaning component consisting of a detergent component and the auxiliary cleaning component consisting of a certain low-foaming surfactant are configured in a separated state so as to be used together in the wash water, the performance of both components is improved. Are effectively exhibited. As a result, compared with the detergent of the conventional composition, the cleaning effect is improved, especially the generation of water spots is eliminated, and the function as a dry finishing agent (rinsing agent) that beautifully finishes the cleaning and speeds up drying of dishes and the like is also added. You can also give it. In addition, since it can be configured as a detergent having a low PH value, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of troubles such as etching, especially when the object is a glass tableware.

In addition, from the above-described separation configuration, it is not necessary to consider the stability of the compatibility of the two components and the attenuation of the active component upon mixing, and the components can be configured at an arbitrary ratio. Also, other functional components that are unstable in the mixed system can be stably used, for example, by blending them into the auxiliary cleaning component.
