On the other hand, the thermosetting resin decorative board using the above-mentioned metal powder, as described in the same publication, suffers from deterioration in performance due to oxidation of the metal powder and poor adaptability between the metal powder and the thermosetting resin. The performance of the thermosetting resin decorative board is likely to deteriorate.
At this point, since the mica powder is also an inorganic substance, the “mica” with an organic thermosetting resin is not excellent.

Examples of the synthetic resin luminance material having a polarizing property include, for example, a three-layer structure of a polyester resin film coated with a polarizing luminance material, various synthetic resin films coated with a polarizing luminance material by chemical or physical vapor deposition,
Various synthetic resin films or the like on which a kneaded product of a polarizing luminance substance and a pigment is printed (see FIG. 2). The synthetic resin luminance material used is, for example, one cut into small pieces of 1 mm square or narrow small pieces of 0.2 to 2.5 mm. In addition, as the luminance material, color coating fine powder of mica (mica) is used.

In the case where the synthetic resin luminance material is unevenly distributed on the core of the overlay paper, the impregnation of the overlay paper with the thermosetting resin does not cause the synthetic resin luminance material to fall off and the synthetic resin luminance material is exposed on the outermost surface. Since it does not come out, it is excellent in abrasion resistance and retention of design effects. In addition, the same material includes a modified resin having good compatibility, in addition to the same thermosetting resin. The mixing ratio of the synthetic resin luminance material is preferably 5 to 10% by weight based on the overlay. If the amount is less than 5% by weight, the metallic color tone is not sufficiently developed by adding the synthetic resin luminance substance, and if it exceeds 10% by weight, there is no corresponding design effect.

That is, conventionally, inorganic mica powder and metal powder are used in order to make a metallic color tone appear. For this reason, such an inorganic powder is not excellent in “fitness” with a thermosetting resin, and deteriorates various performances of a decorative board. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the organic synthetic resin luminance material is used, the "compatibility" with the thermosetting resin is good, and the performance of the decorative board is not reduced.

Further, in the conventional thermosetting resin decorative plate having a metallic color tone, an overlay resin layer is not formed in order to exhibit a deep metallic color tone. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the synthetic resin luminance substance is formed in the overlay paper, a deep metallic color tone can be exhibited even if the overlay resin layer is formed. Moreover, the formation of the overlay resin layer makes the thermosetting resin decorative board particularly excellent in surface performance such as abrasion resistance and durability.

In addition, since the synthetic resin luminance material has a polarization property, the reflection effect of light and the transparency of the melamine resin have a colorful and varied design effect. This is considered to be due to the fact that the luminous substance reflects and absorbs light in multiple layers, and acts as if it were a prism.
