粉を捕集する集塵装置ならびに吸引ファンとから構成さ
れる粉砕設備であって、 該竪型粉砕機は回転テーブルの外周部上面に複数個の回
転自在な粉砕ローラを配置し、粉砕ローラに所定の粉砕
力を与えて回転テーブル上面と粉砕ローラ周面との間で
原料を粉砕する竪型粉砕機であって、ケーシングに振動
計を装着するとともに、運転中における回転テーブルと
粉砕ローラ間の原料層厚を測定する層厚計を備え、回転
テーブル駆動用の電動機を可変速電動機とし、かつ、前
記振動計の指示値前記層厚計の指示値前記原料供給
設備の秤量機の指示値を入力してあらかじめ設定された
アルゴリズムにより振動レベルの判定原料層厚の判定
原料供給量の判定を行なってそれぞれの設定された適
正値を逸脱したとき、該可変速電動機の回転数を変更す
