Therefore, pressure transmitters in which electronic components are miniaturized and high-density patterned semiconductors are frequently used are becoming more and more disadvantageous for environmental resistance performance. For this reason,
Understanding the environmental conditions in which the pressure transmitter is installed is an important factor in advancing the reliability design of the pressure transmitter.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a capacitance type differential pressure sensor.
Numeral 10 forms variable capacitors C 1 and C 2 that complementarily change with a pair of fixed electrodes opposed to the moving electrodes. The displacement due to the differential pressure applied to the moving electrode is converted by the differential pressure sensor 10 into changes in the variable capacitors C 1 and C 2 corresponding to the displacement, and further converted into a duty signal D by the capacitance / duty converter 11. Then, the converted duty signal D is output to the processor 12.

Thereafter, the digital comparator 42 outputs the pressure signal OUT and the overpressure value R.
EF and a high-level "H" when OUT> REF is satisfied, and a low-level "L" comparison output CO when OUT> REF is reversed. That is, the high level “H” in FIG. 4A indicates that an excessive pressure is applied.

The counter 43 rises to the high level “H” in synchronization with the rise of the comparison output CO from the low level “L” to the high level “H”. After the comparison signal CO becomes the low level “L”, the counter 43 goes high. By rising to the level “H”, the minimum output of the counter 43 becomes the low level “L” (FIG. 4 (b)). Therefore, the counter 43 counts the number of times the excessive pressure is applied.

On the other hand, the counter 44 is enabled when the comparison output CO rises to the high level "H" (FIG. 4 (a)), and the counter 44 rises in synchronization with the rising of the clock signal CLK shown in FIG. 4 (c). Each time the overpressure is applied, counting is performed. Therefore, the content of the counter 44 is counted as the time when the excessive pressure is applied. This count value CT 1 and CT 2 counters 43, 44 and the like are stored is output to the random access memory 45. Count value CT 1 and CT 2 stored in overpressure on the display 46 is read out as read data RDD to a control signal from the microprocessor 41, such as that applied with cumulative time is displayed.
