程部5a,5b,5c・・・が設けられ、各工程部5
a,5b,5c・・・の出口側にはその工程が正しく行
われたか否かをチェックする折曲げ検知,上または下側
の糊付け検知等の検査センサー6a,6b,6c・・・

て排出されるとともに、正常時に成形される紙函体は上
記間隙が狭められることによって長短にかかわらず搬出
ラインに確実に送ることができるいう効果を生ずる。

トコンベアと搬出ライン間の間隙を拡開するようにした
ことを特徴とする自動製函機における不良品排出装置の
