Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a color picture tube in which a fluorescent surface formed on the inner surface of a face plate of a panel portion is provided with a mark for horizontal position confirmation at the time of adjusting a deflection yoke. [Prior Art] Generally, in a color picture tube, when a color picture tube is incorporated in an apparatus, a deflection yoke is fixedly arranged at a predetermined position in the range from the funnel portion to the neck portion on the outer surface of the color picture tube. Therefore, the color picture tube is provided with a mark for confirming the horizontal position when adjusting the deflection yoke, and a mark hole is provided outside the effective area of the shadow mask that is arranged to face the fluorescent surface on the inner surface of the panel. Occasionally, this mark hole is used as a mask to form a fluorescent pattern of three colors of red (R), green (G), and blue (B) outside the effective display area on the fluorescent surface. The structure of such a color picture tube is described in, for example, JP-A-51-82563. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the color picture tube configured as described above, the horizontal position confirmation mark formed on the fluorescent surface is
It is necessary only when the deflection yoke is attached and adjusted, and it is not necessary in the completed final color picture tube, and on the contrary, there is a problem that the appearance quality is deteriorated. The present invention solves such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a color picture tube capable of mounting and adjusting a deflection yoke without deteriorating the quality of the color picture tube in appearance. [Means for Solving Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the color picture tube according to the present invention has a fluorescent surface on the inner surface of the panel face plate,
A three-color phosphor pattern whose fluorescent surface is formed in the effective display area, and a light absorbing film formed outside the effective display area and in the effective display area except for the three-color phosphor pattern forming portion A means for providing a three-color fluorescent substance pattern serving as a mark for adjusting the deflection yoke attachment is provided on both side portions along the horizontal axis on the light absorption film formed outside the effective display area. [Operation] According to the above-mentioned means, the fluorescent substance pattern serving as a mark for confirming the horizontal position at the time of adjusting the deflection yoke in the color picture tube has a unit number of light beams formed outside the effective display area of the fluorescent surface. It is provided on the absorption film, and when the color picture tube is not operating, the unit pattern of the phosphor pattern cannot be seen from the front side of the panel due to the black color of the light absorption film. Even when the picture tube is operating, normally,
Since the electron beam is not scanned to outside the effective display area of the fluorescent surface, the unit number of fluorescent patterns cannot be visually observed from the front surface side of the panel portion. On the other hand, when the deflection yoke is attached to the outer periphery of the funnel portion of the color picture tube and the horizontal position of the deflection yoke attachment portion is adjusted, the electron beam is scanned outside the effective display area, and the unit number Since the fluorescent substance pattern of 1 emits light, it becomes possible to confirm the formation position of the fluorescent substance pattern of this unit number. As described above, according to the above-mentioned means, the unit number of phosphor patterns can be used as a mark for adjusting the deflection yoke attachment, and the unit number of phosphor patterns can be confirmed when the color picture tube is used. As a result, the unit number of the phosphor patterns does not cause an unsightly appearance, and the quality of the color picture tube is not deteriorated. Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of a panel portion for explaining a process of forming a fluorescent surface in a color picture tube of one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a color picture tube of this embodiment. FIG. 3 is a plan view of an essential part of a shadow mask used in FIG.
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a formation state of a three-color phosphor pattern formed on the inner surface of the panel face plate of the color picture tube of this embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a view showing formation of the phosphor surface shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of a light source moving mechanism used in the process, FIG. 5 is a characteristic diagram showing a stroke state of the light source moving mechanism shown in FIG. 4, and FIGS. 6 and 7 are FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a main part of a panel portion for explaining a process of forming a fluorescent surface of the color picture tube of this embodiment, and FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a configuration of the panel portion of the color picture tube of this embodiment. It is a figure. The process of forming the fluorescent surface in the color picture tube of one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the photosensitive resin film 2 is applied to the inner surface of the face plate of the panel portion 1, and the opening pattern 4 of the shadow mask 3 is exposed by using the exposure light source 5 to be exposed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, the shutter mask 3 is formed with a large number of elongated slit-shaped opening patterns 4 arranged in rows in the vertical direction of the screen (hereinafter referred to as Y direction). In the figure, 6 is a bridging portion formed in the Y direction of the opening pattern 4, Pv is a pitch in the Y direction of the opening pattern 4, and 7 is an elongated slit-like opening pattern for confirming the horizontal position when the deflection yoke is attached. There are three opening patterns 7 which are formed outside the effective area of the shadow mask 3 in a mechanical center position so as to correspond to three colors of red, green and blue. The exposure light source 5 is set to Y as shown in FIG.
The arc light of a mercury lamp having a linear shape elongated in the direction is used. The length of this exposure light source 5 is 1,
Since it moves in the Y direction as shown by the dotted line, the effective length is l S. Therefore, by moving the exposure light source 5 back and forth in the Y direction with the positions 5B, 5G, 5R as shown in FIG. 1, stripe type red and green are displayed in the effective display area A as shown in FIG. , Blue three-color picture elements 8r, 8g, 8b are formed. In this case, the light irradiated to the inner surface of the panel 1 from the opening patterns 4 adjacent to each other in the Y direction of the shadow mask 3 is overlapped on the inner surface of the panel 1 and the shadow portion is exposed by the bridging portion. Since the fluorescent surface is exposed to light without being exposed and the opening pattern 7 formed outside the effective area of the shadow mask 3 outside the effective display area A does not have the opening pattern 7 adjacent in the Y direction, The light does not overlap, and it is exposed enough and is not exposed. In other words, the exposure is not performed with a sufficient exposure amount necessary for exposure. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, three color picture elements 8r, 8g, and 8b for image display are formed in the effective display area A on the inner surface of the panel 1, but outside the effective display area A, horizontal positions are formed. The three color picture elements for confirmation are not formed.
A mechanism as shown in FIG. 4 is used to reciprocate the exposure light source 5. That is, in FIG.
Reference numeral 10 is a light source unit equipped with the exposure light source 5, 11 is a stroke cam for reciprocating the light source unit 10 in the Y direction, and the stroke cam 11 is formed in a simple heart shape.
As shown in FIG. 5, it reciprocates continuously at a constant speed. The maximum position of this stroke corresponds to a in FIG. 1 and the minimum position corresponds to b. After exposing and exposing the opening pattern 4 of the shadow mask 3 on the photosensitive resin film 2 applied on the inner surface of the panel 1 in this manner, development is performed by, for example, hot water spray to correspond to the opening pattern 4 of the shadow mask 3. After forming a pattern, a suspension of a light-absorbing substance such as graphite is applied to the entire surface, and then treated with an aqueous solution of, for example, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypozincate, a so-called etching solution, and then exposed to light. After the resin film is swollen and embrittled, the photosensitive resin film which has been embrittled by developing again is peeled off together with the light absorbing substance to form the holes 12 in the exposed portion and the non-exposed portion as shown in FIG. Is formed with a black matrix pattern 13 made of a light absorbing material. Next, a precoat liquid containing a polystyrene copolymer emulsion as a main component is applied to the inner surface of the panel 1 and dried to form an organic coating, and then a phosphor slurry containing a photocrosslinking agent is applied and dried. A phosphor layer 14 is formed. Next, this phosphor layer 14 is exposed to light through a shadow mask 3 having opening patterns 4 and 7 to expose it. In this case, exposure is performed using the same linear exposure light source 5 used to form the black matrix pattern 13, but at this time, Y
The reciprocating movement in the direction is not performed, but the central axis of the panel 1 is fixed for exposure. That is, the exposure is performed without moving the light spot. As a result, a photocrosslinking reaction occurs in the phosphor layer 14, and the phosphor layer 14 is subsequently developed with warm pure water to leave a portion cured by the photoreaction. Thus, as shown in FIG. 7, the holes 12 formed in the black matrix pattern 13 on the inner surface of the panel 1 and the fluorescent pattern 15, respectively outside the effective display area A on the black matrix pattern 13, 16 are formed. This phosphor pattern 1
The formation of 5, 16 is performed for each green, blue, and red fluorescent substance at a predetermined hole 12 and at a predetermined position outside the effective display area A on the black matrix pattern 13, and a pattern is displayed in the predetermined hole 12 respectively. 15g green luminous phosphor pattern for,
The blue light emitting phosphor pattern 15b and the red light emitting phosphor pattern 15r are formed, and the black matrix pattern 13 is formed.
At a predetermined position outside the upper effective display area A, a fluorescent substance pattern 16g of three colors of green, blue and red is used as a mark for confirming the horizontal position.
16b and 16r are formed respectively. Although not shown next,
An organic film is formed on these phosphor patterns 15g, 15b, 15r, 16g, 16b, 16r, and a metal back film is further formed on this organic film to complete the process. The stripe-shaped color picture tube fluorescent surface thus formed serves as a mark for horizontal position confirmation on the black matrix pattern 13 outside the effective display area A on the inner surface of the panel 1 as shown in FIG. By forming the fluorescent material patterns 16g, 16b, 16r of three colors of green, blue and red, as shown in FIG. 8, the fluorescent material pattern as a mark for confirming the horizontal position is seen from the front side of the panel 1. Since 16g, 16b, 16r will be visually recognized through the Brackmatrix pattern 13, the fluorescent patterns 16g, 16b, 16r that serve as a horizontal position confirmation mark when the color picture tube is not operating are the black matrix. It is masked by the black color of the pattern 13 and cannot be seen from the front side of the panel unit 1. Even when the color picture tube is in operation, the electron beam is not normally scanned beyond the effective display area of the fluorescent surface. The fluorescent substance patterns 16g, 16b, 16r, which serve as marks, cannot be seen from the front side of the panel portion. Although not shown, a deflection yoke is attached to the funnel portion, and when adjusting and fixing the deflection yoke, an electron beam is emitted from an electron gun housed in the neck portion, and the electron beam is overscanned to the outside of the effective display area A. The beams are irradiated to the horizontal position confirmation phosphor patterns 16r, 16g, 16b, respectively, and the phosphor patterns 16r, 16g, 16b emit light, so that the horizontal position confirmation fluorescent pattern 16g , 16b, 16r can be seen from the front side of the panel,
By using these phosphor patterns 16g, 16b, 16r, the horizontal position when the deflection yoke is attached can be adjusted. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the color picture tube according to the present invention is a mark for confirming the horizontal position when the deflection yoke is mounted on the light absorption film (black matrix pattern) formed outside the effective display area on the inner surface of the panel. Since the number of units of the three-color phosphor pattern is set, when the color picture tube is not operating, the number of units of the three-color phosphor pattern that serves as the horizontal position confirmation mark is masked by the black color of the light absorption film. The color picture tube cannot be seen from the front side of the panel, and even when the color picture tube is operating, the electron beam is not normally scanned outside the effective display area of the fluorescent surface. As in the non-operating state, the unit number of three-color phosphor patterns that serve as a horizontal position confirmation mark cannot be seen from the front side of the panel section, while the outer circumference of the funnel section of the color picture tube is not visible. Biased to When the orientation yoke is attached, the electron beam is scanned to outside the effective display area of the fluorescent surface, and the three-color fluorescent substance pattern of the number of units that serves as the horizontal position confirmation mark emits light, which serves as the horizontal position confirmation mark. It becomes possible to visually observe the unit number of three-color phosphor patterns from the front surface side of the panel portion. Therefore, according to the color picture tube according to the present invention, not only the unit number of three-color phosphor patterns can be used as a mark for adjusting the deflection yoke attachment, but also when the color picture tube is used, it can be used from the front of the panel portion. Since it becomes difficult to confirm the three-color fluorescent substance pattern of this unit number, the three-color fluorescent substance pattern of the unit number does not make the appearance unsightly and may deteriorate the quality of the color picture tube. There is an effect that there is no. Further, in the process of forming the fluorescent surface of the color picture tube according to the present invention, when the light absorbing film (black matrix pattern) is formed, the exposure light source is set in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the opening pattern of the shadow mask with respect to the panel portion. If the means is used so that the exposure is performed while reciprocally moving, and the exposure light source is fixed when the phosphor pattern is formed, the horizontal position when the deflection yoke is attached can be increased without increasing the number of steps. There is an additional effect that it is possible to form a three-color phosphor pattern of the number of units serving as a confirmation mark.
