In recent years, a method of simultaneously treating a plurality of yarns with a single cooling chimney or a winding machine has been adopted to improve productivity. On the other hand, the frequency of yarn breakage tends to increase due to the increase in spinning speed, the production of high-value-added yarn, and the like, and maintaining the yield and the basic unit has become an important issue.

On the other hand, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 61-127576 discloses a device for providing a yarn winding detector, a cutting device, a take-up device, and a yarn cutting detector for each yarn, and performing a yarn cutting process for each yarn. It is disclosed.
However, in this device, the cutting device and the take-up device are provided relatively close to each other on the same yarn path, and therefore, in high-speed spinning having a relatively high spinning tension or a spinning device having many yarn paths, the take-up fails and eventually In many cases, all yarns were broken.

Further, in the prior art, since it is possible to detect the yarn breakage only in the yarn unit, the single fiber cut of the multi-fiber yarn occurs in advance, and the cut single fiber falls near the cooling chimney and the other yarns are cut. It was not effective even in the case of a phenomenon in which running was interrupted and the yarn was broken.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and in yarn breakage in multi-yarn spinning, by reliably suctioning only the yarn in which the yarn breakage occurs, other yarns can be used up to the full penetration time. The purpose is to continue spinning and minimize loss due to yarn breakage. Further, regarding single fiber breakage, the number of times of yarn breakage can be reduced by processing before the yarn breakage.

FIG. 1 is a side view for explaining the individual type yarn breakage processing device according to the first invention, in which the oil supply device or the first convergence point in the vicinity of the cooling chimney 2 is directly below the spinneret 1. The number of thread cutting devices 4 is provided at a position close to 5 as many as the number of yarns.

The installation location is preferably close to the oil supply device or the first convergence point 5, and more preferably immediately above the oil supply device or the first convergence point. When it is located below and separates from the oil supply device or the first convergence point, the yarn cut between them falls on the yarn paths and parts in the surroundings and causes suction failure. If it is too high, the traveling yarn bundle diameter becomes large and the opening of the yarn cutting device must be made large, so special measures are required. In addition, there is a drawback in that it is difficult to determine the yarn running position due to the influence of yarn shaking.

One suction aspirator 6 is provided for each cooling chimney 1 in the lee of the cooling air blown from the filter 3 of the cooling chimney 2. According to the present invention, since the cut yarns are sucked down by free fall, the suction aspirator does not need a specially assisted suction force. Therefore, the suction aspirator to be used may be a known one, but preferably has a wide mouth, and more preferably, the suction port modified into a rectangular shape or an elliptical shape in parallel with the blowing surface of the cooling chimney is a thread cut. Widen the freedom of the position where the strip falls.
When two or more suction aspirators are installed for one cooling chimney, a bridge phenomenon occurs in which two or more suction aspirators attract the same yarn, and finally clogging becomes impossible, which is not preferable.

FIG. 2 is a side view for explaining the individual type yarn breakage processing device according to the second invention. In this device, the single fiber breakage detector 15 is shown.
This single fiber breakage detector is installed as shown in FIG.
A commercially available photoelectric switch of the photoelectric tube type is arranged at a distance that covers almost the entire width of the cooling chimney and is installed close to the suction aspirator. A structure in which the occurrence of single fiber breakage may be detected by dropping the cut single fiber by free fall and passing or staying in the sensing area of the photoelectric switch. The higher the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch, the earlier it becomes possible to detect single fiber breakage, but since malfunctions due to low molecular weight substances and thread waste in the vicinity increase, malfunctions will occur using a sequencer or timer. It is preferable to use prevention together.

The guide plate 14 may be a flat plate such as an aluminum plate, and a notch or the like may be formed according to the situation around the mounting position. The mounting angle must be such that the cut threads or filaments slide off naturally. The upper end is preferably above the oil supply device, and when it is below the oil supply device, the mist of oil contaminates the cut yarn to make it difficult to slip.

An example of the vertical partition plate 16 is shown in FIG. This vertical partition plate is installed for the purpose of preventing the cut yarns from coming into contact with the adjacent running yarns when they naturally fall, but they are installed under the intervals of the spinneret, spinning conditions, cold air conditions, etc. It should be installed only when necessary. When installing, it is necessary to consider the workability of cleaning the spinneret surface and threading work as well as the function of preventing the yarns from coming into contact with each other.

Almost at the same time as the detection, the yarn cutting device 4 for the corresponding yarn and the suction aspirator are activated. At this time, at the same time, an alarm notifies the operator of the occurrence of the yarn breakage. The yarns cut by the yarn cutting device fall by free fall while being pushed downwind by the cold air. The yarn that has fallen near the suction aspirator via the guide plate is sucked into the suction aspirator,
The other yarn is continuously wound until a predetermined full penetration time.

As a matter of course, if the suction success rate is increased, the production yield is increased by relieving the yarn breakage of other yarns. The effect is greater as the number of yarns to be wound on the same equipment increases and the brand and the condition in which the number of yarn breakages increases.

It is possible to prevent yarn breakage by performing suction processing for breaking single fibers. This is because it is possible to directly insert the sucked monofilament into the running yarn, so that the thread attaching work such as at the time of breaking the thread can be completely omitted. This has the effect of reducing the downtime of the equipment as well as the work time.
