いて、 前記毛巻防止手段は前記軸７の外周を囲む毛巻防止枠12
からなり、 該毛巻防止枠12は、モータ保持ケース８またはファン６
の一方から前記軸７の外周を囲むように他方に向けて突
設した少なくとも一対の毛巻枠12a・12aと、該毛巻枠12
a・12aの突出側端どうしをつなぐ円形状もしくは円弧形
状の毛外れ止め枠12bとを有する形に形成されており、 前記毛巻枠12aの外面と毛外れ止め枠12bの外面とは面一
