（Ｄ1 ）が稼働可と判定し、且つ前記稼働開始入力手段
（２１）による開始入力があると、表面処理装置（Ｗ）
の稼働制御を開始させる制御手段（Ｄ2 ）と、前記読み
取り手段（１１）で読み取った発行者コード及び会員番
号、並びに前記判定手段（Ｄ1 ）の判定結果に基づい
て、前記証明媒体（ＣＡ）を用いた表面処理装置（Ｗ）
の稼働実績を発行者コード及び会員番号に対応させて記
憶し得る稼働実績記憶手段（Ｍ2 ）とを少なくとも備え
たことを特徴とする、車両の表面処理装置における管理
