In the conventional mixing apparatus, two flow control valves are required and the price is high, and when the temperature of hot water is changed according to a bather's preference, the flow rate of the water supply pipe is increased. The control valve and the flow rate control valve of the hot water supply pipe must be separately operated, and there is a problem that the operation is troublesome.

[0004] The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and has a purpose of mixing two types of fluids (for example, water and hot water) at a desired ratio and discharging the same while using a single valve. It is also possible to easily change the mixing ratio of the fluids only by changing the rotation angle of the ball valve, or to shut off one of the two fluids and let the other fluid flow out. Another object of the present invention is to provide a highly usable mixing valve having a novel structure.

When mixing water and hot water as described above, the partition 23 receives the pressure (water pressure) of the water flowing from the first inlet 3 and changes the flow direction of the water to the outlet 5.
In the direction of. When the ball valve 23 having such a function is provided in the ball valve 15, even if there is a large difference between the supply pressure of water and the supply pressure of hot water, the low-pressure hot water is pushed back by the high-pressure water. This eliminates the problem of backflow (mixing is impossible).

As described above, according to the mixing valve of the present invention, two kinds of fluids such as water and hot water can be mixed and discharged at a desired ratio, and the mixing ratio of the fluids can be reduced. It can be easily changed only by changing the rotation angle of the ball valve, or one of the two fluids can be shut off and the other fluid can be discharged.
