が不要となり,作業労働負荷や作業効率を大幅に改善す
ることができるという効果が得られる。

ルキャップに油圧モータ等の回転駆動手段の回転部を押
圧して回転トルクを伝えローラ本体を低速回転させつ
つ,溶接トーチをローラ本体の外周面に沿わせてローラ
軸方向に移動させることにより,連続肉盛溶接を施して
補修することを特徴とする竪型粉砕機の粉砕ローラ補修
方法。
