擦抵抗で雌ねじ部材が回動してその遮閉板23が外気吸入
孔7を閉塞することとなり、従って該作動部材の押下げ
螺合状態で、容器を横向きにする等してもシリンダと作
動部材との間へ容器体内液体が入ることがなく、従って
作動部材螺脱の際に作動部材と雌ねじ部材との間から筒
状ピストン上昇によって押出されることもない。
