【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、物品を移送する際に用
いる梱包用の袋に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来から空気袋を使用して物品を運送す
る場合は、空気袋を受けるケースが必要である。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、前記
のケースが不要で、しかも輸送物品を傷付けることなく
安全に取扱い、搬送することができる梱包用袋を提供す
ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の手段は次のとお
りである。
【０００５】逆止弁を備えた密閉袋体と、密閉袋体の外
側に重ねた補強膜片とを中央部より２つに折曲げ、折曲
げた先端の接合端部を接着して、密閉袋体と、補強膜片
との間に空隙を派生させた梱包用袋。

【作用】図２に示す密閉袋体１の展開状態で中央Ｘ−
Ｘ′より図４のように２つ折りに重ねて袋体１の外側に
補強膜片５を重ね、袋体の開放側縁を接合してその中に
運送物品Ｇを入れ、逆止弁４より空気を圧送して袋体１
を膨出させる。（図６参照）

【実施例】図において１は密封袋体で、図示実施例では
柔軟な合成続脂シートにより成形し、内面に所望数の保
護条膜３を形成し、左右両端に接続片１´を連設する。
又逆止弁４を密封袋体１に取付けに舌片２を周縁に連設
する。５は袋体１とは別の補強膜片で展開した図１に示
す袋体１より稍々大きく成形し、袋体１の外側に重ね
る。素材は紙、樹脂フイルム等任意のものを使用する。
本実施例ではクラフト紙を用い、内側に袋体１と同様樹
脂をラミネートしてある。袋体１及び補強膜片５は図２
に示すように重ね、中央部Ｘ−Ｘ′より図４のように２
つに折り曲げて接合部７を加熱接着して袋体１及び補強
膜片５を図示実施例ではエンドレス状にすることで密閉
袋体１と補強膜片５との間に空隙９ができる。尚接着は
熱接着に限らず、接着剤その他により接合しても良い。
補強膜片５の接合部上方Ａ及び下縁Ｂは接合してもしな
くても良く、逆止弁４による空気注入時は上方Ａ部は圧
着しない方が良いが作業上の都合で圧着しても差支えな
い。運送物品Ｇをエンドレス状となった袋体内に挿入
し、空気注入後に上下両端を閉じる。袋体１と補強膜片
５の間に空隙９ができる。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、密閉袋体に補強膜片を
重ねて袋体の外側を被ってあるため、安全性を確保でき
る。そしてケースに入れることなく宅配便等に使用する
伝票類は補強膜片にそのまま貼着でき梱包が極めて容易
である。特に密閉袋体と補強膜片との間に隙間ができる
ため、緩衝作用は増し、安全性は一層高まる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 逆止弁を備えた密閉袋体と、密閉袋体の
    外側に重ねた補強膜片とを中央部より２つに折曲げ、折
    曲げた先端の接合端部を接着して、密閉袋体と、補強膜
    片との間に空隙を派生させた梱包用袋。
