[0003] There are two types of cutting methods, one of which is a container 1 having a form as shown in FIG. 6, in which the edge of the lid member 3 overlapping the front plate 2 of the container or the lower part of the container body. A linear saw-toothed incisor 4 is provided at the edge line portion, and by using this incisor, the drawn film sheet is laterally pulled from the edge of the sheet while being applied to the incisor. It is a system that operates to disconnect by cutting. In the present invention, this method is hereinafter referred to as a crossing method. The other one, as shown in FIG. 7, is provided with a sawtooth-shaped incisor 7 having a chevron-shaped distribution at the tip of a lid member 6 that partially overlaps the front plate 5a of the container 5, and While grasping the drawing end of the film sheet F existing between the incisors and the front plate, while pressing the portion 7a where the incisors protrude most from above with a finger head, the clock as shown by the arrow in the entire container. In this method, the film is cut while rotating in the needle direction. In the present invention, the latter method is referred to as a spinning method.

[0004] In the former method, the film after cutting must be spread again anew and then placed on the package, whereas in the latter method, the film is placed on the package. It is convenient because it can be cut as it is. But,
In terms of the easiness of cutting the film, the former has an advantage that the force applied to the film at the time of cutting is greater than that of the latter, so that it is easy to cut and the breakage is small.

[0005] In particular, as shown in Table 1, there is a problem that the polyvinylidene chloride film is relatively easy to cut and the polyethylene film is extremely difficult to cut. That is, compared to the polyvinylidene chloride film, the polyethylene film or the polyvinyl chloride film has a much higher elongation rate, and as a result, there is a problem that the elongation affects the tensile force at the time of cutting, and the film cannot be cut completely. The present inventors measured the elongation of a commercially available synthetic resin wrap film (five types of films in total) according to the method of JIS Z 1707, and the results shown in Table 1 were obtained. "MD direction" in the table means film F
The "CD direction" refers to the width direction of the film, and is as illustrated by the arrow in FIG.
As clearly shown in Table 1, the polyethylene film has an elongation of 20 times or more as compared with the polyvinylidene chloride film. Therefore, even if the crossing method is adopted, it is not always possible to cut the film reliably every time. Conventionally, an improvement measure in this respect has been demanded.

By the way, when considering the sawtooth-shaped incisors in the rotary cutting method of the conventional type, the opening angle α of the incisors 7 distributed in a chevron shape is 172 degrees (see FIGS. 7 and 3). And the angle of opening is 1
Nothing below 70 degrees is known. I think that the transition of the incisor shape in this type of incisor-shaped container shows that after the above-mentioned cross-cutting method became widespread, the turning-cutting method was put on the market. However, it is presumed that the opening angle is set in a direction in which the opening angle is increased as much as possible so that the cutting can be managed by the conventional crossing method. In fact, a commercially available incisor container having an opening angle as described above contains a polyvinylidene chloride film having a relatively low film elongation,
As far as the film is concerned, it can be cut even in a transverse mode. However, as shown in Table 2, in the case of a polyethylene film having a large elongation, the polyethylene film cannot be cut, and therefore, a storage container for a polyethylene film on the premise of a spin-cut type has not yet been put to practical use. That is the current situation.

Further, if the number of the plurality of conical blades in this case is three to five, the incisors themselves are made of a vulcanized fiber plate (hereinafter referred to as a VF plate) which is not made of metal. In this regard, it has been found that the present invention can be applied to all kinds of wrap films, as well as a polyethylene film or polyvinyl chloride film having a large elongation, and that it can be cut smoothly and reliably. It is a thing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be specifically described below based on the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a container with incisors showing an embodiment of the present invention. A wrap film F made of synthetic resin wound in a cylindrical shape is accommodated in a container body 11, and this film is The drawer end is extended outward from the opening on the upper surface of the container in FIG. FIG. 2 shows the unfolded shape of the container.
To assemble a rectangular parallelepiped container main body 11 as shown in the figure. At this time, the lid member 12 is integrally extended from a back plate 11a which is a component of the container. Lid member
Reference numeral 12 denotes a wrapping piece 12a corresponding to the opening surface of the container, a cutting tooth mounting piece 12b provided on an extension of the wrapping piece 12a, and an adhesive piece 12c connected to an edge of the mounting piece through a perforation. The metal or VF cutting teeth 13 are attached to the cutting tooth attachment pieces 12b of these three members while maintaining the following relationship. That is, the entire incisor portion is distributed in a chevron shape, in other words, such that the central portion of the incisor protrudes toward the outside of the container, and has an arrangement inclined from side to side from the center, and The opening angle α of the chevron shape (see FIG. 3) is kept within 168 degrees in the present invention, and at least the three conical blades 14 at the most protruding portion which is the apex portion of the chevron-shaped cutting teeth. (Specifically, three to five conical blades are formed), thereby achieving the above object. The above-mentioned cutting teeth 13 may be constituted by a large number of sawtooth-like aggregates having uniform pitches. As clearly shown in Table 2 below, when the opening angle α exceeds 170 degrees, a polyethylene film or the like having a large elongation cannot be cut even if a conical blade is attached. It was confirmed that the incisor having such a form can be applied to all kinds of films.

In particular, it has been confirmed that the film can be cut smoothly and reliably even when the cutting teeth 13 are made of a VF plate. The VF board is obtained by treating raw paper made of refined natural fiber pulp such as cotton pulp or wood pulp with zinc chloride, and then laminating and pressing it into a plate shape. It is elastic, does not wear easily, and has high durability. Therefore, it was confirmed that those subjected to appropriate water resistance treatment had suitability as incisors. In this embodiment, as an example, a VF plate having a thickness of about 0.35 mm and a width of about 1.5 cm is punched out by a press machine so as to form a large number of teeth, thereby forming a VF plate-shaped cutting tooth as shown in the drawing. This is attached to the lid member 12 of the container as described above.

[Table 1] On the other hand, Table 2 shows that the opening angle α is 168 ° 166 ° 164 ° 162
After holding at 160 ° and 156 °, the number of cone blades 14 provided at the apex portion 13a of the opening angle is set to 3 (the distribution angle β of the entire cone blade is set to 145 degrees). This is test data showing the success rate of cutting the film in the case of. As is clear from the table, when the opening angle α is set to 168 degrees or less, and three cones are added to the apexes of the incisors distributed in the shape of a mountain (“F3 blade” in the table) (Shown) has a cut success rate of 70% or more, indicating that it is practically usable.
The symbol s in the table represents the film F as the incisor 13 and the conical blade 14.
, The container 11 is gently applied, the container 11 is slowly turned, and the cut is performed without applying much force. The symbol f indicates the case where the container was quickly turned when the cutting teeth were applied to the film F, and the film was cut by applying a relatively strong force. In each of the above cases, when the film was cut 20 times, the cut was beautiful every time. The time was taken as 100%, and when it was not possible to cut into the incisal shape over the entire width of the film, the number was divided by the total number of times to give a percentage.

[Table 2] Table 3 shows a comparative example for comparison with the example of Table 2, and the numerical value in the column of "F0 blade" in the table is a test result when no conical blade is attached to the apex portion at all. Yes,
On the other hand, a column “F1 blade” is provided in Table 3, and the numerical value described in that column is the test data when only one conical blade is provided.
It is. If only one cone is provided, not to mention the case where no cone blade is provided, the cutting success rate is extremely low, and practically no practical use is possible.
The same applies to the case where the angle is set to 168 ° or less.

In short, when various cut tests were attempted, when the opening angle α was 170 ° or more, a synthetic resin film having a large elongation was cut even if another conical blade was provided at the apex thereof. On the other hand, if the opening angle α is set to a specific range of 168 ° or less and three or more different conical blades are added to the apex of the opening angle α, the breaking elongation is large. It is possible to cut even a polyethylene film or a polyvinyl chloride film.

According to the present invention, the opening angle α as the entire configuration of the incisor is kept at 168 degrees or less, and three or more conical blades are provided at the apex thereof, so that the elongation rate is high. Even in the case of a synthetic resin film having high tensile strength and elongation at the time of cutting, it is possible to reliably and beautifully cut the film.
In particular, the cutting of the film by the incisors in the obliquely distributed portion is smooth, and the cutting start portion is not sharply cut as in the conventional case. This has a high practical effect in that it can be cut into pieces.
