2. Description of the Related Art A metal wire such as steel cord is manufactured by twisting a plurality of metal wires. For example, a stranded wire method using a buncher type twisting machine is not known. , bundling a plurality of wires W 0 fed from out drum 10 wound as shown in FIG. 8, passed through a fryer -5, flyer - a bundle and twisting a plurality of wires W 0 by rotating the bow Steel code W, usually flyer
The plurality of strands W 0 passing through the bow are provided with a plurality of flyer guides 6 on the flyer 5 in order to keep them in an assembled state, and are guided by the flyer guides 6.

As shown in FIG. 9, the flyer-guide 6 includes a ring-shaped guide tip 7 made of a cemented carbide,
It is joined to a guide chip fixing case 8 and is attached by mounting a projection 9 provided on the guide chip fixing case 8 into a hole formed in the flyer 5 (not shown). Then, when twisted wire of the plurality of wires W 0, flyer - guide tip 7 in the guide 6 is in contact with a large force to the metal wire W 0. Therefore, when the twisted wire continuously flyer - guide tip 7 of the guide 6 is worn damaged, to generate scratches on the metal wire W 0, The guide tip 7 and the contact force of the metal wire W 0 there tension during stranding is changed to change, it was sometimes can no longer be twisted this for metal wire W 0 to normal. Here, it is known that the abrasion damage generated in the guide tip 7 usually occurs in one place of the guide tip 7. Thus, when the guide tip 7 is damaged, it has been made that the metal striatum W 0 in other parts of the guide chip 7 undamaged is reset the position of the guide tip 7 so as to contact .

In order to reset or replace the guide 6 on the conventional flyer 5, the guide chip 7 is removed from the flyer 5 with the guide chip 7 attached to the guide chip fixing case 8, and then the guide chip 7 is pressed by a hydraulic press or the like. The guide chip 7 was detached from the guide chip fixing case 8, the position of the guide chip 7 was changed, and the guide chip 7 was remounted. The flyer guide 6 was attached to the flyer 5 again. However, with such work requires a great effort, the guide tip fixed Ke - when removing the scan 8 twisted guide chip 7, by cutting the metal striatal W 0 being Tsusen the guide chip 7, reconfigure flyers are - after attaching the guide 6 to the flyer -5, metal striatum W 0 and Tsusen, and it takes a very tedious effort that must be joined to it.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a jig for attaching and detaching a guide chip in a stranded wire machine which has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object. A pair of pliers for opening and closing a pair of arms A and B as working parts, wherein each of the arms A and B has a tip bent oppositely.
Is provided with a concave portion at the tip of the bent end portion, the concave portion has a groove which is open to the outside, and the opening surface of the concave portion is smaller than the outer shape of the guide chip fixing case and the guide chip fixing case is formed. -Having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the groove, the depth of the recess is larger than the thickness of the guide chip,
At the tip of the bent end of the arm B, a convex portion is provided toward the concave portion, and the convex portion has an open groove, and the distal end surface of the convex portion is smaller than the outer shape of the guide chip and The diameter of the convex portion is larger than the thickness of the guide chip, and the height of the convex portion is larger than the thickness of the guide chip. The depth direction of the concave portion and the arm A, and the height direction of the convex portion and the arm B respectively. When the arms A and B are closed, the convex portions are inserted into the concave portions when the arms A and B are closed. And the open groove of the projection is connected to the open groove of the convex portion.

In the jig of the present invention having the above configuration,
Since the shape of the concave portion at the tip of the arm A is smaller than the inner diameter of the guide fixing case and larger than the inner diameter of the guide fixing case, the guide chip fixing case is formed.
On the other hand, since the top surface of the convex portion of the arm B has a shape smaller than the outer shape of the guide chip and larger than the inner diameter of the guide chip, each arm A, B
, A shearing force can be applied between the guide chip and the guide chip fixing case.
The guide chip can be removed from the guide chip fixing case.
