【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この考案は建築物のＨ型鋼の梁の
水平なフランジ面に平行に定規アングルを仮止めする用
具に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来建築物の外壁にパネルを取り付ける
ためには、柱の間に懸架されたＨ型鋼の梁の水平なフラ
ンジ面に平行に定規アングルを溶接し、この定規アング
ルにパネルを金具で取り付けている。そしてこの定規ア
ングルを固着する場合には、先ず柱の間に水糸を張り、
柱芯からの位置を決める。次に吊り上げた定規アングル
の両端部を二人の作業員が待って、前記水糸に合わせて
定規アングルを梁のフランジ面にシャコ万力といわれる
工具で挟んで仮止めしてから溶接している。
【０００３】しかしこの方法で定規アングルを所定位置
に仮止めするには二人掛りの協同作業であり、手数がか
かるばかりでなく、高所での狭い足場上の作業なので安
全上の問題もあった。特にフランジの下面に定規アング
ルを仮止めする場合には大きな問題であった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】この考案は前記の問題
を解消し、安全で簡便に定規アングルを所定位置に仮止
めするための用具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】Ｈ型鋼の梁の水平なフラ
ンジ面に平行に定規アングルを仮止めする用具におい
て、板状の本体の先端部には前記定規アングルを差し込
む切り込みと、差し込まれた定期アングル面を前記梁の
フランジ面に押圧固定する捩子部とを設け、本体に穿設
された長孔には前記梁のフランジ面に本体を押圧固定す
るクランプを摺動自在に配設したものである。

【作用】梁の定規アングルを取り付ける部分の両端部近
辺に予めこの用具の先端部を位置決めして取着してお
き、切り込み部に前記定規アングルを差し込んで捩子部
で固定するだけでよいので、手数が掛からず一人でも所
定位置に取り付けることができる。

【実施例】以下本考案の一実施例を図面によって詳細に
説明する。図１、２は本考案の仮止め用具を使用して梁
のフランジ下面に定規アングルを取付けた場合の正面図
と側面図であり、図３、４は図１のＢＢ及びＡＡ面の仮
止め用具部の矢視図である。平板状の本体１の先端部に
は梁２のフランジ面２ａとの間に定規アングル３を差し
込むため、その厚さにほぼ等しい寸法の切り込み１ａ
と、差し込まれた定規アングル３を前記梁のフランジ２
ａに押圧固定する捩子部４とが設けられている。また本
体１にはその長手方向に長孔１ｂが穿設されており、こ
の長孔１ｂにはクランプ５の基部が捩子５ａによって摺
動自在に締着されている。このクランプ５の先端部には
本体１と直交する方向に捩子５ｂが取着されており、こ
の捩子５ｂによって前記フランジ面２ａに本体１を押圧
固定するようになっている。更に本体１の正面には目盛
り１ｃが刻まれており、先端部から捩子部５ａまでの寸
法が分かるようになっている。
【０００８】この用具を使用して梁２の下面に定規アン
グル３を取り付ける場合には、図１、２のように先ず２
個の用具１を定規アングル３の両端部近辺位置に捩子５
ｂで締着する。次に本体１の先端部が梁２のフランジ面
２ａから所定の寸法になるようにクランプ５の位置を調
整し、捩子５ａで固定する。それから定規アングル３を
梁２のフランジ面２ａと本体１の切り込み１ａの間に差
し込み、捩子４で締着すればよい。この図では梁２の下
フランジ面２ａに定規アングルを取着する例を示した
が、上フランジ面２ｂに取着する場合も同様である。更
にクランプ５を本体１に９０度回動可能にしておけば梁
２に直交する方向に定規アングルを取着することも出来
る。

【考案の効果】以上詳細に説明したように、本考案は梁
の定規アングルを取り付ける部分の両端部近辺に予めこ
の用具の先端部を位置決めして取着しておき、切り込み
部に前記定規アングルを差し込んで捩子部で固定するだ
けでよいので、手数が掛からず一人でも安全に所定位置
に取り付けることができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 Ｈ型鋼の梁の水平なフランジ面に平行に
    定規アングルを仮止めする用具であって、板状の本体の
    先端部には前記定規アングルを差し込む切り込みと、差
    し込まれた定規アングル面を前記梁のフランジ面に押圧
    固定する捩子部とが設けられており、本体に穿設された
    長孔には前記梁のフランジ面を挟持して固定するクラン
    プが摺動自在に配設されていることを特徴とする定規ア
    ングル仮止め用具。
