【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本考案は例えば電池式丸鋸のよう
に専用工具を用いて丸鋸刃等先端刃物を交換する電池式
電動工具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の丸鋸、鉋、ジグソー、ルータ、カ
ッター等の先端刃物により切断、切削する電池式電動工
具の刃物の交換は、本体に装着または本体に付属された
スパナ等の専用工具を利用して行うものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】従来の電池式電動工具
においては、電池を装着したまま刃物を交換すると誤っ
てスイッチに触れる恐れがあり非常に危険であるため、
電池を取り外してから交換作業を行うように指導してい
る。しかし電池を外すのを忘れたり、面倒なので電池を
外さずに交換してしまうことがあり大変危険であるとい
う問題があった。本考案の目的は、上記問題点を解決し
て電池式電動工具の刃物交換時の安全性を確保すること
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的は、電池と刃物
交換用専用工具を本体に着脱可能に設けると共に電池装
着時は専用工具の着脱ができないようにすることにより
達成される。

【作用】上記のように構成された電池式電動工具は、刃
物を交換する場合電池を外さないと専用工具を取り出す
ことができないので、刃物交換時には常に電池が本体か
ら外れているため安全性が向上する。

【実施例】本考案の一実施例を図１、２を参照して説明
する。電池式丸鋸本体１に取付けられた鋸刃２は、六角
穴付ボルト３により固定されている。本体１の端部には
電池４が着脱可能に装着されている。該電池４の上部方
向には本体１のハンドル５があり、ハンドル５の内部に
は鋸刃２交換用の六角棒スパナ６が着脱自在に装着され
ている。該六角棒スパナ６は電池４の上面に阻止されて
いるため、電池４が装着されている時には抜き出せない
ように配設されている。図２は本体１から電池４を取り
出した状態を示すものである。六角棒スパナ６は矢印の
方向に抜き出すことができ、鋸刃２を固定している六角
穴付ボルト３を緩めて鋸刃２の交換が可能になる。上記
のように構成された電池式丸鋸では、電池４を取り出さ
ないとスパナ６も抜けない構造となっているので、鋸刃
２の交換時には常に電池４が外されているため電池式電
動丸鋸１の鋸刃２交換時の安全性が向上する。

【考案の効果】本考案によれば、刃物交換用の専用工具
を電池装着時は着脱できないように本体に装着したの
で、刃物交換時は常に電池が外れている状態となり、電
池式電動工具の刃物交換時の安全性が向上する。

  1. 【請求項１】 電動工具本体に先端刃物を交換するため
    の専用工具と、着脱自在な電池とを備えた電池式電動工
    具において、前記専用工具が電池を取り外した時に着脱
    可能となるように、本体に専用工具を配設したことを特
    徴とする電池式電動工具。
