Claims (18)
- 眼鏡レンズであって、
円柱状形状境界面をそれらの間に有して第2のレンズ部品に貼り付けられた第1のレンズ部品と、
前記円柱状形状境界面において、前記第1のレンズ部品と前記第2のレンズ部品との間に挿入された薄膜と、を備える、眼鏡レンズ。 - 前記眼鏡レンズが、長軸及び短軸を有し、前記円柱状形状境界面が、前記長軸にわたる湾曲プロファイルを有する、請求項1に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 前記円柱状形状境界面が、前記短軸にわたる真っ直ぐなプロファイルを有する、請求項2に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 前記薄膜が、ホログラフィック光学素子を含み、かつ/又は前記薄膜が、非等方性である、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、平面鏡又は平面透過ホログラムとして作用するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 前記眼鏡レンズが、前記ホログラフィック光学素子の総屈折力が、前記ホログラフィック光学素子のアホログラムの屈折力と、前記円柱状形状境界面の曲率による屈折力との合計によって決定されるように構成されている、請求項4に記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 前記眼鏡レンズが、球状又は球面円柱状の外側プロファイルを有する、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の眼鏡レンズ。
- 眼鏡レンズを製造する方法であって、
第1のレンズ部品と第2のレンズ部品との間の円柱状形状境界面において、前記第1の部品と前記第2の部品との間に薄膜を挿入することを含む、方法。 - 前記第1のレンズ部品が、第1の円柱状形状表面を有し、かつ前記第2のレンズ部品が、第2の円柱状形状表面を有し、前記第2の円柱状形状表面が、前記円柱状形状境界面を提供するように、前記第1の円柱状形状表面と協働するように配置されている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 長軸及び短軸としての前記眼鏡レンズ、前記円柱状形状境界面が、前記長軸にわたる湾曲プロファイルを有する、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記円柱状形状境界面が、前記短軸にわたる直線プロファイルを有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記薄膜が、ホログラフィック光学素子を含む、請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ホログラフィック光学素子が、平面鏡又は平面透過ホログラムとして作用するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記薄膜が、感光性材料を含み、前記方法が、
前記感光性材料上にホログラムを記録して、ホログラフィック光学素子を形成することを更に含む、請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記感光性材料上にホログラムを記録する前記ステップが、
前記感光性材料を前記円柱状形状境界面に適用することと、
前記円柱状形状境界面上にあるとき、前記感光性材料上に前記ホログラムを記録することと、を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記感光性材料上にホログラムを記録する前記ステップが、
前記感光性材料を平面基板上に提供することと、
前記平面基板上にあるとき、前記感光性材料上に前記ホログラムを記録することであって、前記ホログラムが、前記円柱状形状境界面の屈折力を補正するように記録される、記録することと、を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記薄膜が、前記第1のレンズ部品又は前記第2のレンズ部品と一体的に形成される、請求項8~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のレンズ部品及び前記第2のレンズ部品を、挿入された前記薄膜と結合して、眼鏡レンズブランクを形成することと、
前記眼鏡レンズブランクの眼に面する表面をフライス加工することと、を更に含む、請求項8~17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
