Abstract
1[Problem] By attaching the defecation opening of a "three-dimensional diaper (pad) with defecation pocket" to the anus of the diaper user, the process after defecation is simplified and the burden on the user is reduced. In addition, the physical and mental pain of the diaper user is alleviated, and by preventing feces from adhering, bedsores and wounds are kept clean, reducing the risk of infection in the genital urethra. It is expected to reduce the burden of caregiving and child-rearing, relieve mental stress, and prevent abuse. It is expected that the efficiency of the work of medical and nursing care workers will be improved, leading to the relief of physical and mental stress, and preventing elder abuse. The odor of defecation is also minimized. [Solution] By attaching the defecation opening of a "three-dimensional diaper (pad) with defecation pocket" to the anus, feces can be contained in the defecation pocket without spreading. The defecation pocket can be combined with a regular diaper or a urine pad. The double structure, which uses vinyl material on the inside, prevents feces from leaking. The defecation opening is adhesively fixed to the defecation pocket, and the release paper can be removed to allow direct contact with the anus. The adhesive film can be used by both men and women and is designed to reduce the obstruction of movement. [Selected image] Figure 1

By attaching this product directly to the defecation opening from the anus, the feces is contained within a three-dimensional defecation pocket, preventing soiling of the surrounding area, reducing odors, and simplifying cleanup.
Check the back of the diaper, place the buttocks on the diaper in a position where the defecation opening can be seen from the crotch, check the front and back of the release paper, peel it off, and press it so that it fits tightly around the anus without touching the genitals. Check that the diaper is tightly attached and then close it [see Figure 3].
It is expected to simplify cleaning up after defecation, reduce odors, and reduce the physical and mental burden on caregivers.
