Claims (11)
- 接触器と、
前記接触器に電気的に連結されるバスバーと、
前記バスバーの少なくとも一部と共にインサート射出される放熱シートと、
前記放熱シートの下部に位置する冷却プレートとを含み、
前記バスバーの端部が、前記接触器に電気的に連結される、バッテリ遮断ユニット。 - 前記バスバーの端部は、前記放熱シートの上面に垂直な方向に曲がっており、前記接触器に向かって延びている、請求項1に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記冷却プレートは、冷却流路を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記冷却流路は、前記冷却プレートの少なくとも一側面に形成されている流入口および排出口を含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記流入口に冷却水が注入される、請求項4に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記流入口と前記排出口は、前記冷却プレートの同一の側面に形成されている、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記放熱シートと前記冷却プレートとの間に位置する熱伝達パッドをさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記熱伝達パッドは、板状型構造体であり、シリコーン樹脂および熱伝導物質を含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記バスバーの厚さは、前記放熱シートの厚さより薄い、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 前記放熱シートは、放熱プラスチック物質からなる、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニット。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ遮断ユニットを含む電池パック。
