Claims (17)
- 第1の方向(Z)に沿って配置された少なくとも2つのバッテリモジュール(20)であって、該バッテリモジュール(20)の各々は複数のバッテリセル(21)を備え、該バッテリセル(21)のシェル側壁(211)は、対向して配置された2つの第1の側壁(211A)及び対向して配置された2つの第2の側壁(211B)を含み、該第1の側壁(211A)の面積は該第2の側壁(211B)の面積よりも大きく、該第1の側壁(211A)は該第1の方向(Z)に垂直である、少なくとも2つのバッテリモジュール(20)と、
隣り合う2つのバッテリモジュール(20)の間に配置され、該隣り合う2つのバッテリモジュール(20)の前記バッテリセル(21)の前記第1の側壁(211A)と熱交換する冷却板(31)と、
を備える、バッテリモジュール組立体。 - 前記バッテリモジュール(20)の各々の前記複数のバッテリセル(21)は、前記第1の方向(Z)に垂直な方向に沿って配置される、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール組立体。
- 前記バッテリセル(21)の前記第1の側壁(211A)は前記冷却板(31)に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリモジュール組立体。
- 前記バッテリセル(21)は絶縁膜(212)を含み、該絶縁膜(212)は前記バッテリセル(21)の前記シェル側壁(211)の外側に配置され、前記絶縁膜(212)の一方の面は前記第1の側壁(211A)に接続され、前記絶縁膜の他方の面は前記冷却板(31)に接続される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール組立体。
- 前記冷却板(31)と、前記冷却板(31)に隣り合う前記バッテリセル(21)の前記第1の側壁(211A)との間に配置された熱伝導性接着剤層を更に備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール組立体。
- 前記バッテリセル(21)が最大の膨張力を発生する方向は、前記第1の方向(Z)と略平行である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール組立体。
- ケース(10)と、
前記ケース(10)内に配置された、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール組立体と、
を備える、バッテリパック。 - 前記ケース(10)は、前記バッテリモジュール組立体を囲むケース側壁(11)を含み、
前記冷却板(31)は前記ケース側壁(11)に接続される、請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリパックは、少なくとも2つの前記バッテリモジュール組立体を備え、
前記少なくとも2つのバッテリモジュール組立体は、前記第1の方向(Z)に垂直な方向に沿って配置される、請求項7又は8に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記隣り合う2つのバッテリモジュール組立体に対応する前記2つの冷却板(31)は別々に配置される、請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。

前記セパレータビーム(14)は、前記ケース(10)の内部空間を複数の部分空間に分割し、
前記少なくとも2つのバッテリモジュール組立体は、前記複数の部分空間にそれぞれ配置され、
前記接続部(32)は、前記セパレータビーム(14)に固定して接続される、請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記ケース(10)は、前記ケース側壁(11)の両端部にそれぞれ配置されたケースカバー(12)とケース底部(13)とを備え、
前記ケースカバー(12)及び前記ケース底部(13)は、前記ケース側壁(11)に着脱自在に接続され、
前記冷却板(31)は、前記ケース側壁(11)に一体的に設けられる、請求項7乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記ケース(10)は、前記ケース側壁(11)の両端部にそれぞれ配置されたケースカバー(12)とケース底部(13)とを備え、
前記ケースカバー(12)及び前記冷却板(31)は、前記ケース側壁(11)に着脱自在に接続され、
前記ケース底部(13)は、前記ケース側壁(11)に一体的に設けられる、請求項7乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。 - カバー板(40)を更に備え、
前記カバー板(40)は、前記ケースカバー(12)と前記バッテリモジュール(20)との間、又は前記ケース底部(13)と前記バッテリモジュール(20)との間に配置され、
前記カバー板(40)は、前記ケース(10)に着脱可能に接続される、請求項7乃至15のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。 - 請求項6乃至16のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパックを備える、バッテリを電源として使用する装置。
