Claims (22)
- 入射するX線を検出するために構成されたエッジ・オンX線検出器(20)であって、複数の隣り合ったX線センサ(21)を備えており、各々のX線センサ(21)が、入射するX線に対してエッジ・オンに配向されており、
該X線センサ(21)は、横に並んで且つ/又は前後に並んで配置されており、前記X線センサ(21)同士の間の間隙が、樹脂と金属二硫化物との混合物又は配合物を含む空隙充填材(26)で少なくとも部分的に充填されている、エッジ・オンX線検出器(20)。 - 前記金属二硫化物は二硫化タングステンである、請求項1に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記樹脂は二硫化タングステン粉末と混合されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記混合物の充填率と、前記混合物における二硫化タングステンの重量分率との積が5%から15%にわたる、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記混合物の充填率と、前記混合物における二硫化タングステンの重量分率との積が6%から12%にわたる、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記混合物の充填率と、前記混合物における二硫化タングステンの重量分率との積が8%から10%にわたる、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記混合物の前記充填率は、X線センサ同士の間の間隙空間のうち前記混合物により占有される分率として定義される、請求項4から請求項6の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記樹脂は有機樹脂又は合成樹脂である、請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記樹脂は接着性を有する、請求項1から請求項8の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記樹脂は、エポキシ、アクリレート、シリコン、ポリビニルアセテート、及び/又はウレタン若しくはポリウレタンを基剤とする接着剤を含んでいる、請求項1から請求項9の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記X線センサの少なくとも部分同士の間に配置された散乱阻止箔又は散乱阻止板(27)をさらに含んでいる請求項1から請求項10の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記散乱阻止箔又は散乱阻止板(27)はタングステン製である、請求項11に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記X線センサ(21)は、各々が所定数の検出器素子を有するエッジ・オンX線センサである、請求項1から請求項12の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 各々のエッジ・オンX線センサが、所定数の検出器電極を有するシリコン・ウェーハに基づく、請求項13に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 各々のエッジ・オンX線センサが、X線がエッジを通って入射することを想定して当該エッジ・オンX線センサの深さ方向に延在する検出器素子を含んでいる、請求項13又は請求項14に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 各々のエッジ・オンX線センサは、前記入射するX線の方向に検出器素子の二つ以上の深さ区画を有する深さ分割型X線センサである、請求項13から請求項15の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記X線センサ(21)は、前記入射するX線の方向に実質的に垂直な方向において横に並んで且つ/若しくは前後に並んで配置され、並びに/又は関連するX線源のX線焦点に関して僅かに彎曲した全体的構成を成して配置されている、請求項1から請求項16の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 前記X線センサ(21)は平面型モジュールであり、また前記X線センサの少なくとも部分について、前記X線センサ(21)は当該X線センサの平面内方向において、且つ/又は該平面内方向に対して横断方向において、横に並んで配置されている、請求項1から請求項17の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 光子計数X線検出器である請求項1から請求項18の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 樹脂と金属二硫化物との混合物を含む前記空隙充填材(26)は、前記隣り合ったX線センサの少なくとも部分集合において紐形又はドット・パタンを成して施工されている、請求項1から請求項19の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器。
- 請求項1から請求項20の何れか一項に記載のエッジ・オンX線検出器(20)を含んでいるX線イメージング・システム(100)。
- 入射するX線を検出するために構成されたエッジ・オンX線検出器(20)であって、複数の隣り合ったX線検出器小モジュール(21)を備えており、各々のX線検出器小モジュール(21)が、入射するX線に対してエッジ・オンに配向されており、
該X線検出器小モジュール(21)は、横に並んで且つ/又は前後に並んで配置されており、前記X線検出器小モジュール同士の間の間隙が、合成又は有機の樹脂又は配合物に混合された金属二硫化物を含む材料(26)で少なくとも部分的に充填されている、エッジ・オンX線検出器(20)。
