Claims (10)
- モーターによって駆動され、車両制御ユニットを備える自動車に脱着可能に構成されて前記モーターに駆動電源を供給するバッテリーパックであって、
一つ以上の二次電池を備えるバッテリーセルと、
前記車両制御ユニット及び前記モーターと接続された前記自動車の接続端子に接続可能に構成された電源供給端子と、
前記電源供給端子と前記バッテリーセルとの間に位置し、前記バッテリーセルから前記電源供給端子へ電源供給するように構成された電源供給経路と、
前記電源供給経路に設けられ、前記電源供給経路を電気的にオンオフするように構成されたスイッチング部と、
前記自動車に対する前記バッテリーパックの装着有無を認識するように構成された装着認識部と、
前記装着認識部から、前記自動車への前記バッテリーパックの装着が認識されたという信号を受信する場合、前記スイッチング部を制御して前記バッテリーセルから前記車両制御ユニットに電源が供給されるように構成されたプロセッサと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記プロセッサが、前記車両制御ユニットと通信可能に構成され、前記車両制御ユニットから使用者の始動要請信号を受信する場合、前記車両制御ユニットへ応答信号を送信する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記電源供給端子は、前記車両制御ユニットの接続端子に接続されるように構成された制御電源端子と、前記モーターの接続端子に接続されるように構成された駆動電源端子と、を備え、
前記電源供給経路は、前記バッテリーセルと前記制御電源端子との間に接続され、前記車両制御ユニットに作動電源を供給するように構成された制御電源経路と、前記バッテリーセルと前記駆動電源端子との間に接続され、前記モーターに駆動電源を供給するように構成された駆動電源経路と、を備える、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記スイッチング部は、前記制御電源経路に設けられ、前記作動電源の供給可否をスイッチングする制御スイッチング部と、前記駆動電源経路に設けられ、前記駆動電源の供給可否をスイッチングする駆動スイッチング部と、を備える、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記装着認識部によって前記バッテリーパックの装着が認識された場合、前記制御スイッチング部をターンオンして前記バッテリーセルから前記車両制御ユニットに作動電源が供給されるように構成された、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記車両制御ユニットから使用者の始動要請信号を受信する場合、前記駆動スイッチング部をターンオンして前記バッテリーセルから前記モーターに駆動電源が供給されるように構成された、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記自動車の前記車両制御ユニットに電源を供給するための補助バッテリーが備えられた場合、前記プロセッサは、前記スイッチング部を制御して前記バッテリーセルから前記補助バッテリーに電源が供給されるようにすることで、前記車両制御ユニットに電源が間接的に供給されるように構成された、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記装着認識部は、前記バッテリーパックが前記自動車における指定された位置に装着された場合、物理的に変形可能に構成されてバッテリーパックの装着有無を認識するように構成された、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記装着認識部が、GPSモジュールを備えてバッテリーパックの装着有無を認識するように構成された、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
