The present invention relates to a grip bar as a health tool having a massage function.

There are many conventional massage devices developed for the purpose of relieving stiffness in the body, and some of the easy-to-use devices include shoulder taps, pressure point pushers, pressure point slippers, stepping bamboos, and tension rubber. However, most of these devices only have one function.
