Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lid for a transducer and a transducer comprising the same.
Transducers are known that detect acceleration, pressure or load by converting the acceleration, pressure or load into an electrical output. Patent Literature 1 discloses an acceleration transducer as an example of the transducer. This acceleration transducer is used, for example, in automobile crash tests. This acceleration transducer includes a strain gauge that converts changes in acceleration into an electrical output, and a case that accommodates the strain gauge. An opening is formed in the case, and attached to the opening is a diaphragm-shaped sealing rubber that closes the opening, and a pressing plate that is arranged on the upper surface of the sealing rubber. The case is hermetically sealed by pressing the sealing rubber with the pressing plate.
Preferably, the transducers are smaller so that they can be placed, for example, in tight spaces. The above converter has room for improvement in terms of miniaturization. Note that such a problem is not limited to acceleration transducers. For example, pressure transducers that include a detector that converts pressure into electrical output, or load transducers that include a detector that converts load into electrical output. (Load cell) also occurs in the same way.
An object of the present invention is to provide a lid for a converter that can contribute to miniaturization of the converter, and a converter including the same.
A lid for a converter according to a first aspect of the present invention is for a converter used in a converter comprising a detector that converts acceleration, pressure, or load into an electrical output, and a case that houses the detector. has a thin plate-like sealing portion made of rubber and a reinforcing portion made of metal, and the sealing portion closes the opening of the case via the reinforcing portion The reinforcing portion has a thin plate-like joint portion joined to the sealing portion, and a through hole formed in the joint portion.
In the cover for the converter, since the thin plate-like sealing portion and the thin plate-like joining portion are joined together, the thickness of the cover can be reduced. Therefore, it can contribute to miniaturization of the converter. The case is sealed by attaching the lid for the converter to the opening of the case. For example, when the temperature rises in the operating environment of the converter, the internal pressure of the case rises and the air inside the case expands. Since the sealing portion deforms so as to swell to the side opposite to the opening of the case, a state in which the volume of the case is substantially increased can be created. Therefore, even if the internal pressure of the case rises, damage to the case is suppressed.
A lid for a converter according to a second aspect of the present invention is the lid for a converter according to the first aspect, wherein the area of the through hole is larger than the area of the joint portion.
According to the converter lid, since the area of the through hole is large, a larger portion of the sealing portion can expand when the air in the case expands. Therefore, damage to the case is further suppressed.
A lid for a converter according to a third aspect of the present invention is the lid for a converter according to the first aspect or the second aspect, wherein the thickness of the reinforcing portion is thicker than the thickness of the sealing portion.
According to the cover for the converter, the rigidity is high.
A lid for a converter according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the lid for a converter according to the third aspect, wherein the ratio of the thickness of the reinforcing portion to the thickness of the sealing portion is 125% to 450%. % or less.
According to the lid for the transducer, the ratio of the thickness of the reinforcing portion to the thickness of the sealing portion is within a range of 450% or less, so that it is thin. Moreover, since the ratio of the thickness of the reinforcing portion to the thickness of the sealing portion is included in the range of 125% or more, the rigidity is high.
A lid for a converter according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the lid for a converter according to any one of the first aspect to the fourth aspect, wherein the contour shape of the sealing portion and the contour shape of the reinforcing portion are substantially the same.
The lid for the transducer described above is easy to manufacture.
A converter according to a sixth aspect of the present invention comprises a lid for a converter according to any one of the first to fifth aspects.
According to the converter described above, the same effects as those of the cover for the converter according to any one of the first to fifth aspects can be obtained.
According to the converter cover and the converter according to the present invention, it is possible to contribute to miniaturization.
A converter according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
<1. Overall Configuration of Converter>
FIG. 1 is a plan view of the
The
<2. Configuration of Detection Unit>
As shown in FIG. 3 , the
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the
The
Any material can be selected to form the
The shape of the
The
The first
The second recessed
The
The pair of first mounting surfaces 82</b>A are smooth surfaces forming the upper and lower surfaces of the
FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the
The
The lead-out openings 82BX are formed in the pair of second mounting surfaces 82B of the
A plurality of
In the
As shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 5, or the like, the connecting

<6. Configuration of case>
The
<7. Composition of Lid>

The reinforcing
The area of the through hole 71BY can be arbitrarily selected. When the internal pressure of the
The thickness HB of the reinforcing
The method of manufacturing the
