Since the unloading device disclosed in Patent Literature 1 has casters, it can also be used to transport building materials on a flat runway free of steps and obstacles.

However, in construction work and renovation work of buildings, there are often steps and obstacles on the floor, and it is difficult to secure a flat runway. For these reasons, it is required to easily transport building materials even in a floor space with structural steps and obstacles on the floor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to easily transport building materials even in a floor space with structural steps and obstacles on the floor.

The present invention is a transportation method for transporting building materials in one floor space of a building frame, comprising: a step of stretching a wire in the floor space of the building frame and movably attaching a moving body to the wire; and a carrying step of moving the moving body along the wire to carry the building material.

Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, building materials can be easily transported even in a floor space with structural steps and obstacles on the floor.

Hereinafter, a method for transporting building materials according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Here, a case where the building material is the sash 10 will be described, but the building material may be long and heavy materials such as floor materials, concrete panels, gypsum boards, reinforcing bars, or bags containing small items. may be Also, here, the case of transporting building materials in building repair work will be mainly described, but the present invention is also applicable to the transport of building materials in new construction work of a building.

FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the building skeleton 1, showing a state in which a sash 10 is incorporated into a predetermined floor. The building frame 1 is, for example, an RC structure, but may be of another structural type such as an S structure. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the building skeleton 1 is a multi-story building, but it may be a single-story building.

As shown in FIG. 1, the building frame 1 includes columns 2, large beams 3 installed on the columns 2, small beams 4 installed on the large beams 3, and slabs 5 supported by the large beams 3 and small beams 4 ( It may be a temporary floor such as a deck plate), and an outer wall 6 provided over the vertically adjacent small beams 4. A floor space F of the building skeleton 1 is formed by the vertically adjacent slab 5 and the outer wall 6, and the upper surface of the slab 5 serves as the floor of the floor space F. In addition, the building frame 1 includes an eaves 7 that are cantilevered on the small beams 4 so as to protrude to the outside (the side opposite to the floor space F). An opening 6a is formed in the outer wall 6, and a sash 10 is attached to the opening 6a.

The sash 10 is taken into the floor space F from a loading stage 8 temporarily provided so as to jump out from the outer periphery of the building frame 1. The sash 10 is hung using a wire 9 and lifted up to the pick-up stage 8 by hoisting the wire 9 using a winch or a crane (not shown).

Instead of lifting the sash 10 using the wire 9, a temporary scaffolding is assembled around the outer periphery of the building frame 1, a temporary elevator is installed on the temporary scaffolding, and the sash 10 is transported to the floor space F using the temporary elevator. good too.

FIG. 2 is a plan view of the floor on which the pickup stage 8 is temporarily installed. In FIG. 2, illustration of the opening 6a is omitted. The sash 10 taken into the floor space F is transported within the floor space F from the loading stage 8 to a desired position (for example, the vicinity of point P shown in FIG. ).

As a method of transporting the sash 10 within the floor space F, it is conceivable to place the sash 10 on a truck and run the truck on the slab 5 for transportation. However, in building renovation work and new construction work, the slab 5 often has steps or obstacles placed on it, making it difficult to secure a track for the truck to run.

Instead of the truck, it is conceivable to install a curtain rail for heavy objects in the floor space F for temporary use, hang the sash 10 on the hook of the curtain rail, and float the sash 10 for transportation. However, installation of the curtain rail requires a lot of time and effort. Further, when the curtain rail is damaged by repeated transportation of the sash 10, it is necessary to replace the curtain rail. Therefore, the cost of the curtain rail increases, and the transportation cost of the sash 10 increases. As a result, costs in retrofit and new construction work increase.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a wire 20 is stretched in the floor space F, and the wire 20 is used to float the sash 10 in the air for transportation. Therefore, the sash 10 can be easily transported even in the floor space F where there are structural steps and obstacles on the floor. In addition, since the wires 20, which are easier to install and less expensive than curtain rails, are used, it is possible to prevent an increase in the labor and cost of transporting the sashes 10, thereby preventing an increase in labor and costs in repair work and new construction work. can do.

The transportation method according to this embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 2 to 8. FIG.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing the periphery of both ends of the wire 20 stretched in the floor space F, and is a view of the wire 20 viewed in a substantially horizontal direction intersecting the wire 20. As shown in FIG.

In this embodiment, first, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a wire 20 is stretched in the floor space F, and a moving body 30 for hanging the sash 10 (see FIG. 1) is made movable to the wire 20. Provide (wire tensioning process). Specifically, a fixing portion 21a for fixing one end of the wire 20 is provided on the side surface of the girder 3 of the building frame 1, and one end of the wire 20 is connected to the fixing portion 21a via a turnbuckle 22a. A fixing portion 21b is provided on the side surface of another large beam 3, and the other end of the wire 20 is connected to the fixing portion 21b via a turnbuckle 22b. After that, the turnbuckles 22a and 22b are turned to tighten the wire 20. Instead of the turnbuckles 22a and 22b, a lever block (registered trademark) is provided between one end of the wire 20 and the fixed portion 21a or between the other end of the wire 20 and the fixed portion 21b, and the lever A block may be used to tension the wire 20 .

The fixing portions 21a and 21b are, for example, ring anchor bolts driven into the side surfaces of the girders 3. As shown in FIG. In construction of a new building, through holes are systematically formed in advance in the girders 3, and bolts passed through the through holes are used as the fixing parts 21a and 21b, thereby increasing the strength of the fixing parts 21a and 21b. can. Therefore, the wire 20 can be tensed more strongly, and slackness of the wire 20 can be further reduced.

The moving body 30 is, for example, a double pulley type hooked pulley. The moving body 30 may be a pulley with a single pulley type hook, but a pulley with a double pulley type hook is preferable because it can run stably on the wire 20 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the sash 10 is hung from the moving body 30 (hanging step). FIG. 4(a) is a view of the sash 10 suspended from the moving body 30 viewed in a substantially horizontal direction (direction of arrow IVA shown in FIG. 4(b)) intersecting the wire 20. FIG. 4(b) is a view of the sash 10 suspended from the moving body 30 as seen in the direction along the wire 20 (direction of arrow IVB shown in FIG. 4(a)).

As shown in FIG. 4, the sash 10 includes an upper member 11 and a lower member 12 which are arranged substantially parallel to each other with a space therebetween, and a frame 13 fixed to the upper member 11 and the lower member 12. and have. Glass (not shown) is fitted into the frame 13 .

When the sash 10 is attached to the opening 6a (see FIG. 1) of the outer wall 6, the upper member 11 is fastened to the upper edge of the opening 6a using fasteners (not shown), and the lower member 12 is positioned below the opening 6a. The edges are fastened using fasteners (not shown). That is, when the sash 10 is attached to the opening 6a, the frame 13 is held by the upper member 11 and the lower member 12 fastened to the upper and lower edges of the opening 6a.

A temporary upright member 41 is provided across the upper member 11 and the lower member 12 during transportation of the sash 10 . The upright member 41 is composed of, for example, an angle material that is readily available on site or in a factory. Since the positions of the upper member 11 and the lower member 12 are maintained by the upright member 41, deformation of the frame 13 during transportation can be prevented. The upright member 41 is removed from the sash 10 after the sash 10 is attached to the opening 6a of the outer wall 6 (see FIG. 1).

The upright member 41 is provided with a hole 42 through which the shackle 36 is passed. The sash 10 is hung from the moving body 30 by passing the carabiner 37 through the shackle 36 and passing the carabiner 37 through the hole 30 a of the moving body 30 .

As shown in FIG. 4B, a plurality of holes 42 are formed in the upright member 41 at intervals in the vertical direction. By changing the hole 42 through which the shackle 36 passes, the height of the sash 10 relative to the slab 5 is changed. Therefore, contact of the sash 10 with the slab 5 can be prevented.

Although FIG. 4 shows an example in which the sash 10 is suspended from two moving bodies 30, the number of moving bodies 30 may be one, or three or more. In order to stably suspend the sash 10, it is preferable to suspend the sash 10 from two or more moving bodies 30. FIG.

After hanging the sash 10 on the moving body 30, the moving body 30 is moved along the wire 20 to transport the sash 10 (transporting step). Therefore, the sash 10 is transported while floating in the air with respect to the slab 5 . Therefore, the sash 10 can be easily transported even in the floor space F where there are structural steps and obstacles on the floor (slab 5). In addition, since the wire 20 is used, the transportation cost of the sash 10 can be avoided, and an increase in labor and cost in repair work and new construction work can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wire 20 is stretched along the outer wall 6 of the building frame 1 in the floor space F. As shown in FIG. Specifically, a wire 20 is stretched from the vicinity of the loading stage 8 to the first internal corner C1 of the floor space F, and another wire 20 is stretched from the first internal corner C1 to the second internal corner C2. , from the second internal corner C2 to the vicinity of the point P, another wire 20 is stretched. Therefore, the sash 10 is transported while avoiding the central portion M of the floor space F. Therefore, in the building renovation work, the sash 10 can be transported while providing the central portion M of the floor space F as a space for building users, for example. Further, in new construction work, work other than transportation of the sash 10 can be performed in the central portion M of the floor space F.

Hereinafter, the wire 20 stretched from the vicinity of the loading stage 8 to the first internal corner portion C1 of the floor space F is also referred to as "first outer peripheral wire 20a". Similarly, the wire 20 stretched from the first internal corner C1 to the second internal corner C2 is also referred to as a "second outer peripheral wire 20b", and the wire 20 stretched from the second internal corner C2 to the vicinity of the point P is It is also called a "third outer wire 20c".

The change in the transport direction of the sash 10 at the first internal corner C1 is achieved by the wire 20 (hereinafter referred to as " (also referred to as "first internal corner wire 20d"). Referring to FIG. 5, the procedure for changing the conveying direction of the sash 10 at the first internal corner portion C1 will be described.

Here, a case will be described in which the conveying direction of the sash 10 is changed from the direction along the first outer wire 20a to the direction along the second outer wire 20b. Also, the two moving bodies 30 provided on the first outer wire 20a are referred to as "moving bodies 31a" and "moving bodies 32a". Similarly, the two moving bodies 30 provided on the second outer wire 20b are referred to as "moving bodies 31b" and "moving bodies 32b", and the two moving bodies 30 provided on the first inner corner wire 20d are referred to as "moving bodies 31d” and “moving object 32d”.

First, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the movable bodies 31a and 32a are moved along the first outer wire 20a to carry the sash 10 to the vicinity of the first inner corner wire 20d.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving body 31a is released and replaced with the moving body 31d. Thereby, the sash 10 is suspended by the moving body 32a provided on the first outer wire 20a and the moving body 31d provided on the first inner corner wire 20d. At the time of replacement, the sash 10 is supported by human power, for example.

Next, the moving body 31d is moved along the first internal corner wire 20d and the moving body 32a is moved along the first outer wire 20a. After the moving body 32a approaches the first internal corner wire 20d, as shown in FIG. 5(c), the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving body 32a is released and replaced with the moving body 32d. As a result, the sash 10 is suspended by the moving bodies 31d and 32d provided on the first internal corner wire 20d, and the conveying direction of the sash 10 is changed from the direction along the first outer peripheral wire 20a to the first internal corner wire 20d. It is converted to the direction along.

Next, the moving bodies 31d and 32d are moved along the first internal corner wire 20d to carry the sash 10 to the vicinity of the second outer wire 20b. As shown in FIG. 5(d), the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving body 31d is released and replaced with the moving body 31b. Thereby, the sash 10 is suspended by the moving body 31b provided on the second outer wire 20b and the moving body 32d provided on the first inner corner wire 20d.

Next, the moving body 31b is moved along the second outer wire 20b and the moving body 32d is moved along the first inside corner wire 20d. After the moving body 32d approaches the second outer wire 20b, as shown in FIG. 5(e), the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving body 32d is released and replaced with the moving body 32b. As a result, the sash 10 is suspended by the moving bodies 31b and 32b provided on the second outer wire 20b, and the transport direction of the sash 10 changes from the direction along the first inner corner wire 20d to the direction along the second outer wire 20b. direction is changed.

As described above, the change of the conveying direction of the sash 10 at the first internal corner portion C1 is completed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the wire 20 (hereinafter also referred to as "second internal corner wire 20e") is arranged so as to intersect the second peripheral wire 20b and the third peripheral wire 20c at the second internal corner portion C2 as well. is stretched. The conveying direction change of the sash 10 at the second internal corner portion C2 is performed using the second internal corner wire 20e. Since the procedure for changing the conveying direction of the sash 10 at the second internal corner C2 is substantially the same as the procedure for changing the conveying direction of the sash 10 at the first internal corner C1, detailed description thereof will be omitted here. .

It should be noted that the method of changing the conveying direction of the sash 10 at the first internal corner portion C1 and the second internal corner portion C2 is not limited to the method using the first internal corner wire 20d and the second internal corner wire 20e. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 5A, the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving bodies 31a and 32a is released, the sash 10 is supported by human power, and the sash 10 is transported to the vicinity of the second outer wire 20b by human power. , moving bodies 31b and 32b.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged view showing the vicinity of the intermediate portion of the wire 20 stretched in the floor space F, and is a view of the wire 20 seen in a substantially horizontal direction intersecting the wire 20. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the large girders 3 above the wires 20 stretched in the floor space F are provided with intermediate supports 50 that support intermediate portions of the wires 20 . The intermediate support portion 50 includes a round ring anchor bolt 51 driven into the bottom surface of the girder 3 and a shackle 52 passed through the round ring anchor bolt 51 . By passing the wire 20 through the shackle 52 , the intermediate portion of the wire 20 is supported by the ring-shaped anchor bolt 51 via the shackle 52 . Therefore, it is possible to prevent slackness of the wire 20 when the wire 20 is laid over a long distance between fulcrums, and the height of the sash 10 suspended from the moving body 30 can be maintained. Thereby, contact of the sash 10 with the slab 5 can be prevented.

An example procedure for transporting the sash 10 over the intermediate support 50 will now be described with reference to FIG. Here, the case of transporting the sash 10 rightward in the drawing will be described. In this example, as shown in FIG. 7A, two moving bodies 30 are provided on the wire 20 on the left side of the intermediate support portion 50, and two moving bodies 30 are provided on the wire 20 on the right side of the intermediate supporting portion 50. prepare. The two mobile bodies 30 provided on the left side of the intermediate support section 50 are referred to as "mobile body 31f" and "mobile body 32f", and the two mobile bodies 30 provided on the right side of the intermediate support section 50 are referred to as "mobile body 31g" and "moving object 32g".

First, as shown in FIG. 7A, the moving bodies 31f and 32f are moved along the wire 20 to carry the sash 10 to the vicinity of the intermediate support portion 50. Then, as shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7(b), the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving body 31f is released and replaced with the moving body 31g. Thereby, the sash 10 is suspended by the moving body 32 f on the left side of the intermediate support portion 50 and the moving body 31 g on the right side of the intermediate support portion 50 . At the time of replacement, the sash 10 may be supported by human power, for example.

Next, moving bodies 31 g and 32 f are moved along wire 20 . After the moving body 32f approaches the intermediate support portion 50, as shown in FIG. 7(c), the suspension of the sash 10 by the moving body 32f is released and replaced with the moving body 32g. Thereby, the sash 10 is suspended by the moving bodies 31 g and 32 g on the right side of the intermediate support portion 50 .

Thus, the transportation of the sash 10 over the intermediate support portion 50 is completed.

Another example of the procedure for transporting the sash 10 over the intermediate support 50 will now be described with reference to FIG. Here, the case of carrying the sash 10 over the left side intermediate support portion 50 of the two intermediate support portions 50 shown in FIG. 8 will be described. In the description of this example, the left and right intermediate support portions 50 are referred to as "intermediate support portion 50l" and "intermediate support portion 50r", respectively. It is assumed that the wire 20 is not supported between the intermediate support portion 50l and the fixed portion 21a.

First, as shown in FIG. 8(a), the movable body 30 is moved along the wire 20 to carry the sash 10 to the vicinity of the intermediate support portion 50l. Next, as shown in FIG. 8B, the support of the wire 20 by the intermediate support portion 50l is released. Specifically, the shackle 52 of the intermediate support portion 50 l is opened, and the wire 20 is pulled out from the shackle 52 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 8(c), the moving body 30 is moved along the wire 20 until the moving body 30 exceeds the intermediate support portion 50l. Next, as shown in FIG. 8(d), the wire 20 is put into the shackle 52 of the intermediate support portion 50l, and the shackle 52 is closed. Thereby, the wire 20 is supported by the intermediate support portion 50l.

Thus, the transportation of the sash 10 over the intermediate support portion 50l is completed. Since the procedure for transporting the sash 10 over the intermediate support portion 50r is substantially the same as the procedure for transporting the sash 10 over the intermediate support portion 50l, detailed description thereof will be omitted here.

In the example shown in FIG. 8, when the support of the wire 20 by the intermediate support portion 50l is released (FIGS. 8B and 8C), the distance between the fulcrums of the wire 20 is It is long compared to the state (FIGS. 8(a) and (d)). Therefore, when the wire 20 is unsupported by the intermediate support portion 50l (FIGS. 8B and 8C), the wire 20 is supported by the intermediate support portion 50l (FIGS. 8A and 8D). , the wire 20 is slackened and the position of the sash 10 is lowered, making it easier for the sash 10 to come into contact with the slab 5 (see FIG. 4, etc.). For this reason, the wire 20 is supported by the intermediate support portion 50l, assuming that the wire 20 is loosened when the support of the wire 20 by the intermediate support portion 50l is released (FIGS. 8B and 8C). In the state (FIGS. 8(a) and (d)), it is preferable to hang the sash 10 higher. If it is assumed that the wire 20 is loosened to such an extent that the sash 10 contacts the slab 5 in a state where the support of the wire 20 by the intermediate support portion 50l is released (FIGS. 8B and 8C), the wire 20 may be loosened manually. The sash 10 may be supported.

It should be noted that if the wires 20 slack only to the extent that the sash 10 does not come into contact with the slab 5 without the wires 20 being supported by the intermediate support portions 50, the intermediate support portions 50 need not be provided, and both ends of the wires 20 can be slackened. It is only necessary to fix the part to the girders 3. In this case, the wire 20 can be installed more simply because the intermediate support portion 50 becomes unnecessary.

If both ends of the wire 20 are simply fixed to the girders 3, the dismantling of the existing ceiling required when providing the intermediate supports 50 to the girders 3 can be eliminated or minimized. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of man-hours required for dismantling the existing ceiling and installing a new ceiling in building renovation work, and shortening the construction period.

After transporting the sash 10 to the mounting position of the sash 10 (for example, the vicinity of the point P shown in FIG. 2), the sash 10 is suspended from the moving body 30 and moved to the opening 6a of the outer wall 6 (see FIG. 1). Attach to When the sash 10 is suspended from the moving body 30, the wire 20 is tensioned by the weight of the sash 10 and the like. Therefore, when the sash 10 is manually lifted, the tension of the wire 20 also acts in the direction of lifting the sash 10 . Therefore, compared with the case where the sash 10 that is not suspended from the moving body 30 is manually lifted, the burden on the worker can be reduced, and the sash 10 can be easily lifted and attached.

When the sash 10 is lifted by human power and the tension of the wire 20 is weakened, the sash 10 may tilt. Therefore, it is preferable to prevent the sash 10 from tilting by lowering a rope (not shown) from the building frame 1 and wrapping the rope around the sash 10 for support.

According to the above embodiment, the following operational effects are obtained.

In this embodiment, the sash 10 is suspended from the moving body 30 and the moving body 30 is moved on the wire 20 to transport the sash 10 . Therefore, the sash 10 is transported while floating in the air with respect to the slab 5 of the building skeleton 1 . Therefore, the sash 10 can be easily transported even in the floor space F where there are structural steps and obstacles.

In the wire tensioning process, wires 20 are fixed to the girders 3 and the wires 20 are tensioned during building repair work. Therefore, the sash 10 can be easily transported in building repair work.

In the wire stretching process, the wire 20 is stretched along the outer periphery of the building frame 1, and in the transporting process, the sash 10 is transported along the outer periphery of the building frame 1. Therefore, the sash 10 is transported while avoiding the central portion M of the floor space F. Therefore, in repair work, the sash 10 can be transported while the central portion M of the floor space F is provided as a space for building users to use. Further, in new construction work, work other than transportation of the sash 10 can be performed in the central portion M of the floor space F.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above embodiments merely show a part of application examples of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific configurations of the above embodiments. do not have.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the sash 10 is brought into the floor space F from the loading stage 8 has been described. may be included. In this case, the wire 20 may be stretched from the vicinity of the elevator to the mounting position of the sash 10.

The wire 20 is not limited to the configuration in which the wire 20 is stretched along the outer wall 6 of the building skeleton 1, and the wire 20 may be stretched across the central portion M of the floor space F.

In the above embodiment, the wire 20 is fixed to the large girders 3 and the wires 20 are stretched, but the wires 20 may be fixed to the pillars 2, the small beams 4, or the outer wall 6 and stretched. That is, the wire 20 should be fixed to the building skeleton 1 and stretched.
