Claims (15)
- 融合センサ測定値を判定する方法であって、
a.プロセッサにより、同一種類の生理学的測定値を検出する複数のセンサの各々からある個数のセンサ測定値を取得するステップと、
b.前記プロセッサにより、各センサの信号品質指標であって、あるセンサ測定値が、各センサから取得された前記個数のセンサ測定値のうち他のものと異なる程度を判定するステップを含む信号品質指標を判定するステップと、
c.前記プロセッサにより、前記各センサの信号品質指標に基づいて各センサの重みを判定するステップと、
d.前記プロセッサにより、前記各センサの重み及びカルマンフィルタ演算から取得された各センサのフィルタリングされたセンサ測定値に基づいて前記複数のセンサからの融合センサ測定値を判定するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記複数のセンサが、車両の搭乗者からの生理学的測定値を検知する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のセンサが、車両の搭乗者の心拍数又は呼吸数を検知する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 各センサから取得されたセンサ測定値の前記個数が、前記センサの前記信号品質指標を判定するのに充分である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記信号品質指標が、各センサから取得された前記個数のセンサ測定値の分散演算を含んでいる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のセンサが、車両座席、シートベルト、着用可能機器、又はこれらの組み合わせに配置されている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、車両電子制御ユニットの一部である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 車両の搭乗者から同一種類の生理学的センサ測定値を検出する複数のセンサと、
少なくとも1個のプロセッサを含む車両電子制御ユニットを含む車両安全システムであって、前記少なくとも1個のプロセッサが、
前記複数のセンサから前記センサ測定値を取得し、
あるセンサ測定値が、各センサから取得された個数のセンサ測定値のうち他のものと異なる程度を判定して各センサの信号品質指標を判定し、
前記各センサの信号品質指標に基づいて各センサの重みを判定し、
前記各センサの重み及びカルマンフィルタ演算から取得された各センサのフィルタリングされたセンサ測定値に基づいて前記複数のセンサからの融合センサ測定値を判定し、
前記融合センサ測定値に基づいて前記搭乗者の生理学的状態を判定して、
前記生理学的状態が異常な場合、前記異常な生理学的状態に反応して少なくとも1個の車両操作を実行すべく構成されている車両安全システム。 - 前記複数のセンサが、前記搭乗者の心拍数又は呼吸数を検知する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記異常な生理学的状態が心臓不整脈である、請求項8又は9に記載のシステム。
- 各センサから取得されたセンサ測定値の前記個数が、前記センサの前記信号品質指標を判定するのに充分である、請求項8~10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号品質指標が、各センサから取得された前記個数のセンサ測定値の分散演算を含んでいる、請求項8~11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のセンサが、車両座席、シートベルト、又はこれらの組み合わせに配置されている、請求項8~12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記車両電子制御ユニットが、前記搭乗者が着用する着用可能機器から、同一種類の生理学的センサ測定値を取得すべく構成されている、請求項8~13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記車両電子制御ユニットが車両座席制御ユニットである、請求項8~14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
