Claims (13)
- タバコロッド及びフィルタロッドを含むエアロゾル生成物品を収容して加熱するためのヒータ組立体であって、
前記エアロゾル生成物品が挿入される収容空間と、
前記収容空間の少なくとも一部を取り囲み、誘導磁場を発生させるコイルと、
前記収容空間の内部に配置され、前記発生した誘導磁場によって熱を生成するサセプタと、を含み、
前記エアロゾル生成物品が前記収容空間に完全に挿入された状態で前記サセプタの遠位端部は、前記エアロゾル生成物品内の前記タバコロッド及び前記フィルタロッドの境界から上流に位置する、ヒータ組立体。 - 前記サセプタの遠位端部は、前記境界から0.3~0.7mm離隔される、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記サセプタは、筒状の基底部と、前記基底部の一側末端に形成された針先部を含む、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記サセプタは、270~350℃の温度で発熱する、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記サセプタと互いに異なる素材を含み、前記サセプタ及び前記収容空間の底部と結合され、前記サセプタで発生する熱を吸収する断熱部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記断熱部は、互いに異なる素材を含む複数個の部材が積層されて形成された、請求項5に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記サセプタの内部には、前記断熱部が露出されるように第1空洞が形成される、請求項5に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記第1空洞の内部に位置する断熱部と接触するように配置される温度センサをさらに含む、請求項7に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記断熱部の内部には、前記サセプタが露出されるように第2空洞が形成される、請求項5に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記第2空洞の内部に位置するサセプタと接触するように配置される温度センサをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 前記断熱部は、前記第2空洞と流体連通する開口を含み、
前記サセプタの少なくとも一部は、前記開口を通じて前記第2空洞内に挿入される、請求項9に記載のヒータ組立体。 - 前記第2空洞の内部に位置するサセプタの部分と隣接して配置される温度センサをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のヒータ組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のヒータ組立体と、
前記ヒータ組立体に電力を供給する電源部と、
前記ヒータ組立体に供給される電力を制御する制御部と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。
