Claims (15)
- エアロゾル生成装置において、
エアロゾル生成物品を取り囲むように配置され、磁性物質を含む第1層、及び第1非磁性金属物質を含む第2層を含むサセプタ組立体と、
前記サセプタ組立体に可変磁場を形成する誘導コイルと、
前記誘導コイルに電力を供給するバッテリと、
前記バッテリから前記誘導コイルに供給される電力を制御するプロセッサと、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記サセプタ組立体は、0.1mm~0.25mmの全体厚を有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記第1層は、前記サセプタ組立体の全体厚の40%~70%範囲内の厚さを有し、
前記第2層は、前記サセプタ組立体の全体厚の30%~60%範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記磁性物質は、STS(Stainless Steel)400系である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記第1非磁性金属物質は、STS 300系、チタン(Ti)、ビスマス(Bi)及びそれらの合金のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記磁性物質は、クロム(Cr)及び炭素(C)を含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記誘導コイルによって前記サセプタ組立体が加熱される場合、前記第1層は、150℃以上に加熱される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記誘導コイルによって前記サセプタ組立体が加熱される場合、前記第2層は、60℃以下に加熱される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記第2層は、5W/m・K~20W/m・K範囲内の熱伝導率を有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記サセプタ組立体は、
第2非磁性金属物質を含む第3層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1層は、前記エアロゾル生成物品を収容する収容空間を形成し、
前記第2層は、前記第1層を取り囲むように配置され、
前記第3層は、前記第2層を取り囲むように配置される、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1層は、前記サセプタ組立体の全体厚の40%~70%範囲内の厚さを有し、
前記第2層は、前記サセプタ組立体の全体厚の20%~30%範囲内の厚さを有し、
前記第3層は、前記サセプタ組立体の全体厚の10%~30%範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1層は、STS 400系を含み、
前記第2層は、チタンを含み、
前記第3層は、STS 300系を含む、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第2層は、5W/m・K~10W/m・K範囲内の熱伝導率を有し、
前記第3層は、10W/m・K~20W/m・K範囲内の熱伝導率を有する、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記サセプタ組立体を取り囲む断熱材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
