Claims (15)
- 内視鏡とともに使用する手技補助装置において、
前記内視鏡のハンドルに着脱自在に結合するように形成された本体であって、
前記内視鏡のハンドルを受け入れるように形成された凹部であって、前記本体の近位端から遠位端まで延びる凹部と、
手掌担持部と、
前記手掌担持部の近位にある指担持部と、
前記手掌担持部の遠位にある基部担持部とを備える前記本体を備える、手技補助装置。 - 前記本体は、前記本体の2つの長手方向端部間に長手方向開口を画定し、前記長手方向開口は、前記凹部につながる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記手掌担持部が、手掌と内視鏡ハンドルのハンドル本体との間の間隙を埋めるように構成され、前記本体の中心長手方向軸から径方向外側に突出する湾曲部分を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記湾曲部分が、前記本体の径方向の最も外側の部分に頂点を有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が前記内視鏡に結合された時に、前記指担持部が前記ハンドルの少なくとも1つのボタンに隣接して配置され、及び、前記人差し指と前記内視鏡のハンドルとの間の間隙を埋めるように形成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が前記内視鏡のハンドルに結合された時に、前記指担持部は内視鏡の臍部の端部に近接し、かつ前記臍部の端部よりも遠位にある、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基部担持部は、前記本体の中央長手方向軸から径方向外向きに突出する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基部担持部は、前記中心長手方向軸から径方向に離れるように面する凹状の外面を有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記本体が、中指と薬指との間に配置されるように構成された表面突起をさらに備え、前記表面突起は、前記手掌担持部と前記指担持部との間に配置される、請求項1~8いずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記本体は、医療機器を受け入れるように構成されたロック部分をさらに備える、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック部分がC字形をなし、前記医療機器を受け入れるための内部を画定し、前記ロック部分は、前記手掌担持部または前記基部担持部のうちの一方の表面から分離された自由端を有する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記本体は、前記内視鏡を受け入れるための静止構成と拡大構成との間を切り替えて付勢できる可撓性材料を含んでなる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記本体は単一の構成部品からなる本体である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記凹部が前記近位方向から前記遠位方向に向かって先細になっている、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基部担持部は手掌の尺骨側に位置合わせすべく形成されている、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
