Abstract
Description
−第一の圧力、いわゆる低圧力にほぼ至らせることを目的とした第一のガスバッファタンクおよび、前記第一の圧力を超える第二の圧力いわゆる高圧力にほぼ至らせることを目的とした第二のガスバッファタンク、
−前記第一および第二の人工キャビティの前記ガスを含む室と前記第一および第二のバッファタンクとに結ばれるガス分配手段であって、前記第一のキャビティおよび前記第二のキャビティの血液循環室内の予め決定される血液流量値を確保するために、前記ガスを含む前記室内へのガスの注入と前記ガスを含む前記室からのガスの排出とを交互に行うように案配されるガス分配手段、
−前記第一のバッファタンクと前記第二のバッファタンクとの間に取り付けられる電力供給される空圧ポンプであって、前記第一のタンク内のガスを吸引して前記第二のタンク内にそれを注入することを目的とした空圧ポンプ、
を含むことを特徴とする血液循環発生装置を対象とする本発明のおかげで達成される。

Claims (10)
- 脊椎動物の臓器の少なくとも一部における血液循環発生装置(1)であって、第一の人工キャビティ(11)と第二の人工キャビティ(12)とを含み、前記キャビティがそれぞれ、ガスの作用によって鼓動することができる柔軟な膜(21)、(22)を含み、前記膜のそれぞれが、血液循環室(31)、(32)と前記ガスを含む室(41)、(42)とを密閉して分ける血液循環発生装置であって、該装置が、
−第一の圧力、いわゆる低圧力にほぼ至らせることを目的とした第一のガスバッファタンク(51)および、前記第一の圧力を超える第二の圧力いわゆる高圧力にほぼ至らせることを目的とした第二のガスバッファタンク(52)、
−前記第一および第二の人工キャビティの前記ガスを含む室と前記第一および第二のバッファタンクとに結ばれるガス分配手段(6)であって、前記第一のキャビティおよび前記第二のキャビティの血液循環室内の予め決定される血液流量値を確保するために、前記ガスを含む前記室内へのガスの注入と前記ガスを含む前記室からのガスの排出とを交互に行うように案配されるガス分配手段、
−前記第一のバッファタンクと前記第二のバッファタンクとの間に取り付けられる電力供給される空圧ポンプ(7)であって、前記第一のタンク内のガスを吸引して前記第二のタンク内にそれを注入することを目的とした空圧ポンプ、
を含むことを特徴とする血液循環発生装置。 - 前記第一および第二の人工キャビティと、前記第一および第二のガスバッファタンクと、前記ガス分配手段と、前記空圧ポンプとが、一体型ユニットを形成することを特徴とし、また血液循環発生装置がさらに前記ポンプ(7)と前記ガス分配手段(6)との電力供給用バッテリーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 前記ポンプ(7)がベーンポンプ(70)であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 前記ガス分配手段(6)が、少なくとも1つの圧電スイッチ、および/または少なくとも1つの形状記憶スイッチ、および/または少なくとも1つの電磁スイッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 前記ガスが空気であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 前記ガス分配手段(6)が、4つの経路と2つのポジションとを有する分配器(60)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 前記分配器(60)が、弁付き分配器および/またはパイロット操作スライド弁付き分配器であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 血液循環発生装置が、患者の心膜腔内に植え込まれることを目的としまた前記患者の左心室および右心室の切除後にそれらに代わることができる完全人工心臓を形成し、第一および第二のキャビティ(11)、(12)が、二心室ユニットを形成し、第一の人工キャビティ(11)の血液循環室(31)が、前記患者の左心房と大動脈とに結ばれることを目的とし、また第二の人工キャビティ(12)の血液循環室(32)が、前記患者の右心房と肺動脈とに結ばれることを目的としていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 血液循環発生装置が、前記臓器の体外灌流回路を形成し、移植のために前記臓器の生存の維持を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
- 血液循環発生装置が、ただ一つだけの空圧ポンプ(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の血液循環発生装置(1)。
