- 熱電対素線と、
前記熱電対素線を被覆する電気絶縁材(20C)と、
前記熱電対素線及び前記電気絶縁材を包囲する第1保護管(21)と、
前記第1保護管を包囲する第2保護管(22)と、
を備え、
前記第1保護管に、貫通孔(211)が設けられており、
前記貫通孔(211)は、前記第1保護管の長手方向の位置が異なる位置に設けられた複数の貫通孔を含み、
前記第2保護管(22)の基端部に、前記第2保護管(22)内に発生した物質を排出するための通気口(253)が設けられている、
