6 (A) to 6 (I) are variations (cross-sectional views) showing the mounting structure of the eccentric foundation member 2 corresponding to the variety of the support columns 5 of the fence such as various shapes and the presence / absence of the reinforcing material 52. Further, as will be described later (variation of the receiving metal fitting), the reinforcing material 52 may be fixed from the receiving metal fitting 21 side with the reinforcing material fastening screw 521. Since the eccentric foundation member 2 may move when concrete is driven, the holding metal fitting 22 and the support column are fastened by the screw 224 (see the above-mentioned fourth step and FIG. 2), FIG. 6 (B). -As shown in FIG. 6D, the screw 225 is driven from the holding metal fitting 22 side for fixing the reinforcing material 52 and fixing the eccentric foundation member 2 to the support column 5 without using the reinforcing material fastening screw 521. Even if the shape of the support column 5 on the receiver 21 side is complicated as shown in FIGS. 6 (A) to 6 (C), 6 (E), and 6 (I), the support column 5 is for fastening bolts and nuts. 以上のように、受金具21は様々な態様があり得ることが理解されるであろう。
