Abstract
【解決手段】コイル部品1は、磁性コア10と、磁性コア10に巻回されたワイヤWと、ワイヤWの端部に接続された端子電極31,32と、磁性コア10と端子電極31,32の間に設けられ、磁性コア10よりも透磁率の低い低透磁率部21,22とを備える。このように、磁性コア10と端子電極31,32の間に低透磁率部21,22が設けられていることから、端子電極31,32に加わる磁束が低減する。これにより、端子電極や基板上のランドパターンに生じる渦電流が低減することから、端子電極やランドパターンの発熱を抑制することが可能となる。

Claims (6)
- 基板に表面実装可能なコイル部品であって、
磁性コアと、
前記基板と平行な方向が軸方向となるよう、前記磁性コアに巻回されたワイヤと、
前記ワイヤの端部に接続された端子電極と、
前記磁性コアと前記端子電極の間に設けられ、前記磁性コアよりも透磁率の低い低透磁率部と、を備えることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記端子電極は、前記低透磁率部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性コアは、前記ワイヤが巻回された巻芯部と、前記巻芯部の軸方向における両端に設けられた第1及び第2の鍔部を有するドラム型形状を有しており、
前記低透磁率部は、前記第1及び第2の鍔部にそれぞれ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記軸方向から見て、前記低透磁率部と前記巻芯部は重なりを有していないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1及び第2の鍔部に固定され、前記低透磁率部よりも透磁率の高い板状コアをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記低透磁率部の透磁率μ'が100以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコイル部品。
