Description

The present invention relates to a technique for attaching a cover to a vent.

Many electrical devices have vents formed on the walls of the housing, for example, in order to cool various electronic components stored in the housing. A cover such as a louver is attached to such a vent to prevent foreign matter such as water or dust from easily entering the housing.

Some covers have a peripheral edge portion that comes into contact with the wall around the vent from the outside and a claw portion that faces the abutment portion from the inside of the wall (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Then, the distance between the peripheral edge portion and the claw portion is equal to the thickness of the wall, and the wall is sandwiched between the peripheral edge portion and the claw portion of the cover in the state where the cover is attached to the vent. The position of the claw is set. Therefore, when the cover is attached to the vent, the wall is interposed between the peripheral edge portion and the claw portion without a gap, and as a result, the cover is attached without rattling.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2006-97945

However, in the conventional cover, since the distance between the peripheral edge and the claw portion is defined by the thickness of the wall around the vent, the vent formed in the wall having a thickness larger than the distance. Could not be attached to. For this reason, it was necessary to change the distance between the peripheral portion and the claw portion each time the thickness of the wall changed, and therefore it was necessary to remake the cover itself.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cover that can be attached to any of the vents formed in walls having at least two thicknesses without rattling.

The cover according to the present invention is attached to a vent formed on a wall, and is formed on a frame portion inserted into the vent and a cover main body having a beam portion provided in an area surrounded by the frame portion and a frame portion. It is provided in the recessed portion and includes an engaging portion that engages with the wall around the vent when the cover body is attached to the vent. The engaging portion is provided on the flexure portion held by the beam portion exposed from the recess, the abutting portion provided on the flexure portion and in contact with the wall around the vent from the outside, and the flexure portion. It has a first claw portion and a second claw portion that sandwich the wall around the vent from the inside between the abutting portion and the abutting portion. The first claw portion and the second claw portion are selectively used according to the thickness of the wall, and are connected via the flexure portion and the contact portion.

According to the cover, depending on the thickness of the wall around the vent, a wall may be interposed between the first claw portion and the abutting portion, or between the second claw portion and the abutting portion. You can choose to have a wall in between. Further, since the flexure portion is provided in the recess, the flexure portion can be flexed without being bound by the frame portion. As a result, when the cover is attached to the vent, the flexure portion bends, so that the first claw portion and the second claw portion move to a position where the cover can pass through the vent. As a result, it becomes possible to insert the cover to the position where the engaging portion engages with the wall. Therefore, the cover can be attached to any of the vents formed in the wall having at least two thicknesses without rattling.

According to the cover according to the present invention, it is possible to attach the cover to any of the vents formed in the wall having at least two thicknesses without rattling.

FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of an electric device according to an embodiment as viewed from the front. As shown in FIG. 1, the electric device includes a housing 1 provided with a vent 11 and a cover 2 attached to the vent 11. As an example, an electric device is a power supply device used for a plating processing device or the like, and a power supply circuit (not shown) is constructed inside the housing 1. The power supply circuit includes a circuit in which electronic components (switching elements, etc.) that require cooling, such as a smoothing circuit and a converter circuit, are incorporated. The configuration of each part of the electric device described below can be applied not only to the power supply device but also to various electric devices having the vent 11.

The housing 1 has a wall 10A in which a vent 11 is formed in a part of a box-shaped outer wall. In the present embodiment, the wall 10A is a front wall, and the vent 11 is a portion through which cooling air for cooling various electronic components stored in the housing 1 is passed. The use of the vent 11 is not limited to cooling electronic parts and the like, and can be appropriately changed to various uses that require communication between the inside and the outside of the housing 1. Further, the wall 10A on which the ventilation holes 11 are formed is not limited to the front wall, and can be appropriately changed to another wall (rear wall, side wall, top wall, bottom wall, etc.) depending on the intended use.

The vent 11 has a shape into which the frame portion 211 of the cover 2, which will be described later, can be inserted. In the present embodiment, the vent 11 is formed in a rectangular shape corresponding to the shape of the frame portion 211. Further, except for the passing portion 12 and the notch 13, which will be described later, the formation is symmetrical and vertically symmetrical (or 180 ° rotationally symmetric). The passing portion 12 and the notch 13 (see the enlarged view of the IA region and the IB region shown in FIG. 1) will be described later.

2 (A) to 2 (C) and FIG. 3 are a front view, a top view, a bottom view, and a rear view showing the cover 2, respectively. 4 (A) is an enlarged view of the IVA region shown in FIG. 2 (B), and FIG. 4 (B) is an enlarged view of the IVB region shown in FIG. 5 (A) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line VA-VA shown in FIG. 2 (A), and FIG. 5 (B) is an enlarged view of the VB region shown in FIG. 5 (A). .. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the upper part of the cover 2. As shown in these figures, the cover 2 includes a cover body 21 and an engaging portion 22.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cover main body 21 is located in a region surrounded by a frame portion 211 inserted into the ventilation port 11, a flange portion 212 formed on the outer periphery of the frame portion 211, and a frame portion 211. It is composed of a plurality of wing plates 213 arranged side by side and a beam portion 214.

The frame portion 211 is composed of an upper edge portion 21A, a lower edge portion 21B, and left and right side edge portions 21C. The upper edge portion 21A is provided with one recess 21D on each side, and the lower edge portion 21B is also provided with one recess 21D on each side (see FIG. 3). Specifically, the recess 21D is configured as follows. In the present embodiment, the frame portion 211 is formed vertically and horizontally symmetrically (or 180 ° rotationally symmetric) except for the protrusion 23 (see FIG. 4B) which will be described later.

First, a beam portion 214 is provided between the upper edge portion 21A and the blade plate 213 closest to the upper edge portion 21A in substantially parallel to the upper edge portion 21A (see FIG. 3). Specifically, the beam portion 214 extends laterally between the left and right side edge portions 21C and is arranged directly below the upper edge portion 21A. More specifically, the upper edge portion 21A and the beam portion 214 are connected to each other by their left and right end portions via the left and right side edge portions 21C. Similarly, a beam portion 214 is also provided between the lower edge portion 21B and the wing plate 213 closest to the lower edge portion 21B.

Each recess 21D provided in the upper edge portion 21A is formed by cutting out a part of the upper edge portion 21A to expose a part of the upper surface 214a of the beam portion 214 arranged directly below. (See FIGS. 4 (B) and 6). Each recess 21D provided in the lower edge portion 21B is also formed in the same manner.

The flange portion 212 is formed so as to slightly protrude from the ventilation port 11 and abut on the surrounding wall 10A from the front outside when the frame portion 211 is inserted into the ventilation port 11. Further, the flange portion 212 is formed so as to cover the passing portion 12 and the protrusion portion 23, which will be described later (see FIGS. 7A and 7B).

In the present embodiment, when the cover 2 is attached to the ventilation port 11, the frame portion 211 is inserted into the ventilation port 11, so that the position of the cover 2 is determined in the vertical and horizontal directions. Further, when the flange portion 212 comes into contact with the wall 10A around the vent 11 from the outside, the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 in the mounting direction (depth direction from the outside to the inside through the vent 11). The position is decided. The function of the flange portion 212 as such a positioning portion is the same as the function of the contact portion 222 of the engaging portion 22, which will be described later. Therefore, the "contact portion" described in the claims may include not only the contact portion 222 described later but also the flange portion 212.

The plurality of feather plates 213 extend laterally between the left and right side edge portions 21C of the frame portion 211 in the region surrounded by the frame portion 211. Further, in the plurality of blade plates 213, when the cover 2 is attached to the ventilation port 11, the ventilation holes 11 are formed in each direction (specifically, the direction in which air passes) of the blade plates 213. The wing plates 213 are arranged so as to be tilted at the same angle with respect to the direction perpendicular to the existing wall 10A.

As an example of the state of attachment to the vent 11, the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 so that the respective orientations of the blade plates 213 described above are diagonally downward from the inside to the outside of the wall 10A (FIG. 5 (FIG. 5). A) See). According to the cover 2 attached in this way, even when water falls on the cover 2, the water adhering to the wing plate 213 slides down from the wing plate 213 to the outside of the housing 1 by its own gravity. As a result, the ingress of water from the vent 11 is prevented. As described above, the cover 2 has a direction for attachment to the vent 11.

Therefore, for example, if the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 upside down, the function of the cover 2 (in the present embodiment, the function of preventing water from entering through the vent 11) is reduced. Therefore, the electric device of the present embodiment is provided with a regulation structure for correctly regulating the orientation of the cover 2.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 (A), 4 (B), and 6, the cover 2 is the outer peripheral surface of the frame portion 211 (the peripheral surface of the cover body described in the claims). The protrusion 23 provided in the above) is further provided. Further, the wall 10A around the vent 11 is provided with a passage portion 12 through which the protrusion 23 is passed when the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 (see the enlarged view of the IA region shown in FIG. 1). The passing portion 12 is arranged so that the protruding portion 23 passes only when the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 in the correct orientation. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 23 is arranged at the center position of the upper surface of the upper edge 21A of the frame 211. Further, the passing portion 12 is provided at the center position of the upper side of the wall 10A around the vent 11 so as to correspond to the position of the protruding portion 23.

As an example, in the present embodiment, the passing portion 12 and the protruding portion 23 are configured to be covered by the flange portion 212 of the cover 2. As a result, in the state where the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11, the passing portion 12 and the protruding portion 23 are not visible from the outside, and the beauty of the appearance of the electric device is not impaired. As another example, the passing portion 12 and the protruding portion 23 may be configured to protrude from the flange portion 212 when the cover 2 is attached to the ventilation port 11. This allows the user to visually confirm that the cover 2 is mounted in the correct orientation.

The engaging portion 22 is provided on the cover main body 21 (see FIG. 3), and engages with the wall 10A around the vent 11 when the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 (FIG. 7 (A) and FIG. 3). (B)). In the present embodiment, the engaging portions 22 are provided on the left and right sides of the upper edge portion 21A of the frame portion 211 of the cover main body 21, and further on the left and right sides of the lower edge portion 21B of the frame portion 211 of the cover main body 21. They are provided one by one (see FIG. 3). Specifically, the engaging portion 22 is provided in each recess 21D provided in the upper edge portion 21A and the lower edge portion 21B. That is, the engaging portion 22 is provided on each of the two edge portions (here, the upper edge portion 21A and the lower edge portion 21B) located on opposite sides of the cover main body 21.

The number of engaging portions 22 provided on each edge portion of the frame portion 211 is not limited to two, and may be one or three or more. Further, the number of engaging portions 22 provided on each of the different edge portions is not limited to the same, and may be different from each other. Further, the combination of the edge portions where the engaging portion 22 is provided in the cover main body 21 is not limited to the combination of the upper edge portion 21A and the lower edge portion 21B, and may be a combination of the left and right side edge portions 21C. The combination of the edge portions provided with the engaging portions 22 is preferably a combination of facing edge portions.

Hereinafter, with respect to the engaging portion 22 (engaging portion 22 provided on the right side of the upper edge portion 21A) on the upper right when viewed from the front, FIGS. 4 (A), 4 (B), and 5 (B) are used. I will explain in detail. Since the other engaging portions 22 have the same configuration as the engaging portions 22 on the upper right, the description thereof will be omitted.

Specifically, the engaging portion 22 has a flexure portion 221 that rises from the upper surface 214a of the beam portion 214 exposed from the recess 21D toward the upper back surface side and is curved and extended so as to be folded back toward the front surface side. Further, the engaging portion 22 has a contact portion 222, a first claw portion 223A, and a second claw portion 223B, which are provided in the flexure portion 221. The flexure portion 221 (see FIG. 5B) includes a tip portion 221a provided with a contact portion 222, a bending portion 221b, and an intermediate portion 221c. The curved portion 221b is a portion that extends diagonally upward from the upper surface 214a of the beam portion 214 in the depth direction and is curved toward the tip portion 221a (that is, forward) in the state where the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11. Is. The intermediate portion 221c is a portion connecting the tip portion 221a and the curved portion 221b.

The flexure portion 221 is held by the beam portion 214 in a state of being separated from the upper edge portion 21A by the concave portion 21D (see FIG. 4B). Therefore, the flexure portion 221 can be flexed in the recess 21D in response to the vertical movement of the tip portion 221a or the intermediate portion 221c without being bound by the upper edge portion 21A. Therefore, when the tip portion 221a or the intermediate portion 221c is pressed from above, the flexure portion 221 bends, so that the tip portion 221a and the intermediate portion 221c are allowed to move toward the beam portion 214. On the other hand, when the tip portion 221a or the intermediate portion 221c is released from the pressing, the flexure of the flexure portion 221 is released, and the tip portion 221a and the intermediate portion 221c return to their original positions.

The intermediate portion 221c is provided with a first claw portion 223A and a second claw portion 223B. Further, the contact portion 222, the first claw portion 223A, and the second claw portion 223B all protrude from the position of the outer periphery of the frame portion 211 (here, the height position of the upper edge portion 21A) (FIG. 5). (B)). That is, the heights of the contact portion 222, the first claw portion 223A, and the second claw portion 223B are all from the peripheral edge of the ventilation port 11 to the wall 10A side in the state where the cover 2 is attached to the ventilation port 11. It is set to stick out. That is, in the mounted state of the cover 2, the contact portion 222 abuts on the wall 10A from the outside, and either the first claw portion 223A or the second claw portion 223B abuts on the wall 10A from the inside. be able to.

Therefore, when the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11, the first claw portion 223A or the second claw portion 223B protruding from the vent 11 is pushed downward by the wall 10A around the vent 11. At this time, the flexure portion 221 bends, so that the tip portion 221a and the intermediate portion 221c move toward the beam portion 214, and the first claw portion 223A and the second claw portion 223B pass through the vent 11. Move to a position where you can. As a result, the cover 2 can be inserted to the position where the attachment to the vent 11 is completed (that is, the position where the engaging portion 22 engages with the wall 10A).

When the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 (that is, in the attached state), the contact portion 222 abuts on the wall 10A around the vent 11 from the outside (see FIGS. 7A and 7B). .. Further, the first claw portion 223A and the second claw portion 223B are selectively used according to the thickness of the wall 10A (see FIGS. 7A and 7B), and the wall 10A around the vent 11 is used. It is sandwiched from the inside between the contact portion 222 and the contact portion 222. As a result, the wall 10A around the vent 11 is interposed between the selected one of the first claw portion 223A and the second claw portion 223B and the contact portion 222, and as a result, the ventilation port 11 The engaging portion 22 engages with the surrounding wall 10A.

In the present embodiment, the first claw portion 223A is arranged at a position separated rearward from the contact portion 222 by a distance L1 (see FIG. 4A). The second claw portion 223B is provided on both sides of the first claw portion 223A one by one, and both are separated from the contact portion 222 rearward by a distance L2 larger than the distance L1 (see FIG. 4A). It is arranged in the same position. That is, in the mounting direction, the distance L2 between the second claw portion 223B and the abutting portion 222 is larger than the distance L1 between the first claw portion 223A and the abutting portion 222.

Specifically, on the front end surface of the first claw portion 223A and the front end surface of the second claw portion 223B, the guide surfaces Ga and Gb inclined diagonally forward and downward (see FIG. 5B; on the surface of the intermediate portion 221c). (Including the plane perpendicular to the surface) is formed respectively. At the front end of the guide surface Ga, a surface that descends substantially vertically at a position separated from the contact portion 222 by a distance L1 is formed, and a concave first contact is formed between the surface and the back surface of the contact portion 222. The alignment Ha is formed. Further, at the front end of the guide surface Gb, a surface that descends substantially vertically at a position separated from the contact portion 222 by a distance L2 (> L1) is formed, and between the surface and the back surface of the contact portion 222. A concave second engaging position Hb is formed on the surface.

The distances L1 and L2 (L1 <L2) correspond to two possible thicknesses D1 and D2 (D1 <D2) in the wall 10A on which the vent 11 is formed, respectively. Here, the term "correspondence" includes at least the relationship between the distance L1 and the thickness D1 that can obtain the following mounting state. That is, according to the relationship, by attaching the cover 2 to the vent 11 formed in the wall 10A having the thickness D1, the wall 10A around the vent 11 is separated from the abutting portion 222 by a distance L1. When intervening between the first claw portion 223A and the cover 2, the cover 2 does not rattle in the mounting direction, or even if there is rattling, it is within an acceptable range. The same applies to the relationship between the distance L2 and the thickness D2.

As an example, the thickness D1 is 1 mm, and the distance L1 is set to 1.1 mm correspondingly. Further, the thickness D2 is 1.6 mm, and the distance L2 is set to 1.7 mm corresponding to this. The dimensions of the thicknesses D1 and D2 can be appropriately changed according to the type of electrical equipment and the like. Further, the dimensions of the distances L1 and L2 can be appropriately changed according to the allowable range of rattling and the like.

When the wall 10A around the vent 11 is a wall having a thickness D1 (<thickness D2) (for example, a thin plate), the wall 10A is separated from the first claw portion 223A (guide surface Ga) separated by a distance L1. It is arranged at the first engagement position Ha (see FIG. 5B) formed between the contact portion 222 and thereby engages with the wall 10A having a thickness of D1 at the first engagement position Ha. The portion 22 engages (see FIG. 7A). FIG. 7A is a perspective view showing a state in which the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 formed on the wall 10A having a thickness of D1.

On the other hand, when the wall 10A around the vent 11 is a wall having a thickness D2 (for example, a thick plate), the wall 10A does not fit between the first claw portion 223A and the abutting portion 222. It is arranged at the second engaging position Hb (see FIG. 5B) formed between the second claw portion 223B (guide surface Gb) and the abutting portion 222 separated by a distance L2, but the second claw. Since the wall 10A collides with the first claw portion 223A (see FIG. 5B, including the guide surface Ga) existing between the portion 223B and the contact portion 222, a notch for avoiding the collision. 13 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the wall 10A (see the enlarged view of the IB region shown in FIG. 1). That is, the wall 10A having a thickness D2 is provided with a notch 13 at a position facing the first claw portion 223A, and the notch 13 provides the first claw portion 223A from a collision with the wall 10A having a thickness D2. It is used as an escape hole to escape. As a result, the engaging portion 22 engages with the wall 10A having a thickness of D2 at the second engaging position Hb (see FIG. 7B). FIG. 7B is a perspective view showing a state in which the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 formed on the wall 10A having a thickness of D2.

Next, the process of attaching the cover 2 to the vent 11 will be specifically described. First, using the passing portion 12 and the protruding portion 23 as marks, the posture of the cover 2 is set to the correct orientation in which the protruding portion 23 can be passed through the passing portion 12 (in the present embodiment, the orientation in which the protruding portion 23 is located on the upper side). Adjust so that it becomes. After that, the cover 2 is tilted forward while maintaining the correct orientation, and the lower left and right engaging portions 22 provided on the lower edge portion 21B of the frame portion 211 are engaged with the lower side of the wall 10A. At this time, for each of the lower left and right engaging portions 22, the lower side of the wall 10A is abutting portion 222 with the first claw portion 223A or the second claw portion 223B selected according to the thickness of the wall 10A. It is pressed so that it is sandwiched between and.

At this time, if the cover 2 is about to be attached to the vent 11 in the wrong direction upside down, the protrusion 23 is located on the lower side, and therefore the protrusion 23 abuts on the lower side of the wall 10A. become. Therefore, the position of the cover 2 is displaced upward from the vent 11 by the height of the protrusion 23. Then, when the cover 2 is about to be forcibly pushed into the vent 11 in a state of being displaced upward, the rear end of the lower edge portion 21B of the frame portion 211 that is erroneously turned upward collides with the upper side of the wall 10A. , The insertion of the frame portion 211 into the vent 11 is prevented. Therefore, it is prevented that the cover 2 is attached to the vent 11 in the wrong direction.

Further, since the protrusion 23 and the passage portion 12 are provided above the cover 2 and the ventilation port 11, respectively, the user can visually recognize the protrusion 23 and the passage portion 12 when the cover 2 is attached to the ventilation port 11. As a result, it becomes easier to attach the cover 2 to the vent 11 in the correct orientation. The positions of the protrusions 23 and the passages 12 are not limited to the upper sides of the cover 2 and the vent 11, and can be changed as appropriate.

After adjusting the cover 2 in the correct direction as described above and engaging the lower engaging portion 22 with the lower side of the wall 10A, the upper part of the cover 2 is set to the vent 11 with the engaging position as a fulcrum. Rotate in the pushing direction. Then, by this rotation, the insertion of the frame portion 211 into the ventilation port 11 is started while passing the protrusion 23 through the passage portion 12 provided on the upper side of the wall 10A (see FIGS. 7A and 7B). ).

After that, by pushing the cover 2 into the vent 11 while rotating the cover 2, the first claw portion 223A or the second claw portion 223B is applied to the upper side of the wall 10A around the vent 11 for each of the upper left and right engaging portions 22. Get in touch. In the present embodiment, the rear end surface Eb of the second claw portion 223B is arranged behind the rear end surface Ea of the first claw portion 223A (see FIG. 5B). Further, the rear end surface Eb of the second claw portion 223B is provided with an inclination that gently rises from the back to the front. Further, the upper end surface Fa of the first claw portion 223A and the upper end surface Fb of the second claw portion 223B are aligned on the same plane and are connected in a side view (see FIG. 5B). The upper end surfaces Fa and Fb may partially overlap in the side view.

Therefore, in the process of inserting the frame portion 211 into the ventilation port 11, first, the upper side of the wall 10A around the ventilation port 11 diagonally abuts on the rear end surface Eb of the second claw portion 223B. After the contact, the cover 2 is further pushed in, so that the flexure portion 221 bends and the second claw portion 223B begins to move toward the beam portion 214. Then, the wall 10A is along the rear end surface Eb of the second claw portion 223B with the flexure of the flexure portion 221 in the engaging portion 22 (that is, the movement of the second claw portion 223B toward the beam portion 214 side). Then relatively slides and then moves onto the upper end surface Fb of the second claw portion 223B.

When the wall 10A is a wall having a thickness D1 (<thickness D2), the notch 13 is not provided, so that the cover 2 is further pushed in so that the wall 10A becomes the upper end surface of the second claw portion 223B. After relatively sliding on Fb, it moves onto the upper end surface Fa of the first claw portion 223A (see FIG. 5B). Then, when the cover 2 is further pushed in and the wall 10A reaches the guide surface Ga of the first claw portion 223A, the guide surface Ga is inclined forward and diagonally downward as described above, so that the flexure portion 221 Moves upward in an attempt to return to its original position by its own restoring force, and along with this, the wall 10A that moves relative to the flexure portion 221 is guided in the direction of descending along the guide surface Ga. After that, when the wall 10A reaches the front end of the guide surface Ga, the flexure portion 221 is restored to a slightly flexed state, and as a result, it is formed between the contact portion 222 and the first claw portion 223A. At the first engaging position Ha, the wall 10A having a thickness of D1 and the engaging portion 22 are engaged with each other.

Then, when the wall 10A and the engaging portion 22 are engaged at the first engaging position Ha, the flexure portion 221 is maintained in a slightly flexed state, so that the upper side of the wall 10A is the first engagement position. It fits tightly in Ha. Therefore, the contact portion 222 comes into contact with the wall 10A from the outside, and the wall 10A is sandwiched between the contact portion 222 and the first claw portion 223A (see FIG. 7A). In this way, the engaging portion 22 engages with the wall 10A having a thickness of D1 at the first engaging position Ha described above. The flange portion 212 may abut on the wall 10A from the outside instead of the abutting portion 222 or together with the abutting portion 222.

On the other hand, when the wall 10A is a wall having a thickness D2, the wall 10A does not collide with the first claw portion 223A because the notch 13 is provided. Therefore, when the cover 2 is pushed in, the wall 10A slides relatively on the upper end surface Fb of the second claw portion 223B, and then does not move onto the upper end surface Fa of the first claw portion 223A. 2 It reaches the guide surface Gb of the claw portion 223B (see FIG. 5B). As described above, the guide surface Gb is also inclined forward and diagonally downward, so when the wall 10A reaches the guide surface Gb, the flexure portion 221 moves upward in an attempt to return to its original position by its own restoring force. Along with this, the wall 10A that moves relative to the flexure portion 221 is guided in the descending direction along the guide surface Gb. After that, when the wall 10A reaches the front end of the guide surface Gb, the flexure portion 221 is restored to a slightly flexed state, and as a result, it is formed between the contact portion 222 and the second claw portion 223B. At the second engaging position Hb, the wall 10A having a thickness of D2 and the engaging portion 22 are engaged with each other.

Then, when the wall 10A and the engaging portion 22 are engaged at the second engaging position Hb, the flexure portion 221 is maintained in a slightly flexed state, so that the contact portion 222 is attached to the wall 10A from the outside. At the same time as abutting, the wall 10A is sandwiched between the abutting portion 222 and the second claw portion 223B (see FIG. 7B). In this way, the engaging portion 22 engages with the wall 10A having a thickness of D2 at the above-mentioned second engaging position Hb. Also in this case, the flange portion 212 may abut on the wall 10A from the outside instead of the abutting portion 222 or together with the abutting portion 222.

As described above, since the electric device includes the first claw portion 223A and the second claw portion 223B described above, the contact portion 222 and the first claw separated by a distance L1 according to the thickness of the wall 10A. A wall 10A is interposed between the portion 223A (first engagement position Ha), or between the contact portion 222 and the second claw portion 223B (second engagement position Hb) separated by a distance L2. You can choose whether to intervene the wall 10A. Then, in the present embodiment, the distances L1 and L2 correspond to the two types of thicknesses D1 and D2 of the wall 10A, respectively. Therefore, the cover 2 can be attached to any of the vents 11 formed in the walls 10A having the two thicknesses without rattling.

When the cover 2 is removed from the vent 11, the abutting portion 222 of each of the upper left and right engaging portions 22 provided on the cover 2 is moved downward to bend the flexure portion 221 so that the wall 10A is bent. The upper engagement portion 22 is disengaged from the upper side. Then, with the upper left and right engaging portions 22 disengaged, the upper portion of the cover 2 is rotated in a direction of pulling away from the vent 11 with the engaging positions of the lower left and right engaging portions 22 as fulcrums. Then, by pulling out the cover 2 from the vent 11 by this rotation, the cover 2 can be removed from the vent 11. As described above, the contact portion 222 also has a function as an operation unit for bending the flexure portion 221.
