Abstract

本出願は、2017年10月18日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/573,723号の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明において有用なマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤は、アルキル置換ヒドロキシ芳香族化合物、アルデヒド、およびアミンの反応生成物である。本明細書に記載のマンニッヒ洗浄剤反応生成物の作製に使用されるアルキル置換ヒドロキシ芳香族化合物、アルデヒド、およびアミンは、当技術分野で知られているおよび適用されているいずれのそのような化合物であってもよく、但し、マンニッヒ塩基洗浄剤は、ジ−またはポリアミンに由来する少なくとも第1のマンニッヒ塩基洗浄剤およびジアルキルモノアミンに由来する少なくとも第2のマンニッヒ塩基洗浄剤を含む。

- 前記洗浄剤パッケージが、好ましくはポリエーテルモノオールおよびポリエーテルポリオールからなる群から選択されるキャリア流体をさらに含み、キャリア流体とマンニッヒ塩基洗浄剤混合物との重量比が、約0.25:1〜約1:1の範囲である、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記第1のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤と前記第2のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤との重量比が、約1:1〜約1:3の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 前記洗浄剤パッケージが、好ましくはヒドロカルビルアミドおよびヒドロカルビルイミドから選択される耐摩耗性成分をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の使用。前記洗浄添加剤パッケージが、スクシンイミド清浄剤をさらに含み、スクシンイミド清浄剤とマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤混合物との重量比が、約0.04:1〜約0.2:1の範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記無鉛ガソリン燃料組成物が、約23重量ppm〜2000重量ppmの前記洗浄添加剤パッケージを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記洗浄添加剤パッケージが、添加剤濃縮物の形態で存在し、前記添加剤濃縮物が、前記洗浄添加剤パッケージと、ヒドロカルビルアミドおよびヒドロカルビルイミドから選択される耐摩耗性成分とを含む、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記無鉛ガソリン燃料組成物が、約23重量ppm〜約2000重量ppmの前記添加剤濃縮物を含む、請求項7に記載の使用。
- 前記第1のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤および前記第2のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤が、ポリイソブテニルフェノールに由来し、ポリイソブテニル基が、ゲル透過クロマトグラフィーによって決定されるとき、500〜1000ダルトンの範囲の分子量を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 火花点火内燃エンジンにおける低速早期点火(LSPI)の発生を低減するための無鉛ガソリン燃料組成物の使用であって、前記無鉛ガソリン燃料組成物が、過半量のガソリンベース燃料と、少量の、ジ−またはポリアミンに由来する第1のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤およびモノアミンに由来する第2のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤と、好ましくはヒドロカルビルアミドおよびヒドロカルビルイミドから選択される耐摩耗性成分と、ポリエーテルキャリア流体と、任意選択でスクシンイミド清浄剤とを含み、前記第1のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤と前記第2のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤混合物との重量比が、約1:6〜約3:1の範囲であり、前記火花点火内燃エンジンが、総潤滑剤組成物に基づいて、1200ppmw〜3000ppmwのカルシウムを含む潤滑剤組成物で潤滑される、使用。
- 内燃エンジンにおける低速早期点火(LSPI)の発生を低減するための方法であって、洗浄添加剤パッケージを含む無鉛ガソリン燃料組成物を含む燃料組成物を前記エンジンに供給することを含み、前記洗浄添加剤パッケージが、マンニッヒ塩基清浄剤混合物を含み、前記混合物が、ジ−またはポリアミンに由来する第1のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤成分およびモノアミンに由来する第2のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤成分を含み、前記第1のマンニッヒ塩基清浄剤と前記第2のマンニッヒ清浄剤混合物との重量比が、約1:6〜約3:1の範囲であり、前記火花点火内燃エンジンが、総潤滑剤組成物に基づいて、1200ppmw〜3000ppmwのカルシウムを含む潤滑剤組成物で潤滑される、方法。
