被験者に照射する光を出射する複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子から出射して前記被験者で反射した光を受光する1つの受光素子と、
を有し、
前記複数の発光素子は、前記1つの受光素子を取り囲んで配置されていることを特徴とする。
前記漏出検出センサが漏出の検出対象とする薬液を注入する薬液注入装置と、
を有し、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記薬液の注入動作および前記漏出検出センサの動作を制御することを特徴とする。
るので、外乱光を検出しない場合と比べて出力値が高くなる。従って、発光素子11から
の光を検出するタイミングでの受光素子12からの出力値が、薬液の血管外漏出がない場
合の出力値よりも高ければ、受光素子12は発光素子11からの光以外の光、すなわち外
乱光を受光したということであり、漏出判断部30は、センサヘッド10に剥がれが生じ
たと判断することができる。また、発光素子11からの光を検出するタイミングではない
タイミングで受光素子12から所定の値以上の出力値が得られた場合、本来は受光素子1
2が光を受光しない状態で光を受光したということであるので、この場合も、漏出判断部
30は、センサヘッド10に剥がれが生じたと判断することができる。

前記漏出検出センサが漏出の検出対象とする薬液を注入する薬液注入装置と、
を有し、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記薬液の注入動作および前記漏出検出センサの動作を制御することを特徴とする薬液注入システム。

Claims (10)
- 被験者の血管内に注入されるべき薬液が血管外に漏出したことを検出する漏出検出センサであって、
被験者に照射する光を出射する複数の発光素子と、
前記複数の発光素子から出射して前記被験者で反射した光を受光する1つの受光素子と、
を有し、
前記複数の発光素子は、前記1つの受光素子を取り囲んで配置されていることを特徴とする漏出検出センサ。 - 前記発光素子および受光素子を内部に保持する筐体をさらに有し、
前記筐体は、前記発光素子および受光素子と対向する位置に、光を通過させるための複数の開口部が形成され、使用時に被験者の体表面に密着される密着面を有する請求項1に記載の漏出検出センサ。 - 前記受光素子と対向する開口部は、前記密着面の中央に形成されている請求項2に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 前記筐体の前記密着面と反対側の面である上面はドーム状に形成されている請求項2または3に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 前記筐体は、前記密着面を一端面とする扁平な円柱状の形状を有している請求項2または3に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 前記発光素子が出射する光を透過する透光部材が前記開口部に嵌め込まれており、これによって前記密着面は、前記透光部材の下面も含めて平坦とされている請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 前記複数の発光素子が同時に駆動される請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 前記複数の発光素子が発光タイミングをずらして駆動される請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 前記複数の発光素子は、複数のグループに分けられ、各グループ毎に発光タイミングをずらして駆動される請求項8に記載の漏出検出センサ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の漏出検出センサと、
前記漏出検出センサが漏出の検出対象とする薬液を注入する薬液注入装置と、
を有し、
前記薬液注入装置は、前記薬液の注入動作および前記漏出検出センサの動作を制御することを特徴とする薬液注入システム。
