Abstract
Description
図1及び図2に示すように、本発明の実施の形態に係る水栓装置100は、吐水口2が形成された吐水部4と、吐水部4を有するスパウト部6と、吐水口2に装着される吐水継手8と、吐水継手8の内部に装着される泡沫キャップ10と、を備えている。水栓装置100は、使用者の操作によって、給水源から得た水を、図示していないホース部材から吐水継手8内および泡沫キャップ10内へ通過させ、吐水口2から吐水させるものである。この「使用者の操作」とは、例えば、使用者による操作ハンドル(図示なし)の操作や、吐水部4に設置された人体検知センサによる使用者の手の検出である。
図3に示すように、泡沫キャップ10は、内部に空間が設けられた内部空間部12と、内部空間部12内に水を流入させるための水流入口16と、水の流れによって内部空間部12内に空気を取り込むための空気流入口18と、内部空間部10内で形成された気泡流を外部へ吐出するための気泡流吐出口22と、を有する。水流入口16は、泡沫キャップ10の上流側端部14に設けられている。気泡流吐出口22は、泡沫キャップ10の下流側端部20に設けられている。空気流入口18は、泡沫キャップ10の上流側端部14と下流側端部20との間に形成された泡沫キャップ10の側壁、すなわち泡沫キャップ10の側面に設けられている。
図4および図5に示すように、空気流入口18と連通口26とは、軸方向において、少なくとも一部がずれた位置に配置されている。本実施形態において、例えば、空気流入口18において、連通口26と連通している範囲は、軸方向において50%以下であることが好ましい。
また、前述した各実施の形態が備える各要素は、技術的に可能な限りにおいて組み合わせることができ、これらを組み合わせたものも本発明の特徴を含む限り本発明の範囲に包含される。
Claims (8)
- 吐水口が形成された吐水部と、
前記吐水部を有するスパウト部と、
前記吐水口に水を運ぶ流路部と、
前記流路部の出口側に装着される泡沫キャップと、を備え、
前記泡沫キャップは、
内部に空間が設けられた内部空間部と、
前記泡沫キャップの上流側端部に設けられ、前記内部空間部内に水を流入させるための水流入口と、
前記水の流れによって前記内部空間部内に空気を取り込むための空気流入口と、
前記泡沫キャップの下流側端部に設けられ、前記内部空間部内で形成された気泡流を外部へ吐出するための気泡流吐出口と、を有し、
前記空気流入口は、前記泡沫キャップの側面に設けられており、
前記流路部の側面には、前記空気流入口へ連通し、前記スパウト部に設けられた隙間からの空気を前記空気流入口へ通すための連通口が設けられていることを特徴とする水栓装置。 - 前記流路部は、前記スパウト部とは別体の部材である吐水接手で構成され、
前記流路部は、前記スパウト部に覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水栓装置。 - 前記空気流入口と前記連通口とは、少なくとも一部がずれた位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水栓装置。
- 前記泡沫キャップは、前記吐水継手に装着するための螺合部をさらに有し、
前記空気流入口は、前記泡沫キャップの側面において、周方向に複数設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水栓装置。 - 前記泡沫キャップは、複数の前記空気流入口を仕切るための複数の柱部と、をさらに有し、
前記螺合部は、第1円柱基部と、前記第1円柱基部の円周面に設けられたねじ部と、を有し、
前記柱部は、前記ねじ部の谷径よりも径方向中心側に位置するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水栓装置。 - 前記柱部の一端側は、前記螺合部に接続されており、
前記柱部の他端側は、前記空気流入口を挟んで前記螺合部の向かい側に設けられた第2円柱部に接続されており、
前記第2円柱部は、前記ねじ部の谷径よりも径方向中心側に位置するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の水栓装置。 - 前記柱部は、前記第2円柱部よりも径方向中心側に位置するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水栓装置。
- 前記空気流入口は、前記螺合部よりも前記気泡流吐出口から離れた位置に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4乃至7の何れか1つに記載の水栓装置。
