- 前記スキンの伸びは、120℃で500時間熱老化させても30%を超えて変化せず、
前記スキンの引張強度は、120℃で500時間熱老化させても30%を超えて変化せず、
前記スキンのテアシームの引裂強度は、120℃で500時間熱老化させても30%を超えて変化しない、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。 - 前記スキンの回転成形またはスラッシュ成形に先立って前記ウレタンおよび前記グラフェンと混合される、少なくとも1種の光およびUV安定剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記スキンの回転成形またはスラッシュ成形に先立って前記ウレタンおよび前記グラフェンと混合される、無水マレイン酸およびエチレン酢酸ビニルのうちの少なくとも1つの相溶化剤をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 安息角は26〜34°である、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記スキンのEMI遮蔽効果は5〜10dBである、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- エアバッグのテアシームは前記スキンの裏側表面において部分的に切断されたままであり、前記テアシームに最初に切り込みが入れられた後、前記テアシームにおける前記スキンの自己治癒は生じない、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記車両用内装パネルは、前記スキンの柔らかさにより衝撃を吸収するパネルであり、前記パネルは、(a)車輪付き自動陸上車両、(b)列車車両、(c)航空機、(d)船舶のいずれかに取り付け可能である、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよび1〜20重量%のグラフェンを含み、可撓性およびEMI遮蔽性を有する外側スキンと、
前記スキンよりも堅い内側ポリマー基材と、
前記スキンの一部分と前記基材との間に位置し、かつ、前記スキンの一部分を前記基材に付着させる可撓性フォームと、を含む車両用内装トリムパネル。 - ウレタンおよびグラフェンを含む外側スキンと、
前記スキンよりも堅い内側基材と、
前記スキンの一部分と前記基材との間に位置し、かつ、前記スキンの一部分を前記基材に付着させる可撓性フォームと、
前記スキンの裏側表面が部分的に切断された脆いエアバッグのテアシームと、を含み、車輪付き自動陸上車両のインストルメントパネルである、インストルメントパネル。 - TPUとグラフェンとを混合する工程と、
前記TPUとグラフェンとの混合物を溶融押出しする工程と、
安定剤および相溶化剤のうちの少なくとも1つを、前記TPUに添加する工程と、
前記グラフェンを注入したTPU混合物のペレットを作出する工程と、
前記ペレットを粉砕する工程と、
前記粉砕したペレットをモールドに配置する工程と、
前記モールドを回転させて、EMI遮蔽の特性を有する車両用パネルの可撓性スキンを作製する工程と、を含む、製造方法。 - 180〜220℃で前記TPU中の前記グラフェンの層を剥離する工程をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 基材を射出成形する工程と、
前記スキンの一部分と前記基材との間に柔軟なフォームを射出する工程と、をさらに含む、請求項16または17に記載の方法。 - 前記スキンの裏側表面にテアシームを切り込む工程と、
前記スキン中に80〜97重量%の前記TPUを使用する工程と、
前記スキン中に1〜20重量%の前記グラフェンを使用する工程と、
前記スキン中に2〜4重量%の相溶化剤および/または安定化剤を使用する工程と、をさらに含む、請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記グラフェンは、原料形態で6〜10層を有するナノ粒子を含む、請求項16から19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- −30℃でのエアバッグ展開によるスキン破砕が生じない、請求項16から20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スキンの伸びは、120℃で500時間熱老化させても30%を超えて変化しない、請求項16から21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スキンの前記EMI遮蔽の効果は5〜10dBである、請求項16から22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
